Challenges in archival systems that are not yet integrated and limited access to information are the main obstacles to a fast and accurate licensing process. Optimizing archives is needed to support transparency, and accountability and improve the quality of public services. This research aims to examine the strategic role of archives in public services in the licensing sector and identify archive management strategies to support the efficiency of the licensing process. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research, with data obtained from relevant literature studies and interviews with archival practitioners. The conclusion of this research shows that effective and integrated archive management is the main key to speeding up the licensing process and improving the quality of public services. Digitization of archives and the application of information technology has been proven to increase information accessibility and operational efficiency. Apart from that, standardization of records management and human resource training are important factors in increasing competence in modern records management. Cooperation between agencies is also needed to ensure the effective integration of archival systems. Individuals with strong achievement motivation strive to be intelligent and enhance or refine their abilities to fulfill their tasks. This study aims to explore the motivation and achievement index of Level I students majoring in dental nursing at Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Jakarta I, in 2021. Utilizing a descriptive research design, the population for this study comprised 39 Level I students, all of whom were included in the sample through a total sampling technique. Data were collected via a questionnaire administered through a Google Form. The findings reveal that the majority of students' learning motivation falls within the high category, involving 21 respondents (53.8%). Regarding the student achievement index, the majority, or 35 respondents (89.7%), were categorized within the good learning achievement bracket. The study further indicates that females predominantly exhibit good motivation, accounting for 19 respondents (48.7%). Research on the achievement index based on gender demonstrates that both genders show a high motivation level, with 3 male respondents (7.7%) and 32 female respondents (82.1%) respectively. The study also highlights that students with high learning motivation paired with a good achievement index total of 20 respondents (51.2%), with no students having high motivation alongside a merely sufficient performance index. The implementation of sedekah bumi occurs annually through three main activities: cleaning the streets and rivers, a cultural parade followed by a communal meal, and a shadow puppet (wayang kulit) performance. This study aims to explore how sedekah bumi serves as a medium for social interaction among religious communities in Kalimangli Subvillage, Karang Tengah Village, Tuntang District. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive research method, employing social interaction theory and social action as analytical tools. The findings reveal that sedekah bumi acts as a medium for social interaction among people of different religions. It is evident that all residents of Kalimangli Subvillage, regardless of their religious background, come together to collectively clean the streets and rivers, prepare offerings, create ceremonial structures, and participate in a cultural parade. This study aimed to comprehensively analyze the efforts of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga DPPU Bandara Internasional Lombok through the CSR program “Kampung Hijau Bank Sampah Al-Haqiqi” in changing the community’s paradigm in waste management. This study employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data used in this research included primary data collected through observations and interviews with beneficiaries. Secondary data were gathered from program implementation reports, monitoring and evaluation reports, and supplemented with relevant journal articles. However, in reality, humans also contribute to environmental degradation, leading to climate change. Erosion and flooding disasters in the coastal areas of Daun Village do not solely occur due to the intrusion of seawater but also due to the behaviors of people who harm nature by engaging in mangrove deforestation and the use of chemicals by fishermen. This study aimed to highlight the Hijau Daun Mangrove Ecotourism Program as a best practice in conservation practices, serving as a significant consideration for the sustainability of human (actor) and non-human (actant) agencies in the future of Bawean Island. The method employed was a case study with a single-case study design and secondary data analysis, where the unit of analysis is the CSR Program of PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Gresik. The Hijau Daun Mangrove Ecotourism Program successfully addresses the issues caused by natural disasters and the activities of the local community that exacerbate their impact. Together with the Hijau Daun Community Monitoring Group (Pokmaswas Hijau Daun), CSR PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Gresik has been able to restore land, subsequently utilized for mangrove ecotourism, shrimp and crab aquaculture, agricultural land, and mangrove product processing. The restored mangrove forest provides more benefits to the people of Daun Village through the development of integrated programs. The goal of program implementation is not only to preserve the existence of the mangrove ecosystem as an actant but also to create reciprocity from environmental conservation activities for the future existence of humans (actors).
