The performance of memory polynomial model in fixed point implementation degrades, and LSP model has been proposed as a solution. The performance is evaluated in terms of simulation and measured result. Single diode is employed between stubs to make antenna reconfigurable and obtained four resonance at 2.3/3.89/4.96/5.70 GHz. This attribute of the structure gives same frequency response irrespective of the 0° polarization or 90° polarization of electromagnetic wave. In this paper, three designs have been proposed, the first two designs has affected from different polarization but in the last design we have achieved polarization independent FSS as of symmetrical behavior of the structure. The superstrate is incorporated of FR-4 substrate and a single sided PEC layer on it. In the third design, structure possesses quadruple pass band that is Wi-max (2.5 GHz) band, WLAN (5.5 GHz) band, and dual X-band (8.6 /10.9 GHz). A new type of waveguide cavity resonator with an H<inf>102</inf> operating mode was proposed for the creation of a low-loss, two-pole filter. The filter results in an insertion loss of 3.6–4.1 dB over the tuning range 8.74–9.63 GHz with a relative bandwidth of 0.92–0.79% and biasing magnetic field 0–600 Oe. The dual band filter consists of a dual split ring resonator having splits on opposite sides with inductive short stub split ring resonator (ISSSRR). Even and odd mode analysis has been performed to calculate the resonance frequencies. Three transmission zeros(TZs) are achieved between two passbands by both electric or magnetic dominant coupling and also cancellation effect of electric and magnetic coupling, resulting in high passband selectivity and improved band-to-band isolation. The proposed dual band pass filter has the advantages of being compact with more degree of freedom to achieve desired pass bands by controlling the electric and magnetic coupling. The common-source feedback power amplifier achieves a gain of about 13 dB with a bandwidth of 12 GHz while maintaining an input and output matching of better than −10 dB. The equivalent cascode design possess a bandwidth of 17 GHz, which is ≈ 40 % more than the common-source design. At a bias of 20V/150mA, both designs offer a Psat of >1 W and an OIP3 of about 37 dBm for the common-source design and even 39 dBm for the cascode design. SSPP wave is found to be highly confined within the teeth part of corrugation. Complementary split ring resonator has been etched in the ground plane to obtained multiband bandpass filter response. The proposed generator is constructed by a group of transformation cylinders filled with metamaterials. Using transformation cylinders, arbitrary-way planar wave fronts can be simultaneously converted to helical wave fronts with arbitrary topological charges. Firstly, the principle of orbital angular momentum is introduced. Then, a designing method of metamaterials based on transformation optics is interpreted to construct a 3D simultaneous arbitrary-way OAM generator with different topological charges. At last, the simulations on electric field and phase of output beams are performed, which validate the function of this design. PRS loaded CDRA forms electromagnetic bandgap resonator antenna (ERA). ERA gives high gain due to presence of multiple reflections between completely reflecting ground plane surface and partially reflecting dielectric surface. Non-uniform phase distribution of electric field over the ERA aperture generally degrades the radiation characteristics of antenna.
