{"title":"التوازی الترکیبی فی البیان والتبیین للجاحظ (دراســة لغویــة)","authors":"فاطمة عبد العزيز العثمان","doi":"10.21608/bfsa.2021.188081","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/bfsa.2021.188081","url":null,"abstract":"يعرض البحث لصور التوازي الترکيبي في البيان والتبيين للجاحظ، بغرض الوقوف على حضور الموروث اللغوي في الدراسات المعاصرة، وإظهار أثر التوازي الترکيبي وما فيه من تآلف المبنى مع المعنى في إحداث التأثير التواصلي، وقد اتبع البحث الوصف والتحليل لأمثلة واردة في مادة الدراسة، وجاءت مصنفة وفق نوع الجمل: التوازي في الجمل الاسمية، والتوازي في الجمل الفعلية، والتوازي في الجمل الشرطية، ومهد لها بشرح مفهوم التوازي الترکيبي، وذکر المصطلحات المصاحبة له، ثم بيان مستويات التوازي وأشکاله، والتفاتات الجاحظ في محيط التوازي الترکيبي على المستوى النظري، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ورود التوازي الترکيبي في البيان والتبيين في النصوص التي أنشأها الجاحظ، وفي النصوص المختارة، وجاءت متنوعة من حيث: الطول والقصر، والنوع الجملي(جمل اسمية، وفعلية وشرطية)، وجمل بسيطة ومرکبة، کما جاء التوازي بالاتفاق تارة وبالاختلاف تارة أخرى، وقد برز نظم الکلمات في تقسيم جملي يحقق تواصلية مؤثرة بالتنغيم الموسيقي والتعميق الدلالي. \u0000Parallel Structures of Declaration and Demonstration for Al- Jahiz \u0000A Linguistic Study \u0000By: Fatima Abdul- Aziz Al- Othman \u0000Department of Syntax, Morphology and Philology \u0000Faculty of Arabic Language \u0000Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University \u0000KSA \u0000Abstract \u0000     This research introduces some images of parallel eloquent structures and for Al- Jahiz in order to trace the presence of the linguistic heritage in contemporary studies and to reveal the impact of syntactic parallelism. In addition, the research intends to highlight the harmony of the content with the meaning implied in the communicative influence. The research has followed the descriptive and analytical approaches through describing and analyzing the examples included in the material of the study. Those examples came as classified according to the type of sentences:  parallel structures of nominal phrases, parallel structures of verbial phrases and parallel structures of conditional sentences. The researcher has paved the way by displaying the concept of parallel structures and the associated terminology then the research indicates the levels and forms of parallelism, and the attitude of Al- Jahiz in the context of parallel structures on a theoretical level. The study has found out that the stating of parallel structuralism in eloquence and demonstrative texts established by Al- Jahiz, and in the selected texts. The selected texts came in with various terms of length and the type of sentences (nominal sentences, verbal, and conditional), simple and complex sentences, as the parallel came by agreement at times and different at other times. This part is an archival manuscript found in Koprulu Library, Turkey within a group of thirty- four Hadiths. The research includes a section devoted to the head of the assembly of dictation and his biography. It also includes a section that defines the concept of dictation as one of the approaches of education in the field of Hadith. Another section is dedicated to defining and describing the manuscript and the approach followed by the researcher in order to authenticate the manuscript and tackle the texts. Besides, there is another division devoted to authenticating and displaying the text accompanied by relevant scholarly comments. {"title":"الوجوه والنظائر فی التراکیب القرآنیة بین التأصیل والتطبیق","authors":"محمد حامد حسن عطية","doi":"10.21608/bfsa.2021.184732","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/bfsa.2021.184732","url":null,"abstract":"شرعت في بحثي هذا الذي عنوانه:\" الوجوه والنظائر في التراکيب القرآنية بين التأصيل والتطبيق\" فبينت فيه جملة من المسائل التأصيلية کتحرير القول في تعريفه، وبيان أوجه العلاقة بينه وبين المشترک اللفظي، وذکرت مواقف العلماء من هذا العلم، والرأي المختار، والمنهج الأمثل في دراسته، وأوضحت صلة التراکيب القرآنية بعلم الوجوه والنظائر، وموقعها من کتب الوجوه والنظائر التي عرضت لأشهرها، وأبرز سماتها، وما يؤخذ عليها، وأوضحت صور تعدد الأوجه في التراکيب القرآنية المتکررة، وأثر السياق في ذلک ، وقمت بالدراسة التطبيقية على جملة من التراکيب القرآنية ، ووقفت فيها على بعض النماذج المذکورة في کتب الوجوه والنظائر فقمت بدراستها ، وتحرير ما فيها من وجوه ونظائر مبينا نوع الاختلاف بين الأوجه، وسببه، کما أضفت نماذج أخرى لتراکيب لم أر من خصها بالدراسة ، ولم تفرد بالبحث في المؤلفات السابقة، وقمت بدراسة هذه التراکيب أيضا على النحو السابق، واستخرجت من خلال البحث فوائد من أهمهما أن الوجوه والنظائر تختلف عن المشترک اللفظي في جملة من الأمور، وأن کثيرا ممن کتب في هذا العلم استکثر من الوجوه ، واکتفى بالقليل من النظائر مع أن البحث عن النظائر مهم ، وأنه لا بد للدارس لهذا العلم من مراعاة ضوابط في بحثه من أبرزها: البحث عن المعنى الجامع والأصل اللغوي الذي تعود إليه المعاني الجزئية، وتوصلت إلى أن السياق له الأثر الکبير في القول بتعدد الوجوه في المفردات والتراکيب القرآنية المتکررة، ومن صور تعدد الأوجه في التراکيب القرآنية المتکررة وروده بالمعنى الحقيقي، والمعنى المجازي ، والمعنى اللغوي والاستعمال الشرعي، وذکر أحد أفراد اللفظ العام في بعض الأوجه، وختمت البحث بنتائج من أبرزها أن الوجوه والنظائر في التراکيب القرآنية لم تحظ بعناية تستحقها، وأنها لا تزال بحاجة إلى الدراسة الجادة لما ذکر في کتب الوجوه والنظائر، وإضافة الجديد إليها بتتبع مواضعه من القرآن الکريم، وأوصيت بدراسة علم الوجوه والنظائر وفق ضوابط محکمة ، کما أوصيت أيضا بتتبع الوجوه والنظائر في التراکيب القرآنية، والکتابة فيها على النحو الذي طبقته على تراکيب منها . \u0000Variety of perspectives and Synonymity of Qur'anic Structures \u0000in between Indigenization and Application \u0000By:  Mohammed Hamed Hassan Atteia \u0000  Department of Interpretation and Qur'anic Sciences \u0000Faculty of Osoul El-din and Dawah in Mansoura \u0000Azhar University \u0000Abstract \u0000      The research at hand aims at displaying a group of indigenizing issues such as defining the authentication of a statement, highlighting its relation to homonyms, referring to scholars' viewpoints regarding this science, the selected view and the suitable approach of study. Moreover، the research investigates the meaning of the term in the origins of the Islamic political Jurisprudence through legitimizing the meaning، examining the ways of fortifying the state and tracing its relation to the objectives of Islamic Sharia. The research also aims at portraying the home front of the state as an important objective and all the members of the state whether they are intellectuals، scientists، economists. etc.، are concerned with all tat can lead o its achievement. In addition، the research is keen on finding solutions to the internal destabilization of the states and pointing out the relationship between military front، the security force of the state and its foreign policy on one hand، its home front and its interior policy in the Islamic jurisprudence، on the other hand. The research concludes with the outstanding findings such as the fact that home front is a modern concept، but the origins of its meaning are deeply- rooted in the Islamic political thought. All legislations، provisions and lawful political rules fortify both the home and military fronts. {"title":"التألیف بین مختلف علماء النقد من توصیف","authors":"صفية محمد محمد سرحان","doi":"10.21608/bfsa.2021.187071","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21608/bfsa.2021.187071","url":null,"abstract":"التأليف بين مختلف علماء النقد من توصيف \u0000صفية محمد محمد سرحان \u0000 قسم الحديث وعلومه، کلية الدراسات الإسلامية والعربية (بنات)، جامعة الأزهر، القاهرة، مصر. \u0000البريدالإلکتروني: SafiaSarhan.2057@azhar.edu.eg \u0000ملخص البحث: \u0000يعتبر هذا البحث والذى عنون له بـ (التأليف بين مختلف علماء النقد من توصيف) عرض لأسباب التعارض بين النقاد في الراوي الواحد، ومحاولة للتوفيق بين أقوالهم، وإزالة التعارض الذى يبدو بينها، وذلک يتطلب ذکر مراتب الجرح والتعديل، ثم تعريف الألفاظ الواردة في تلک المراتب لاسيما الألفاظ التي نستطيع من خلال تحرير معانيها تحريرا دقيقا الوصول إلى النتيجة التي يراد إثباتها -  مثل لفظ \" ثقة \" ، وذکر المصطلحات الخاصة ببعض العلماء، وعرض بعض الرواة المختلف فيهم ومحاولة الربط بين أقوال العلماء وبيان ما بينها من تقارب. وتتمثل أهمية هذه الدراسة في: بيان عمق الدراسة في أحوال الرواة ، وأنه لا بد من الدقة في التعامل مع الرواة ومروياتهم، فلا يکتفى بالنظر إلى ظاهر الأسانيد وأحـوال الرواة ، ولکن ينبغي التدقيق في کل ما يحيط بهما من قرائن وملابسات، والوقوف على عبارات أئمة الجرح والتعديل، والوقوف على المدلولات والاعتبارات التي يراعونها في إطلاقها على الرواة، ومحاولة التوفيق بين ألفاظ النقاد المتعارضة، وبيان ما بينها من تناغم رغم ما قد يبدو بينها من تعارض، وذلک من خلال عرض مدلول اللفظ عند الناقد، ووضعه جانب ألفاظ غيره من النقاد. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أنه: إذا کانت عبارات الجرح والتعديل قد تختلف دلالتها عند البعض عن البعض الآخر فينبغي لهذا حکاية أقوال أهل الجرح والتعديل بنصها؛ ليتبين ما لعله خفي منها على کثير من الناس. وأن تحديد المراد من عبارات أئمة الجرح والتعديل أمر في غاية الأهمية، لأن بدونه يقع الخلل في الحکم على الراوي وبالتالي الحکم على الحديث، وإن اختلاف العلماء في عبارات الجرح والتعديل، ليس معناه التناقض، أو أن هذا العلم ليس له قواعد منضبطة، ولکنه يمکن أن يرجع الإنسان فيه بحسب ما تبين له من أدلة وبراهين، فإنه لا يخلو علم من أن يکون بين العلماء به خلاف فيه. \u0000  \u0000Compromising the Various Descriptions given by Scholars of \u0000Discrediting and Endorsement of Hadith Narrators \u0000By: Safiya Muhammad Muhammad Sarhan \u0000Department of Hadith and its Sciences \u0000Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies for Women in Cairo \u0000Azhar University \u0000Abstract \u0000  \u0000        The research at hand displays the reasons that led to controversy in between the critics of one narrator and the trial to reach a compromise in between their sayings as well as removing any kind of controversy. Such process requires referring to the degrees of discrediting and endorsement of the narrators then identifying the expressions utilized in those degrees especially the ones, through editing, that would lead to the targeted results. The word thiqah (trust) is an example of those expressions. In addition, the research has displayed some specific terms peculiar to the scholars about some narrators around whom the scholars differed and it tries to find a link between the sayings of the scholars and the convergence between the narrators. The research has concluded with an appropriate definition of the principles of lawful advisory governance, and the legitimacy of those principles with reference to the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah. The research has recommended observing the impact of applying lawful advisory governance in the real world of banking as well as legitimizing other principles which have not been mentioned in the instructions of that governance. The research applies the analytical and deductive approaches. The analytical approach is utilized in the analysis of the principles of governance considering the legitimate basis upon which they relied. The research also highlights the crime of shedding sanctified blood as well as the severity of aggression over the innocent people by means of killing. The search is keen on showing the greatness of this religion which calls for preserving the self and prohibiting any kind offence against it. It embodies a life- style that calls for guiding humanity. All those teachings are derived from the revealed book and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). The researcher has applied the inductive approach together with the deductive approach. In addition, the research has displayed the concept of killing, its meaning in the Holy Qur'an, the texts- in the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah which emphasize the inviolability of self- killing, studying the issue of a killer's repentance with reference to the inviolable ways of killing with their provisions such as committing suicide, killing a Muslim which is the severest kind of killing, killing one's children and this is also one of the traditions of the people of Jahiliya and killing an ally or a non- Muslim living under the protection of a Muslim state. In conclusion, the research shows how the Islamic Jurisprudence forbids, deters and warns against killing a non- Muslim fiduciary living under the protection of a Muslim State or an ally.
