An on-line Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) system is integrated with a neural network based data analysis. Some empirical results about how students use the system in a CS1 course are presented. Research with an experimental group of 61 students suggests that the feedback addresses the level of knowledge of the individual and guides them towards a greater understanding of particular concepts. In particular, the flexibility of Tablet PCs and digital ink has the potential to achieve a wide range of educational goals and promote a more dynamic classroom environment. However, as the possibilities of these educational technologies grow, it seems necessary to consider their role by conceptualizing the knowledge they provide. In this work we propose an approach based on the use of conceptual maps to generate instructor guidelines for designing Tablet PC-based courses. Our approach combines the instructional domain with the technological one in order to offer practical guidelines to design and develop both lecture materials and active learning tasks, providing a systematic and flexible way to organize the teaching process in Tablet PC-based courses. In this study, we did the investigation and evaluation of learners’ attitude and learning effect by using tangible learning companions in learning English conversation. There were 61 learners participated in this study. The results of this study revealed the learning effect of using tangible learning companions in English conversation was generally positive for the elementary school. The speaking ability of young students could be improved. Participants were 30 college students in Taiwan. They completed a questionnaire measuring their responses to six constructs which formed a research model based on Technology Acceptance Model. Structural Equation Modeling was used as the technique for data analysis. Results showed that attitude and intention were significantly explained by perceived playfulness. Additionally, perceived usefulness was significantly explained by perceived ease of use. Besides, sharing and reusing teachers' know-how and experience in the session analysis of learning systems also facilitate their scenario enhancement. In this paper, we present our proposal for obtaining these goals. We first describe the calculation method of pedagogical indicators from the tracks collected using the Usage Tracking Language and Data Combination Language. Then, we present our developed tool which allows executing these indicators. We also present results which validate our proposal with the tracks from the real learning environment. C4.5 is used to close the loop on adaptive selection of questions. Moreover, when it is supported it is only used to improve the quality of results returned by search engines in LOR (learning object repositories) and LMS (Learning Management Systems). Within the framework of APOGE project, we want to demonstrate the usability of semantic metadata, when they are provided, during the authoring phase to assist authors to improve the consistency of new designed learning objects. The added value of our approach is maximized in the case of SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) like learning objects’ authoring. Indeed, when we have learning objects designed by reuse of existing ones there is risks to have weaknesses mainly due to a bad understanding of the true nature of the reused objects. To overcome those risks we have defined an automated authoring assistance approach. In this paper we consider the IMS/QTI specification. We first propose a formalization of the question structure in his specification based on ontology, representing its information model. Then we enhance this specification by adding new types of questions/interactions and apply them to an Object Oriented Programming (OOP) course. In this context, we specify a new type of interaction that we called \"composite Text Interaction\" and which can define questions of type \"identify the errors in a program and correct them\".
