This is based on international agreement of UNCLOS 1982, which has been ratified by both Indonesia and Malaysia. This indicates that international law had been regulating maritime delimitation, and in case of unfinished arrangement, dispute resolution procedure as stated in Chapter XV of UNCLOS 1982 could be utilised, i.e. special regulation by temporary arrangement. Thus, during the final adjustment period, biological natural resources within the overlapping areas could still be utilised by traditional fishermen of both countries. The aim of this research is to create a pH control system to reins water pH on hydroponic. This control system consists of hardware such as pH sensor, microcontroller Atmega328p, servo motor, water pump, LCD and software such as program algorithm. Hardware components were control by program algorithm. The pH value of hydroponic was monitored by pH sensor. The pH value has been read by the sensor used to servo control on taps the acid and alkaline shelter. The pH control uses range of 5.50 to 6.50 as set point. The results showed that pH sensor has the calibration average error of 2.28%. The pH control system showed servo 2 ”ON” and servo 1 ”OFF” when pH value < 5.50. This resulted that addition of an alkaline that increasing pH of the liquid. And than servo 1 and servo 2 “OFF” when pH value on 5.50 to 6.50. This shows that the pH of the liquid on set point condition. This obstacle can be overcome by using a simple, inexpensive and reliable floating tool for coastal areas, rivers and shallow and not fast-flowing mangrove forest waters. So it is necessary to do research to be able to realize floating tools that are in accordance with the conditions of the waters. The floating tool research activity is expected to be beneficial for the coastal communities of deesa Bedono, Sayung Subdistrict, Demak Regency, Central Java, especially to increase the fishing yield and welfare of the fishing community. The analysis results of the floating appliance ability receive loads up to 300 kg / drum so that the capacity of 1 tool module can be planned for 3-4 people. Tourism development becomes one of the flagship programs of Bangka Belitung Islands Province which is contained in RPJPD so that the need for focused developmentefforts through Triple Track Strategy. Triple Track Strategy is a concept of tourism development that is reflected in pro-growth, pro job and pro-poor. The aim of this study is to test and analyze the influence of Triple Track Strategy in developing tourism to the regional economy of Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This research is a research with the quantitative approach with multiple linear regression method and model estimation using Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Variable to be studied is pro-growth measured from Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the tourism sector, projob measured from a labor of tourism sector and propoor which measured from poverty rate to regional economy as measured from total GRDP. The data used in the study is secondary data consisting of GRDP, GDP of the tourism sector, tourism work force and poverty are presented in the form of time series from 2005 to 2017. The results of this study found that the variables that significantly affect the economy in the province of Bangka Belitung are measured from the total GRDP is the pro-growth variable measured from the PDRB of tourism and propoor which is measured from the poverty rate. While the variables that did not significantly affect the economy in the Bangka Belitung archipelago province as measured from the total GRDP were the pro job variables measured by the tourism sector work force. The result of Triple Track Strategy estimation in tourism development toward the regional economy of Bangka Belitung Islands Province shows progrowth variable as measured from GDP of the tourism sector, pro-job measured from labor of tourism sector and pro-poor which is measured from poverty rate simultaneously has a significant effect on economy Bangka Belitung area measured from the total GRDP. It makes Indonesia as a transit point for asylum seekers and refugees to pursue their destination to Australia. Some of these asylum seekers do not apply for refugees’ status determination procedure through UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) for some reasons. They entry in Australia through sea illegally. On the other hand, the trafficking syndicates employ Indonesian children who work on a ship which bring asylum seeker to Australia. They arrive in Australia and do not realize that they break Australian Law for committing people smuggling crime. In the process of law, some of them identify as adults because lack of evidence regarding their age. Then, they are imprisoned in an adult Australian prison. However, in the appeal stage, they are found not guilty as children. Furthermore, Indonesian children have replacement in Indonesia and have submitted a lawsuit in Central Jakarta District Court to get the composition of their sentence in prison without committing a crime. The increasing number of asylum seekers/refugees immigrates to Indonesia raises its own problems and also the impact of their use illegal way to Australia. Therefore, the Australian and Indonesian Government should have responsibility toward build bilateral cooperation in order to resolve this problem by providing legal protection for children who are victims of trafficking syndicates and enforce the law for trafficking syndicates. The utilization of coastal and Ketawai island as a tourist area becomes a threat to the growth of seagrass community. This study aimed to analyze the community structure of seagrass, the coverage percentage, the density and the seagrass frequency located in Ketawai Island. The results showed that there were 8 (eight) species found in sampling site. It consists of Cymodocea serrulata, Enhalus acoroides, Syringodium isoetifolium, Cymodocea rotundata, Halodule uninervis, Thalassia hemprichii, Halophila ovalis, Halodule pinifolia. Cymodocea serrulata found in the highest density, highest attendance, highest frequency and highest percent of overage in all sampling site. Bangka Belitung is one of the provinces that began to develop tourism as an alternative to replace mining as an economic center. Bangka Island is starting to increase tourism potential in its area to attract tourists. One potential is the Kota Kapur Site in the village of Kota Kapur, Bangka Regency which is a site that shows the traces of the Srivijaya Kingdom in the past. Kota Kapur site can be developed into a historical tour of the Sriwijaya Kingdom in addition to island tourism due to the existence of 5 small islands near the site of Kota Kapur, Bangka. One tour that can be developed is historical tourism, namely the existence of the Kota Kapur site as proof of the existence of the Srivijaya kingdom in the past in Kota Kapur Village, Bangka Regency. The Kota Kapur site is very famous for its many heritage here starting from inscripción, temples, ports and so on-. The current condition of the Kota Kapur Site requires attention in order to become a historical tourist attraction that is known again by tourists and makes tourists interested in visiting the Kota Kapur site. To introduce a good tourist destination, various aspects need to be prepared. A complete tourism information system about the Kota Kapur site and can be accessed by many people using Internet-based information technology and contains information from images, videos and history of the Kota Kapurstone that can make people interested in coming. By utilizing this tourism information system, many people will be able to find out about historical attractions, namely the Kota Kapur Site in Kota Kapur Village, Bangka, so it is expected that many people will be interested in visiting the Kota Kapur Site in Kota Kapur Village and the islands around the Kota Kapur village.","PeriodicalId":162573,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Maritime and Archipelago (ICoMA 2018)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114960728","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
