Based on the W-S-R methodology, a third-party hazmats logistics company’s service quality index system was constructed from three dimensions: physical, affair, and human. The interpretive structure (ISM) model was used to analyze its internal connections. Through the establishment of a hierarchical relationship diagram, various factors are analyzed from different levels, so as to further improve the economic benefits and overall level of third-party hazmats logistics enterprises. The research results show that the factors of the third-party hazmats logistics service quality interact and influence each other, and there is a certain level of relationship. COVID-19, which has spread rapidly and enveloped most of the world from the year 2020, is a global public health crisis the likes of which we have not seen in a century. Today, COVID-19 still remains to be brought under full control at the global level. Since the epidemic outbreak, various mass media report the COVID-19 timely and clearly, among which newspaper is a common and major one to report the epidemic situation. Randomly taking plenty of examples on COVID-19 from China Daily, this paper made a stylistic analysis on English news report of public health emergency from the level of syntax. This paper pointed out the problems existing in the teaching of data structure and algorithm, and expounded the teaching innovation of teaching environment, teaching mode, teaching organization, teaching content and teaching method based on the problem orientation. The teaching environment relied on digital campus + smart classroom + learning through teaching wisdom software, and the teaching mode adopted the blending teaching model of online and offline. The teaching team was established to construct the course, and the division of teaching tasks was carried out. The classroom was integrated into the grouping teaching, and the high-quality teaching resources were integrated. The localization design was carried out, and the grouping, inquiry, participation and cooperation teaching methods were integrated into the traditional heuristic and case teaching. In the process of vocational education improvement, “the integration of class, certificate, post and ability” teaching system reform and practice have been discussed, for the three software application courses of computer-aided design (CAD), building information modeling (BIM) and Glodon engineering quantity software (GQI). The analysis and positioning of “classes, certificates, posts, skills”, “classes and posts docking” to formulate teaching plans, “course certificate integration” setting teaching content, curriculum teaching method design, assessment and evaluation, the above five aspects were analyzed for the corresponding curriculum teaching reform and the study. Both literary translation and creation use language to shape artistic images, and artistic images are the crystallization of artistic thinking. Translation is not only cross-lingual transfer, but also conversion of thought. In novel translation, the translator's image thinking plays a vital role because of the characteristics of literary works. By the translation of Charles Frazier’s novel Nightwoods as an example, this paper illustrates how to make full use of four activities of imagery thinking (perception, association and imagination, emotion and harmony) during the translation process. At present, the consumer psychology of some consumers does not match with the insurance behavior because of insufficient income. The performance is that many people who have the intention to insure do not produce the insurance behavior. Therefore, it is one of the insurance marketing strategies that how to break the hesitancy of those people who have the intention to insure to become insurance customers. From the perspective of behavioral economics, this paper puts forward the hypothesis that income level has correlation effect on consumer psychology and insurance behavior, conducts the empirical study, constructs the model of income level—consumer psychology— insurance behavior correlation effect, reveals the transformation mechanism of policy holder’s psychology—willingness—behavior, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for effectively stimulating consumption to increase the insurance density. In order to help people better understand the culture of the Republic of China (ROC), experience the cultural connotation of ROC, and facilitate the research by researchers and the inheritance of ROC culture, this article proposes a ROC textbook retrieval system. The system is mainly divided into four modules: login and registration, book retrieval, online reading, and document downloading. We summarized and classified existing ROC textbooks, and converted them into electronic materials by scanning to build a database of ROC textbooks. According to the characteristics of textbooks, a fast retrieval algorithm is proposed to provide users with book search, online reading and other functions on the client interface, enabling users to search and read ROC textbooks online at all times and places through electronic devices, accumulating cultural literacy.
