الشباب بین القیمة الأخلاقیة وعالم المتغیرات

الحمد لله رب العالمین والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلین سیدنا محمد النبی الأمی، وعلى آله الطیبین الطاهرین ورضى الله عن الصحابة أجمعیـن والتابعین لهم بإحسان إلى یوم الدین. وبعد: فهذا بحث یتناول قضیة من أهم قضایا الأمة، وهی القیم الأخلاقیة ودورها فی ضبط سلوک الشباب، فی ظل ما یشهده الواقع المعاصر من متغیرات ومشکلات شبابیة حادة تتخذ صورا مختلفة من حیث مضمونها وحدتها؛ خاصة اضطراب المعاییر الاجتماعیة والأخلاقیة واهتزاز القیم، الأمر الذی یتمثل بوضوح فی تزاید ألوان الانحراف، وانتشار صور من السلوک لم تکن مألوفة من قبل مما یهدد الأمن والاستقرار الاجتماعیین. حیث وضح الباحث أن الشباب فی حاجة للقدوة الحسنة، لأن انهیار المثل الأخلاقیة یهدد القیم الأخلاقیة ذاتها، مما یسهم فی سقوط الشباب فی براثن الصراع النفسی والفکری؛ لفقده القیم الأخلاقیة الثابتة. وناقش الباحث أبرز موجات التغییر العالمیة وتأثیراتها على القیم لدى الشباب، مثل العولمة وخطورتها، والتقدم العلمی والتکنولوجی وانعکاساته، وکذلک التغیرات الثقافیة، والاجتماعیة، والاقتصادیة، والسیاسیة وآثارها، وختم بحثه ببیان أهمیة غرس القیم فی ظل هذه المتغیرات، وأسالیب وطرق ترسیخها وتنمیتها.           Youth in between the Ethical Value and the World of Changes By: Dr. Ahmed Ali Ali Loukam Associate Professor of Linguistics Faculty of Science and Humanities in Houttat Bani Tamim Prince Sattam Bin Abdul-Aziz University loukam2009@hotmail.com   Abstract This research sheds light upon one of the most influential national issues namely the ethical values and their role in monitoring the behavior of our youth in the light of what the modern reality witnesses through acute fluctuations and youthful problems as embodied in various forms of different content especially the confusable social and ethical criteria as well as the hazy values. This could be clearly seen in the growing forms of transgression and unprecedented styles of irregular behavior something which would threaten social stability and security. The researcher has pinpointed that the youth are in need of good examples since the disappearance of ethical ideals would threaten the ethical values themselves and this entails the youth become prey of psychological and intellectual conflict for losing established ethical values. Moreover, the researcher has discussed the most apparent world waves of change and their impact on the values of our youth such as globalization and its perils, scientific and technological advancement with their reflections as well as cultural, social, economic and political fluctuations and their influence. The research concludes with underlining the crucial importance of establishing, growing and promoting ethical values in time of such various forms of fluctuation.
