It also records their hopes and pains. Then, it is not surprising to handle the language as the tool that expresses the past, present and future of any nation.  \u0000Arabic language, like any other language, has its Jahiley literature, if it is read we can get an idea about the life of an Arab citizen, its nature, its characteristics, what that Arab loved and used to do, what he disliked and abhorred. Through that reading, we can also learn about the Arabs’ wedding and death customs, war and peace traditions, their religion, their manners, their rituals and their markets. This could be clearly seen in the growing forms of transgression and unprecedented styles of irregular behavior something which would threaten social stability and security. \u0000The researcher has pinpointed that the youth are in need of good examples since the disappearance of ethical ideals would threaten the ethical values themselves and this entails the youth become prey of psychological and intellectual conflict for losing established ethical values. \u0000Moreover, the researcher has discussed the most apparent world waves of change and their impact on the values of our youth such as globalization and its perils, scientific and technological advancement with their reflections as well as cultural, social, economic and political fluctuations and their influence. The honor of this science is bestowed on the learners. Then comes the science of jurisprudence since it entails knowledge of the legitimate judgments and the early jurists identified it as the science of lawful and unlawful. \u0000Comparative jurisprudence is much more than jurisprudence since it displays the jurisprudent output of the discretionary by examining it to show the points of strengths and weaknesses, and paying tribute to the closest of them to achieve the purposes of jurisprudence. \u0000The researcher is keen on taking part in this conference by selecting the topic of this research due to the following reasons: \u0000There is a necessity to highlight the crucial importance of comparative jurisprudence to reform Islamic societies by establishing lofty ideals and values through the discretionary efforts of the jurists. \u0000The need to take away falsehood and untrue ideas from the purposes of this honorable science as established by scholars so that it would not be utilized by the moody people as a means to liberate them from the restrictions of jurisprudence then they can follow their whimsical desires. \u0000The uniqueness of this topic stems from the theoretical aspect which is followed by another practical aspect designed to serve the set of values.
