Abstract

for democratic countries, elections are usually scheduled according to applicable law. At the end of 2019, the world was shocked by the discovery of a new corona virus variant in Wuhan province - China, which was later named Covid-19. Not only in China, all countries in the world are affected by a pandemic in which people are not allowed to touch one another and gather directly. All social, cultural and political activities cannot be carried out, including elections that are scheduled according to the constitution.
