摘要

本文对具有多晶硅电阻的p阱中双集电极横向npn型双极磁晶体管集成电路中集电极间初始偏置电压进行了实验研究。磁晶体管电路的选择定义了工作模式及其对偏置的影响。集电极电压之间的初始偏移量减少到小于1毫伏的值,从而可以增加相对有用的输出信号,用于弱磁场。
