To produce the tunable frequency response, the varactor diodes with varied reverse DC bias voltage are incorporated into the AMC structure of proposed absorber. By using an equivalent circuit of varactor diode, the performance of AMC-based thin tunable absorber is characterized through a simulation software. To improve the absorptivity, a resistor with the value of 470Ω is also incorporated into the AMC structure in parallel to each varactor diode. A 1.6mm thick FR4 epoxy dielectric substrate with the dimension of 104mm × 104mm is used for deploying the design as well as for the realization. The experimental characterization which is performed using a horn antenna shows that the realized absorber has a tunable frequency response from the frequency of 2.26GHz with the reflection coefficient (S11) value of -21.5dB at the reverse DC bias voltage of 0V to the frequency of 3.01GHz with the S11 value of -19.75dB at the reverse DC bias voltage of 10V. This performance is comparable to the simulation result for the proposed absorber with the varactor diode and 470Ω resistor incorporation.","PeriodicalId":166316,"journal":{"name":"2020 14th International Conference on Telecommunication Systems, Services, and Applications (TSSA","volume":"204 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133055675","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the end of 2019, the world was shocked by the discovery of a new corona virus variant in Wuhan province - China, which was later named Covid-19. Not only in China, all countries in the world are affected by a pandemic in which people are not allowed to touch one another and gather directly. All social, cultural and political activities cannot be carried out, including elections that are scheduled according to the constitution. E-voting technology that has been around for about 30 years can be the solution as an alternative method to carry out elections in the pandemic era. The contribution of this research is the ubiquitous voting model for general elections, changing traditional e-voting for elections in the pandemic era, so that in practice, voters do not need to go to the polling station. Elections use the existing technology in the community and are carried out wherever voters are located, so that elections will continue to take place during the pandemic.","PeriodicalId":166316,"journal":{"name":"2020 14th International Conference on Telecommunication Systems, Services, and Applications (TSSA","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131313284","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A microcontroller is also a microprocessor circuit system that consists of CPU, Internal Memory, Internal Beat Circuit, and I/O Terminal. All parts of the system are integrated into one single chip to get the maximum benefit from the microcontroller.In the industrial world, humans are greatly helped by the machines that have been created. One very useful machine is a CNC machine. This project utilizes a microcontroller as an automatic control on a CNC machine which aims to help simplify the programming of input files or data needed to move a CNC machine. The ball screw is used to convert the rotational motion generated from the stepper motor into a translational motion to move the working axis of the CNC machine. Designs that have been drawn on a personal computer will be converted into a G-Code form and then converted into microcontroller programing language using Inkscape application. The microcontroller uses a Pronterface application to read the data that has been transferred by the personal computer. Then this data is used to drive the two stepper motors, and a pattern is formed on the plane according to the design.The result of this CNC machine is to use a pen as an assumption of the drill bit, the precision of the distance traveled according to the input, and the milling experiment in the form of a certain image or writing.","PeriodicalId":166316,"journal":{"name":"2020 14th International Conference on Telecommunication Systems, Services, and Applications (TSSA","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114556206","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is due to their small size, low cost and short development time. However, modern space capabilities of CubeSats require high performance antennas to communicate with the ground stations at the earth surface. This paper presents a novel CPW-fed slot antenna with MSS for 3U CubeSat. The main idea is to use the MSS and the CubeSat’s body to significantly improve the antenna’s total gain. The experimental results show that the proposed antenna achieves a peak gain of about 10.7 dBi and a small reflection coefficient of -27.7 dB at an operating frequency of 2.45 GHz.","PeriodicalId":166316,"journal":{"name":"2020 14th International Conference on Telecommunication Systems, Services, and Applications (TSSA","volume":"326 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115342985","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Indonesian government, from central to the regions, has built a COVID-19 information system that can be used as an information source for the public. The COVID-19 pandemic is expected to last longer than expected, so a reliable and accurate information system is needed. So there needs to be an evaluation regarding the COVID-19 information system, especially in the regions to increase the public’s awareness towards pandemic. The study aims to evaluate Kabupaten Cirebon’s COVID-19 information system website using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). We use WebQual 4.0 towards User Satisfaction and Intention of Use as a evaluation model. Data were obtained from 261 respondents who rated website for four months from June to September 2020. Based on the assessment of the PLS-SEM model, the Service Interaction Quality variable most influences users of the Covid-19 website to re-access the website and recommend it to other users. Service Interaction Quality also dominantly influencing user satisfaction.","PeriodicalId":166316,"journal":{"name":"2020 14th International Conference on Telecommunication Systems, Services, and Applications (TSSA","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123218028","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The circuit is approximated using the division between A and $L = {2^{leftlfloor {{{log }_2}B} rightrfloor }}$, where ⌊log2 B⌋ is the most significant bit value of the divisor B. After that, we use the sum of binomial coefficient to approximate the values. The approximate divider is much simpler and can be implemented using shift and add operations. Moreover, the complexity of the method is $mathcal{O}(n)$, where n is the number of bits. Experimental results show that the probability of errors is less than 0.18. The approximate circuit is useful for circuit applications contain rigorous and massive arithmetic operations such as artificial intelligence circuits.","PeriodicalId":166316,"journal":{"name":"2020 14th International Conference on Telecommunication Systems, Services, and Applications (TSSA","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125911250","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
