It is shown that nonlinear properties of transistor results to strong dependence of the risetime from effect amplitude. The problem of risetime stabilization in nonlinear amplifiers is considered. The numerical-analytical minimization approach of the temporary parameters independent from pulse effect amplitudes have been offered. Condition of invariance of the response risetime to the source signal amplitude is determined. Modeling of the amplifier stage is carried out. Various control problems can be defined for such systems, such as targeting the trajectories to a desired point, stabilizing unstable periodic orbits etc. The recurrence plot is a two dimensional representation technique that brings out distance correlations in a time series and make it instantly apparent whether a system is periodic or chaotic. In this paper, the proposed method is applied to a nonlinear adaptive control.
