حرمة قتل النفس بغير حق في القرآن الکريم حسن بن علي بن علي عريشي قسم الدراسات الإسلامية، کلية العلوم والآداب، جامعة الباحة، بلجرشي، المملکة العربية السعودية. البريد الإلکتروني: hasan14051@hotmail.com الملخــص:     هذا البحث يدور حول موضوع خطورة قتل النفس بغير حق، ويبين جرم سفک الدماء المعصومة، وعظم شأن الاعتداء على النفوس البريئة بالقتل، ويبرز عظمة هذا الدين، وأنه يدعو لحفظ النفس، ويحرم الاعتداء عليها، فهو منهج حياة يدعوا إلى هداية البشرية، وکل ذلک مقتبس من الوحيين کتاب الله وسنة رسوله r. وقد اتبعت في کتابته المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الاستنباطي وتضمن البحث مفهوم القتل، ومعانيه في القرآن الکريم، وذکر نصوص الکتاب والسنة على حرمة قتل النفس بغير حق، ودراسة مسألة توبة القاتل، وبيان صور القتل المحرمة وأحکامها، کقتل الإنسان لنفسه (ويطلق عليه الانتحار)، وقتل المسلم وهو أشد أنواع القتل، وقتل الأولاد، وهي من عادات بعض أهل الجاهلية، وقتل المعاهد والذمي، وبيان ما جاءت به الشريعة من النهي والزجر والوعيد في قتل الذمي مستأمنا أو معاهدا، وذکر فوائد صون الدماء، فبصونها ترتقي الأمم، ويستتب الأمن. The Inviolability of Self- killing in Holy Qur'an By: Hassan Bin Ali Bin Ali Arishi Department of Islamic Studies Faculty of Sciences and Arts Baha University Baljurashi- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Abstract       This research handles a very serious topic; the inviolability of self- killing. The research also highlights the crime of shedding sanctified blood as well as the severity of aggression over the innocent people by means of killing. The search is keen on showing the greatness of this religion which calls for preserving the self and prohibiting any kind offence against it. It embodies a life- style that calls for guiding humanity. All those teachings are derived from the revealed book and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). The researcher has applied the inductive approach together with the deductive approach. In addition, the research has displayed the concept of killing, its meaning in the Holy Qur'an, the texts- in the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah which emphasize the inviolability of self- killing, studying the issue of a killer's repentance with reference to the inviolable ways of killing with their provisions such as committing suicide, killing a Muslim which is the severest kind of killing, killing one's children and this is also one of the traditions of the people of Jahiliya and killing an ally or a non- Muslim living under the protection of a Muslim state. In conclusion, the research shows how the Islamic Jurisprudence forbids, deters and warns against killing a non- Muslim fiduciary living under the protection of a Muslim State or an ally. It has also referred to the benefits from preserving blood as this would surely lead to the development of nations and security would settle.
