Persons with disabilities continue to face challenges related to their livelihood and well-being. This study aimed to describe the efforts of the private sector company PT Pertamina Rantau Field in realizing Inclusive Empowerment through the CSR program known as Rumah Kreatif Tamiang. The study employed a qualitative methodology, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was gathered through interviews with beneficiaries, while secondary data was sourced from the company’s internal records and relevant research journals. The findings of this study indicate the following: (1) The company plays a significant role in the development of vulnerable communities and is comprehensively responsive to these issues, as demonstrated by PT Pertamina EP Rantau Field. (2) Persons with disabilities are prepared to reintegrate into society by applying the skills acquired through the Rumah Kreatif Tamiang program, which includes workshop skills, handicrafts, and café management. One prominent innovation is the Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based learning system, promising an elevated quality of education. The AI-based learning system harnesses machine learning to tailor approaches for each student, monitoring their progress and providing pertinent feedback. A noteworthy example is the Intelligent Adaptive Learning System (AILS), which amalgamates Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology and 3D animation with the Google Search Engine. AILS aids comprehension via tablet devices, with teachers concurrently assuming a supportive role. AILS empowers students to autonomously acquire knowledge, accessing information through NLP and the Google Search Engine. The visualization of teachers through 3D animations enhances interactivity. Through AILS, students can learn from home or in-class, guided and mentored by teachers. AILS efficiently processes data, monitors progress, offers feedback, and identifies student needs. Teachers continue to facilitate profound learning and critical thinking skills. AILS fosters self-directed learning and lifelong skills. The 2004 Household Health Survey showed people's behavior regarding the habit of brushing their teeth, as many as 91% of the population aged 10 years and over did it every day, but only 7% brushed their teeth at the right time, namely after breakfast and before going to bed at night. This study aims to see the difference between counseling on how to brush your teeth properly with demonstration methods compared to leaflets and posters. This research will be carried out using a quantitative approach. The results of this study then found that the demonstration method had the greatest difference in improvement (60%) compared to leaflets (12%) and posters (24%). Saung Pandu was initiated to mitigate land conflicts through community empowerment approaches. As a result, Saung Pandu has become a community development program that focuses on integrated agriculture by utilizing processed domestic wastewater from the company. This research examines the process of community empowerment and participation using the theories of empowerment and community participation. Given the intertwined nature of empowerment and participation, the empowerment process is seen as a sequence of awareness-raising, capacity building, and empowerment. Meanwhile, participation is observed through the stages of planning, implementation, benefit realization, and monitoring and evaluation. This research adopts a qualitative methodology. The findings of this study indicate that while there is an existing empowerment process, optimal participation has not been achieved. The participation that occurs is largely influenced by the historical background of conflicts between the company and the community. Because there are still many areas that have not received access to telecommunications services, the Fiber to The Area (FTTA) network is the right solution to meet the needs of the community in economic, environmental and technical aspects. This design will provide an expansion of Fixed Broadband services around the Tanjung Lesung Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Pandeglang Regency, Banten. Later this fiber optic access network will use a Fiber To The Area (FTTA) network topology that connects the CO (Central Office) as a Metro Ethernet and DWDM hub with the Mini OLT Shelter as an Optical Line Terminal (OLT) hub supported by NG-PON (Next-Generation) PON (Passive Optical Network) technology with 2 Stage architecture which involves two stages of sending information signals through optical fiber. The purpose of this study is to reveal the self-concept of victims of the Cianjur earthquake, especially in Nagrak village, which has the highest number of victims. The research method used is qualitative, with phenomenology as a study of analyzing the experiences of victims namely the experiences of individuals directly affected by the Cianjur earthquake disaster. The research informants were Nagrak villagers consisting of six people namely three women and three men. The theories used are Herbert Mead's symbolic interaction theory, a theory related to self-concept, and Alfred Schutz's phenomenology theory, a distinctive theory with intersubjective meaning. The results showed that the self-concept of the people of Nagrak village affected by the earthquake considered that the earthquake event was an unforgettable traumatic experience because it was so powerful and destroyed most of their lives. The research method used in this research is qualitative research through library research. The data used in this study comes from the results of previous research and studies. The results of the study show that digital transformation in financial management brings significant benefits, such as increased operational efficiency through the automation of financial processes, real-time access to financial data for faster and more accurate decision-making, and improved relations with external parties through increased accessibility and the quality of financial services. However, challenges such as the security and privacy of financial data, cultural changes, and choosing the right technology solutions must also be addressed with care. Researchers identify the role of each Hexa-Helix actor based on their respective duties, because the helix studied has an important contribution in building the sustainability of the Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu Geopark tourist destination as a Unesco Global Geopark. This research uses a type of qualitative research using a post-postivism paradigm approach and case studies. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. Hexa-helix actors consisting of academics, business owners, communities, government or governing bodies, media and visitors.
