Moreover, Indonesia is an archipelagic state, where the islands are separated by sea. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a new autonomous region policy to maintain the welfare of the Indonesian state. This study then aims to analyze the New Autonomous Region Arrangement Policy process in Indonesia. This research will be carried out using descriptive qualitative methods. The selection of this method is expected to describe and summarize various conditions, situations, or phenomena of social reality that exist in society. The data source used in this study comes from documentation and observation. The results of this study then found that interests had an important role in forming the New Autonomous Region (DOB). In structuring the new autonomous regions, there are positive and negative sides. Unfortunately, in establishing a new autonomous region, the expected degree of change has not been fully realized. Several factors hamper this process, such as the low quality of human resources and inadequate financing.","PeriodicalId":164494,"journal":{"name":"INFLUENCE: International Journal of Science Review","volume":"155 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116634730","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tuttavia, in linea di massima, gli studi turistici hanno prestato ben poca attenzione ai momenti di crisi. Nel caso delle Isole Baleari, mentre ci sono lavori importanti sull'evoluzione storica dello spazio turistico, quelli tendono a considerare le crisi come momenti vuoti. Per questo motivo, questo articolo si concentra sul ruolo svolto dalle crisi nella produzione dello spazio delle Baleari, analizzando sia i momenti di distruzione che di ristrutturazione dell'economia politica. Dalla comprensione delle diverse crisi, dalla guerra civile ad oggi, possiamo concludere che i boom delle Isole Baleari sono il frutto indiscutibile di quelle crisi.","PeriodicalId":164494,"journal":{"name":"INFLUENCE: International Journal of Science Review","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126305087","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study was conducted using a development research model design carried out in the village of Lalonggombuno, one of the villages where the community is classified as having a low income compared to other villages. The results of the study show that the developed model can increase people's income through vocational education by implementing several skills education. Skills education in question is, (1) milkfish processing into, (2) management skills and (3) marketing skills. By providing assistance programs related to basic skills education, the less fortunate can concentrate more on work and as a result can send their children to school. The application of this model is proven to be able to help the community to improve their standard of living in general to be better than the previous conditions. Related to this, it is suggested that local governments pay more attention to the skills of the less fortunate by providing concrete programs through objective observation-based skills education to the field so that the treatment provided can help improve their standard of living.","PeriodicalId":164494,"journal":{"name":"INFLUENCE: International Journal of Science Review","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114716679","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This type of research is quasi-experimental, with a non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study were all 9th grade students of SMP Darussalam Cimanggu and the samples were taken from two classes using the saturated sample technique. The experimental class was given the PjBL model treatment and the control class was treated with a scientific approach. The instruments used were observation sheets, cognitive learning outcomes tests, and student response questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of the PjBL model was well implemented, marked by the implementation of the PjBL model by teachers, with an average of 91.6% in the very good category. The achievement of the experimental class in learning outcomes and student creativity was better based on the significance hypothesis test 0.031 < 0.05, the initial hypothesis was rejected indicating that there were differences in student learning outcomes and creativity. The learning process of implementing PjBL through making tempe shows > 80% of students responding positively to having an impact on creativity and student learning outcomes increasing because learning is more creative, innovative, and fun so that learning is in favor of students.","PeriodicalId":164494,"journal":{"name":"INFLUENCE: International Journal of Science Review","volume":"144 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123261608","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This child maltreatment indicates that there has been a neglect of the well-being of children after experiencing sexual abuse incidents. This study aims to explain and analyze cases, treatment, and conditions in a group of girls after experiencing sexual abuse incidents. Because so far there are only a few studies that pay special attention to the condition of children after experiencing sexual abuse incidents. This study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through the process of reading online news using the search keyword \"Sexual abuse against children in Indonesia\" through the Google search engine. This study shows that the child maltreatment that children receive after experiencing sexual abuse incidents appears in the form of expulsion of children from their homes, being dismissed from school, and being forced to marry the perpetrators. This context is clear evidence that the welfare of children after experiencing sexual abuse incidents has been ignored by their social communities. This study also recommends the importance of comparative studies of cases, treatment, and conditions of children after experiencing sexual abuse incidents by interviewing groups of girls and boys who are more empirical.","PeriodicalId":164494,"journal":{"name":"INFLUENCE: International Journal of Science Review","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132649902","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Apart from that, the government is also making efforts through determining the payment of money as compensation for corruption. The problem is how is the legal comparison between Indonesia and the United States regarding criminal sanctions for money as compensation in the concept of law enforcement on corruption crimes? The research used is normative legal research, namely a scientific research procedure to find the truth based on the scientific logic of law from a normative side, studying the application of rules or norms in positive law to find legal rules, legal principles, and doctrines, generate arguments, theories, or new concepts to find solutions to legal issues that arise and answer problems. Data collection by interviews, observation, documentation studies and data analysis techniques through data reduction and drawing conclusions with a total of 42 informants. The results and discussion of the implementation of the BANGGA Papua policy (Building a Prosperous Papuan Generation and Family) in Asmat District, Papua Province, explain that the productivity of the BANGGA Papua policy, as seen from the number of achievements of the target group of beneficiary communities, has not been productive because the target beneficiaries have not been achieved due to the cessation of the BANGGA Papua program which has not been running for five years. Then from the linearity dimension seen from the procedure, time, cost, place and implementation it can be said that the implementation has been linear or in accordance with the procedure, cost, place and implementer, although in terms of the time aspect the implementation of the BANGGA Papua program has not been appropriate. The existence of delays and delays in several stages of the BANGGA Papua program implementation resulted in the achievement of program targets not being achieved. Systematic searches were conducted in four database sources—Science Direct, ProQuest, EBSCO, and Google Scholar. A PICO worksheet was used to define keywords, including 1) Patient/Problem: Preconception for adolescent OR girl student, 2) Intervention: Iron and zinc OR Fe and Zn OR macronutrients, 3) Comparison: Multi-micronutrient, and 4) Outcome: Nutritional status. Inclusion criteria included female adolescents aged 9–24 years and English and Indonesian articles published from 2013 to 2020. The risk of bias was assessed by minimizing four potential sources of bias: sample selection, research design, control of confounding variables, and data collection techniques. Result: 10 relevant studies discussing iron, zinc, and multi-micronutrient supplements for adolescents were identified. Iron and zinc interventions are efficacious in preventing anemia, enhancing hemoglobin concentration, improving body mass index, and reducing the risk of low birth weight and preeclampsia for women in the preconception phase. The multi-micronutrient intervention has similar efficacy, but it can better affect the maternal immune response and the production of the human placental lactogen hormone, which ultimately increases placental weight and birth weight while lowering the risk of abortion and prematurity. Conclusion: Iron, zinc, and multi-micronutrient interventions play a pivotal role in improving the nutritional status of adolescents in preparing the preconception phase because they provide positive benefits and can prevent nutritional deficiencies before pregnancy, during pregnancy, and after delivery.","PeriodicalId":164494,"journal":{"name":"INFLUENCE: International Journal of Science Review","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126349115","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The distance learning policy (PJJ) during the COVID-19 pandemic, for example, turned out to be a new problem for education. The implementation of education and learning has undergone drastic changes. Learning is no longer using conventional face-to-face meetings, but is starting to be integrated with online learning. This paper aims to describe learning during a pandemic. This paper also shows that good collaboration between teachers, students, and parents can overcome problems in adapting blended learning methods during a pandemic. The application of the blended learning method in learning requires teachers to be creative in providing a learning platform. The activeness of students in the learning process and parents accompanying students during online learning greatly help the progress and creativity of students during the pandemic.","PeriodicalId":164494,"journal":{"name":"INFLUENCE: International Journal of Science Review","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121809264","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
