Law can be used to govern society. The law has two parts: a descriptive aspect and a philosophical aspect. The philosophical side of the law is covered in jurisprudence. The practise of law is prevalent everywhere. All societies share some commonalities in their jurisprudence, Law (as an institution) is one of several social and political institutions created for conflict settlement. Private parties started looking for novel techniques to speed up the resolution of cases. ADR serves as an alternative to traditional court procedures for resolving disputes. There are two methods for resolving disputes. They are An alternative dispute resolution process and The conventional approach of litigation. Justice has been prioritized by many thinkers, including Plato, above all other moral principles. Overall, justice is a moral principle, but it can take many different forms. Examples include 1. Substantive Justice, 2. Formal Justice, and 3. Legal Justice. The Indian justice system is in a sad state despite being one of the oldest in the world. Indian courts are overburdened with protracted unresolved cases. ADR has developed to strengthen the sense of justice in society because these things are unachievable without it. The aforementioned school of thought has some drawbacks. The main one is that it defines law as a command, regardless of other social structures or institutions. One manifestation of society that was created to address social demands is the law and institutions relating to alternative dispute settlement processes. Artificial intelligence is progressing at an incredibly fast rate. The social, economic, cultural, and political spheres of existence will drastically shift as a result of these advancements. AI systems are starting to appear in ADR processes. Such systems have both advantages and problems. The law ought to be written to take future demands into account.","PeriodicalId":16728,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Pharmaceutical Negative Results","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48183830","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Consumer satisfaction has become the important factor for any business to succeed. In the 21st century consumer behavior concept has gained momentum and has evolved as a separate area for research by various academicians, research scholars, marketers, business men and other parties involved for customer satisfaction. Consumer behavior is everything and everything is consumer behavior. Economic liberalization of India paved the way for the entry of multinationals to India and sellers market turned buyer market as supply exceeds demand. The success or failure of marketing organizations depends upon how effectively the marketers are able to attract the consumers and develop a relationship with them. The crux of the success is to understand how and why consumers make specific decisions and behave in certain ways. What motivates them to buy? is million dollar question. The solution for this question is understanding the psychology of the consumers can give a great opening for many businesses. This involves understanding the demographics, lifestyles, personalities, values culture and family influences on the consumer. In this light, understanding the behavior of a consumer has become a panacea of success for the marketers. According to my opinion utilizing the knowledge of the consumer behavior in the development of marketing strategy is an art. This paper tries to highlight the classification of customers into different types. It would also give an insight into how to deal with different types of customers and what are the factors influencing the customer in his decision making process. \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":16728,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Pharmaceutical Negative Results","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44451235","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study primly aimed to theoretically prove the formation of silver nanoparticles by Dimocarpus longan fruit phytoconstituents and the targeted delivery of phytoconstituent by silver nanoparticles inside the cavity of the HER2 protein. The algorithm adsorption location and CHARMm-based docking were used to find the interaction between atoms of 9 phytoconstituents and active site amino acids, respectively. The result of the adsorption locator revealed that silver metal atom π and metal acceptor type interaction with four fragments of Rutin compare to other molecules. The caped complex of silver and Rutin complex CHARMm protocol run resulted that the silver atom standing outside the protein and only the Rutin getting inside the cancer protein HER2's binding pocket formed multiple hydrogen bonds and π-alkyl interaction with the energy of -71.0249 Kcal/mol. The overall result concluded that the Rutin fabricates the silver nanoparticle and the capped silver delivers the Rutin inside the cancer protein HER2's binding pocket. Which leads to the apoptosis of breast cancer cells.","PeriodicalId":16728,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Pharmaceutical Negative Results","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47697546","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These dangerous secondary metabolites enter the food chain in the field, during storage, or later. \u0000Material and Methods: A total of 40 livestock feed samples were randomly collected from ten farms in eastern Algeria. The ten types of analyzed feed were: wheat bran, dried bread, alfalfa, straw, oat hay, barley, date scraps, grass silage, corn silage, and concentrate. \u0000Results and Discussion: Results show that all the samples were contaminated with different species of fungi. A total of 248 fungal strains were isolated. In terms of frequency, the genus Aspergillus was the most frequent fungi recovered from 32 samples (80%) between all feeds studied, followed by the genus Penicillium recovered from 31 samples (77.5%). \u0000Conclusion: As a preventive measure, appropriate agricultural practices could provide unfavorable conditions for the development of fungi and toxinogenesis. However, the installation of a mycotoxins-monitoring program may be necessary to protect animals' and consumers' health.","PeriodicalId":16728,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Pharmaceutical Negative Results","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48908801","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is the third leading cause of death worldwide. Between 20 and 40% of all COPD patients across the globe are never smokers. The primary objective of this study was to evaluate Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) in non-smoker COPD patients and compare their results with normal healthy subjects. The study also intended to check the variations in lung function of COPD patients living in urban & rural areas. \u0000Materials & Methods: The study was conducted by performing PFTs in 50 non-smoker COPD patients (28 from urban & 22 from rural areas) & comparing them with 50 non-smoker healthy subjects of same age group excluding ex-smokers. Various parameters of PFTs like FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PEFR & MVV were assessed & compared. For statistical data analysis unpaired t-Test was applied. \u0000Results: The mean values of PFT parameters such as FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PEFR & MVV are very significantly differed between COPD patients & healthy subjects (p<0.01). Although the data is not statistically significant between total COPD patients, urban & rural COPD patients, mean values of above PFT parameters are higher in total COPD patients than urban while higher in rural compared to total COPD patients (p>0.05). The mean values of above PFT parameters are not significant statistically between urban & rural COPD patients (p>0.05). \u0000Conclusion: The study indicates that as compared to normal subjects, in patients of COPD there is great reduction in mean values for FVC, FEV1, PEFR, FEV1/FVC%, & MVV irrespective of their residing location which is suggestive of an increase air way obstruction with reduced values of various PFT parameters. The study also shows that there is no significant difference in mean values of various parameters between urban & rural areas.","PeriodicalId":16728,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Pharmaceutical Negative Results","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47100107","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We present modified ANOVA algorithm for identifying marker leukemia genes that allows deeper examination of genes subsets that can increase the risk of developing leukemia. The algorithm uses the ANOVA, the bootstrap and classification to provide an insight whether a particular group of genes affects cancer development. So, medical practitioners can select a group of leukemia genes, test it by the algorithm and further decide whether to examine the group in medical test or switch a gene  in the subset. We also present algorithms to outline factors that affect covid geographical distribution and use of vaccines. Some of our key findings are that leukemia genes can be ranked by importance and in rare cases mutations in less important genes can also lead to leukemia development. In terms of covid, we find that the economic development of a country can be related to the willingness of people to vaccinate.","PeriodicalId":16728,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Pharmaceutical Negative Results","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43244083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
