It includes hedge funds, insurance companies, pension funds and mutual funds. It also includes banks, large corporate buyers or representatives of large institutions. Most developing economies have high volume of FIIs and these economies provide high growth potential than in developed economies. This study aims to find out whether there exists any significant relation between the Indian stock market (NSE-CNX NIFTY) and FII. We have used correlation to find out the extent of relationship between two variables and to validate the impact of FIIs on Indian Stock Market. We have further done some statistical analysis to find out the dominance of FIIs in Indian stock market. It is against this background that this study investigates financial literacy of Postgraduate management students in the region of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK), in Andhra Pradesh. It employs a stratified random sampling technique to sample 203 Postgraduate students using questionnaire as the research instrument. This study reveals that formal education is the main source of financial literacy of Postgraduate students, followed by parents, the media, and peers. Level 400 students are the most literate financially followed by level 300, 100 and 200 students. The research aimed at analyzing and explaining the productivity change that are influenced by work culture and work motivation toward work ability and the impact to agricultural business productivity at South Konawe of Southeast Sulawesi. The analysis unit in the research was pepper farmers at South Konawe of Southeast Sulawesi. The data type was primary data. The population of pepper farmers of 345 unites, taken 30 percent purposively, with homogenous characteristic. The returned questionnaire were 115 units, spread at four neighborhood associations at Mowita village and Mataiwoi village of Landono Sub district, South Konawe Regency of Southeast Sulawesi. The statistical analysis to test hypothesis was path analysis with significance level of 95% (p <0,05). The results showed that the stronger work culture, the higher productivity and work ability in the agricultural business. The more productivity in agricultural business, then the higher work motivation the higher work ability and agricultural business productivity. The study was based on the below objective: to find out the effects of politics on performance of staff, at Tharaka Nithi, Embu and Meru County Assemblies. This study was modelled by human capital theory, Adams (1963). This study used a survey study research design. The target population was all the 183 staff members of the Tharaka Nithi, Embu and Meru county assemblies, in the 9 departments. All the workers were purposively sampled for the study. The study utilized a questionnaire for the staff. The content validity of the instruments was ascertained with the help of the research supervisor. Before the actual data collection the researcher piloted the instruments using a test-retest technique and tested the results using Cronbach alpha method. The field data was cleaned by checking for any missing or inaccurate data and correcting it appropriately. After data cleaning, the quantitative data was coded and entered in the computer for analysis using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 21 for windows. Multiple regression analysis was used to establish if there was relationship and the nature of the relationship. Qualitative data obtained from the interview was analysed and discussed thematically. This data was used to reinforce the quantitative findings, and to elaborate on the concepts obtained. Quantitative analysis entails analyzing numbers about a situation by choosing specific aspects of that situation. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the quantitative data obtained. The study established that the level of staff training had an influence on their performance in the county assemblies in the skilled sectors of their jobs. However, the study concludes that the politics had a negative influence on the staff work performance in the County Assemblies, where the politicians tried to dictate their ways and wills to the workers of the county assemblies, through their influence. The Honourable Speakers of the respective county assemblies should ensure that there is minimum political interference. Here it is to mean that this study design has tried to explore the role of context specific general entrepreneurial framework conditions for new firm creation, innovation and local economic growth. To make it more apprehensible; this study has investigated the role of entrepreneurial expectation on new firm creation and its impact on early stage growth of new firms at the study area. Besides; it has also tried to explore the role of entrepreneurial motive for innovation and its impact on early stage growth of new firms at the study area. Likewise; it h also tried to describe the critical general problems behind entrepreneurial employee activity of small business firms. To do so, this study design has developed structured questionnaire for data collection of which owner/manager, entrepreneurial employees and regional experts are the main respondents of the survey program. Likewise, this study design has used the stratified sampling technique for identifying the type of respondents and so does the systematic random sampling for section of the respondents’ fro micro and small business firms. Thus; this study design has used the panel data principle so that 12 from new micro enterprise and 12from new small established business firms, of which 24 micro and small business firms have been incorporated as the target group during data collection program. Likewise; the GEM conceptual model which this study design has rely on has given a figure so that 36 regional exerts have been selected. In similar fashion; the researcher has used systematic random sampling technique for selection the type of respondents in sector organization. This study design has used Harvey Einstein’s development concept as the grounding theory and the possible hypothetical relationship among variables have been done and it has been design as the way/path by which the concept of this study design begins and finishes. Likewise; ajzen theory of planned behavior, push pull theory of motivational theory and early stage growth theory of Joseph Schumpeter has been used as the complementary theories for the basic conceptual elements of this study design. To put it on earth, this study design has used the GEM conceptual model as the truth so that the opinion of the data collection group have been measured and analyzed. Likewise, this study design has used the empirical data for examining the empirical role of entrepreneurship for local economic growth. The study is not limited to IAS 7 (IFRS) but includes ASC 230 (US GAAP) and the French general accounting plan as well. When comparing the statement of cash flows in accordance with ASC 230 and French general accounting plan with the statement of cash flows in accordance with IAS 7 requirements, it is concluded that the differences in classifying cash flows, components of cash and cash equivalents and the format of the statement are insignificant and, eventually, does not affect comparability. However, the comparability of Lebanese general accounting plan with IAS 7, ASC 230 and the French general accounting plan regarding the statement of cash flows is difficult due to the differences in classification of cash flows, components of cash and cash equivalents and the format of the statement. In addition, the theoretical part is supported by a questionnaire that was addressed to auditors in Lebanon. Hence, it is recommended to replace the current statement of cash flows with the recognized format as per IAS 7. The objective of the study is to critically examine the independence of the Internal Auditors in the Indian Market. Hence, it is important to establish what factors are perceived to impair the internal auditor independence. If the internal auditors are perceived to lack independence, does this have any impact on users’ assessment of the reliability of the internal audit reports. This study aims to address these issues. The need for internal auditor independence has been recognized by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Indian Companies Act, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) along with the professional accounting bodies worldwide.
