Conventional techniques for increasing the solubility of these drugs have had limited success. This is especially true when dealing with drugs that have low aqueous and organic solubility. Solubility is an important determinant of drug liberation and thus drug absorption, and it plays an important role in formulation oral bioavailability. A drug solubility directly influences its dissolution rate. Most New drugs have low water solubility, making them difficult to formulate into drug delivery systems. As a result, improving the solubility of poorly water soluble drugs is one of the necessary preformulation steps in pharmaceutical product development research. The use of nanoparticles in the formulation of hydrophobic drugs improves their solubility and efficacy. Emulsion-solvent evaporation method, Double Emulsion and Evaporation method, Salting out method, Emulsions diffusion method, Antisolvent Precipitation Method, Polymerization method, and Coacervation or Ionic Gelation method can all be used to make nanoparticles. A series of 4, 5-disubstituted-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole derivatives were screened for mycobacterial activity against H37Rv, MDR and XDR strains. To recognize the mechanism of action of these compounds and to identify their supposed drug target, molecular docking and dynamics studies were employed against DprE1 mycobacterial enzyme, which is reported to be an essential enzyme for mycobacterial growth and survival. The ADME and drug-likeness properties revealed that all the compounds have good pharmacokinetic properties. All the compounds have high affinity towards the enzyme. The newly synthesized derivatives were confirmed through FT-IR, 1 H-NMR, and LCMS. In-vitro microplate alamar blue assay (MABA) to determine the MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration) values against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv was performed for the synthesized compounds. Missed canals lead to failure of the root canal treatment rendering the patient in pain. A dentist should be well-versed with the variations in the root canal system. The given case report presents a case of lower first molar with six canals, 4 distal and 2 mesial. All the canals were located using the champagne bubble test and the bleeding points were identified and the area was scouted to locate the canals. The clinician should evaluate all the cases clinically as well as radiographically for the presence of anomalies. Usually, the clinicians try to locate only the predominant canals and do not scout the chamber for any abnormal variations. This failure to locate a canal will lead to remnants of pulp in the tooth which is the major reason for re-infection and failure of the treatment. Also, in some cases it can be a reason for persistent pain for the patient. So, it’s important to locate all the canals and clean them for a successful root canal treatment. A group of 25 women soccer players were selected from each district as subject, those who have minimum five years of training in soccer by renowned coaches. Those 50 subjects were chosen respectively from Dakshin Dinajpur district (age 17.32±0.94 years; height 154.08±7.46 cm and weight 40.44±3.34 kg.) and Uttar Dinajpur district (age 17.44±1.00 years; height 151.12±9.51 cm and weight 40.24±4.33 kg.) West Bengal, India. A comparative study was conducted on women soccer players to assess their motor fitness (speed, agility and power). Motor fitness was assessed by the test of speed – 50m. linear sprint, test of power – standing broad jump and test of agility – 4X10 yds. Shuttle runs. Results reveal that Uttar Dinajpur district maintained better fitness in agility, power and speed than Dakshin Dinajpur district women soccer players. The objective of this paper is to review the method development, Impurity profile study, Degradation studies of the method for the drug production i.e Empagliflozin (EMP) and Linagliptin (LIN) from the developmental stage of the formulation to commercial batch of the product. Bioanalysis plays a vital role in drug discovery and development for the analysis of analytes (drugs, metabolites) in biological samples. To achieve a stable, reliable, and robust method one has to remove the interfaces from the sample matrix to improve bioanalytical system performance. This review provides an overview of the Impurity profile, Degradation study and various Analytical/Bio-Analytical method development of selected Anti-Diabetic drugs i.e EMP and LIN in single dosage form and their combination and a detailed investigation of different analytical techniques used for detection and quantification of these drugs on various matrices. Various techniques like spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical methods, and hyphenated techniques were reported to determine Anti-Diabetic drugs, either alone or in combination with other drugs, in different kinds of matrices like in bulk, existing dosage forms and also biological samples like plasma, serum, urine and myocardial tissue. Among various techniques used, HPLC, LC-MS systems are more commonly used because of their high sensitivity.
