From the perspective of behavioral economics, this paper puts forward the hypothesis that income level has correlation effect on consumer psychology and insurance behavior, conducts the empirical study, constructs the model of income level—consumer psychology— insurance behavior correlation effect, reveals the transformation mechanism of policy holder’s psychology—willingness—behavior, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for effectively stimulating consumption to increase the insurance density. Abstract. At present, the consumer psychology of some consumers does not match with the insurance behavior because of insufficient income. 收入水平对消费者心理和保险行为的相关效应研究
摘要目前,部分消费者由于收入不足,消费心理与保险行为不匹配。表现为许多有保险意向的人没有产生保险行为。因此,如何打破那些有保险意向的人成为保险客户的犹豫,是保险营销策略之一。本文从行为经济学的角度,提出了收入水平对消费者心理和保险行为存在关联效应的假设,并进行了实证研究,构建了收入水平-消费者心理-保险行为关联效应模型,揭示了投保人心理-意愿-行为的转化机制。并对有效刺激消费提高保险密度提出合理化建议。其研究价值在于用行为保险的基本理论指导保险实践,有利于双方共赢,促进保险的社会保障功能和覆盖面,从而促进保险业健康有序发展。
