First, based on YOLO-v3, a new training data set labeling strategy is designed to make the target have a higher effective pixel occupation rate in Ground Truth. Two DenseBlock structures are integrated to effectively alleviate gradient disappearance, reduce the number of parameters, and save computational power. Feature reuse can also play an anti-overfitting role. The proposed method is validated on the dataset of Lugus Lucorum images. With the goal of maximizing the energy efficiency of the D2D network, the D2D user transmission rate is combined with the terminal battery energy to establish a cooperative game model under the constraints of the interference threshold, the D2D user as a player dynamically adjusts the transmission power according to the mutual interference energy, at the same time introducing weighting factor structure of the utility function, the appropriate weighting factor is selected through simulation and the existence and uniqueness of the Nash equilibrium solution of the cooperative game model are proved. Finally, through repeated iterations, the optimal transmission power of the user when the energy efficiency of the D2D network is maximum is obtained. To increase the interest of students in PE classroom teaching, we adopted the literature review, experiments, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, questionnaire survey, and other methods based on interactive programmed teaching method in this study to perform experimental research on the teaching of volleyball smashing techniques in regular colleges and universities. Sixty students were selected from a specific college for case study, and the volleyball smashing skills were analyzed and evaluated. The results have verified that: Compared with conventional teaching methods, the interactive programned teaching method is more conducive to improving the technical skills of students and improving their capabilities to observe, analyze, and solve problems. It is to substitute the nonlinear equation established by TDOA positioning measurement value into the initial value obtained by cuckoo search algorithm. This method utilizes the powerful maximum value search ability of Cuckoo algorithm to provide initial value for Taylor series expansion algorithm, which solves the problem that Taylor series expansion algorithm is sensitive to initial value and has good convergence characteristics. Based on this advantage, the proposed path planning method has better accuracy and convergence performance. The method adapts to the dependence of emergency events on social development by weakening the weight of old cases. Firstly, the coefficient of variation method is used to calculate the weight coefficient between case attributes. Secondly, the consumption strategy is used to reduce the weight of the old cases, and then the similarity between the cases is calculated to retrieve the best source case matching the target case. Finally, the simulation results show that the prediction accuracy of the improved method is proved to be better than that of the traditional method.
