Geomagnetic method is one of geophysical method that is often used and does not require big cost in exploration activity of tin. The use of geomagnetic method tools is very effective to reach a wide scale with a variety of measurement site terrain as well as data measurements of geomagnetic method can help analyze the state of the subsurface. Overview of the Earth's surface measurements of geomagnetic methods depends on the determination of point spacing measurement. Spacing point measurement geomagnetic methods typically use spacing of 20 meter. Determination of spacing of measurement points need to be tested using the comparison of spacing of 10 meter, 30 meter, 40 meter, and 50 meter with geostatistic approach (kriging). The measurement data of geomagnetic method used is Total Magnetic Intensity (TMI) value. The result of the geostatistical approach to the geomagnetic point spacing measurement point is expected to provide an alternative use of effective measurement point spacing in the exploration activities. The 40 meter spacing between geomagnetic measurement points shows a pattern that its almost the same as a 10 meter spacing with a level of confidence (r) that its higher than spacing of the confidence with 0.529 value. Social life its people are packed naturally and attractively so that the attractiveness of the city can encourage the entry of national and foreign tourists. In developing tourism in Pangkalpinang City, some problems obstruct the implementation of tourism development and the optimal empowerment for communitybased tourism managers. This study aims to identify the right strategy for tourism development in Pangkalpinang City. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis in strategy identification. The results show that the most appropriate strategy to be applied is to use an artificial tourism potential strategy approach in the form of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) where the strategy can lead to a \"snowball effect\" on the potential of natural tourism around the city of Pangkalpinang. The study on morphometric and meristic characters in fishes is important for the differentiation of taxonomic units and are able to spot differences between fish population. This study aims to analyze and determine the differences in morphometric and meristic character of the Selangat Fish (Anodontostoma sp.) between Kelabat Bay and Tukak Strait. Samples of fish were identified and analyzed with reference to Saanin (1995) and Rahardjo (1985) identification method. The analyze of data using Multivariate Analysis with Statistics SPSS 17.0, to test whether there are real character differences between population groups determined. This research also determine the similarities of morphometrics character. The results of the 23 morphometric multivariance analysis of Selangat fish showed similarities as 52.17%. There are no significant difference of meristic characteristics of Selangat fish between Kelabat Bay and Tukak Strait, except part of pectoral rays from Tukak Strait (P IV 8 – 9) compared pectoral rays of Selangat Fish from Kelabat Bay (P I 16 – 18). The difference in morphometric (47.83%) and meristic indicates that different locations and environment have considerable impact on morphometric and meristic characters. Increased groundnut yield in Bangka Belitung could be done by using drought tolerance genotypes. The objective of this study is to obtain groundnut genotypes tolerant to drought stress. This research was conducted at Experimental and Research Garden, University of Bangka Belitung, from January to March 2018. This research used experimental method with Split Plot Complete Randomized Design. It consisted of 2 main plot and 8 subplot levels. The main plot consists of 100% and 40% of field capacity used in drought stress assessment. Subplot consist of eight groundnut genotypes. These genotypes were Bangka local groundnuts (Belimbing, Arung Dalam, Air Ketimbai 1, Bedeng Akeh, and Lubuk Kelik accession), and national varieties (Tuban, Hypoma and Kancil varieties). Research result showed Bangka local groundnut genotypes tolerant to drought stress was Belimbing accession for 100 seeds weight character. National varieties tolerant to drought stress were Tuban and Hypoma varieties. Tuban variety showed drought tolerance through the following characters: root length, number of seeds per pod, root dry weight, and seed weight per plant. Hypoma variety showed drought tolerance on root length and number of seeds per pod characters. Tuban, Hypoma and Belimbing could be recommended for groundnut cultivation on dry land.
