Global interest in this technology is high. This paper reports on the state of the art of UWB wireless technology and highlights key UWB features to apply UWB concepts in EHF frequencies, considering technological constraints and challenges on the realization of tx-rx architectures. In particular, the idea is to employ the UWB features exploiting the huge availability of bandwidth at high frequencies and overcoming the power emission limits, compliant with lower frequency communications (FCC standard) but not applied to W band. This could be a possible solution to increase transmission datarate and coverage ranges in order to support the new incoming communications needs. The self-aligned ion implantation process with the multilayer SiO2 “dummy gate” for the transistors fabrication was used. The dependences of the breakdown voltage and drain-source current of the fabricated GaAs MESFET versus the gap between the gate and n+ drain region were plotted. At that, a parameterized description of the system under study is utilized combined with a corresponding technique of estimation of the mutual information (in the Shannon sense), leading, finally, to a problem of the finite dimensional optimization. Choice of magnetotransistor circuit defines an operating mode and its influence on the offset. We used a fuzzy controller as a part of a semi-active vehicle suspension system, which consists of semi-active air spring and semi-active damper. System is implemented between the cabin floor and vehicle seat. Fuzzy controller is designed to adjust the stiffness of the air spring and damping of the oil damper, in order to isolate the vertical vibrations that are being caused by rough road surfaces. Input data for fuzzy controller are cabin floor acceleration, vehicle seat deflection and velocity of the vehicle seat deflection. Influence of the handle tool on the wood strength is experimentally investigated and modeling. Radar images are received which allow to quantitatively evaluate a change of building material strength. There are zones of cracks besides compression pressures in the nail field.
