Monsoon is one of the main element which influences the weather and climate in some Indonesia areas. Sea Surface Temperature is the water temperature close to the ocean’s surface. Sea Surface Temperature is directly influenced by Monsoon. This study is conducted in the Java sea which is located between 2.5 – 10 South Latitude and 105 – 117.5 East Longitude. Moreover, it is located between monsoon wind power regions. This research used the data of zonal wind and meridional wind taken from http://iridl.ldeo.columbia.edu and the data of Sea Surface Temperature in the research areas during 30 years from 1986 to 2015 from https://www.esrl.noaa.gov/psd/data/gridded/tables/sst.html. This study aimed to observe the effect of the monsoon on the sea surface temperature changes in the Java seas. The analysis result showed that Monsoon has some effects on the changes of Sea Surface Temperature. The southwestern summer monsoons occur from ApriltoNovember. Some previous research findings suggest that the ritual Nuju Jerami is a period of time for the Lom community to restart a new field for rice growing , a means of strengthening the kinship system, and a symbol of traditional identity. Based on the results of the study showed that the rhythm of Nuju Jerami has been constructed in two ways. First, the ritual Nuju Jerami is constructed as an field of intersection between the social exchange system and the exchange of political interests: the repayment of customary forest tenure by the corporation of oil palm plantations. Network connections and funding of funds for the implementation of Nuju Jerami from corporations reinforce these findings. Second, the construction of modernity culture accelerates the process of transforming subsistence values into the orientation of materialist values. The cultural values of nuju jerami are being stripped away and replaced with the values of commercially-oriented materialism to the extent of entertainment and meaningless celebrations. The social construction of Nuju Jerami needs to be placed in an effort to counter the construction of the interests of the land and the unfairness of modernity as well as to build cultural awareness by institutionalizing Nuju Jerami based on community development. Until now, the Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries has drowned more than 350 ships of various sizes committing illegal fishing crimes in Indonesian sovereign territory. Using the socio-legal approach, this paper wishes to offer legal refinement in order to give a firm legality of illegal fishing eradication through the ship's sinking.Illegal fishing crime in Indonesian waters, believed to have caused losses for this country is estimated at more 40 billion rupias a year. This condition is even believed to be an obstacle in accelerating Indonesia as a prosperous country. It is for this reason that the sinking of the ship is seen as the representative of the face of courage in defending sovereignty. Drowning of ships is considered strategic in order to combat illegal fishing, especially by raising the fear of outside fishermen who stole fish in Indonesian waters.For some, the sinking of vessels could incur substantial losses, especially the opportunities of countries that should be able to utilize ships through foreclosures for the country. Some people believe that the foreclosure could be used by black entrepreneurs who cooperate with unscrupulous law enforcement officers. This opportunity is to be covered by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. However, that does not mean the drowning has passed the various legal tests.The government is very important to link shipbuilding with four interrelated components, namely ecological sustainability, socio-cultural-economic sustainability, sustainable marine law communities, and institutional sustainability.Restored law, related to the legality of vessel execution, should be able to address ecological recovery targets, not to cause socio-cultural-economic problems, friendly to indigenous peoples, and to think about the institutional context. The cause of the material is directly used, without any treatment so that the material's durability is less durable. There are factors from nature that reduce bamboo resistance such as examples: Mushrooms, mosses, insects, marine animals. To overcome these weaknesses, it is necessary to conduct a research study on compressive tests on bamboo as well as to lengthen bamboo lamination. In the production chain of pegagan leaf chips, one of the influencing factors towards the storability or shelf-life is the cooking oil content within the packaged product, in which the excess cooking oil content should be minimalized. A design of 3-kg capacity onefold spinner machine is introduced as 2D and 3D model and simulated using Solidworks software to determine the individual parts’ strength and recommended material through creative and weighted objective method. After utilization of the spinner, the cooking oil and final nutrient contents are analyzed before and after the process by the duration of spinning time from 0 to 60 minutes. The cooking oil drained or removed from the chips were analyzed descriptively, while the data is analyzed using ANOVA to determine the effective spinning time. The result shows that the spinning duration had an effect toward the removed cooking oil content in which the graphical approach shows an exponential curve between the spinning duration and cooking oil content. The effective spinning duration is achieved at 30 minutes in which the product cooking oil content is at its lowest and highest difference compared to the previous results. Post tin conditions encourage people to be more active and creative in managing nature wisely and wisely. The condition of assets owned by the community varies from natural, physical, financial, social and human capital. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and purposive sampling data collection techniques. Based on the results of the research, the community diversified the work of the various natural potentials it possessed. Livelihood diversification is one of the post-tin community survival strategies. Some diversification activities carried out by the community include utilizing ex-tin as freshwater aquaculture.
