The conventional ideas, concepts, and teaching methods of PE with specific features that have been formed over a long time can no longer facilitate students in mastering sports skills and improving their self-study capabilities. To increase the interest of students in PE classroom teaching, we adopted the literature review, experiments, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, questionnaire survey, and other methods based on interactive programmed teaching method in this study to perform experimental research on the teaching of volleyball smashing techniques in regular colleges and universities. Sixty students were selected from a specific college for case study, and the volleyball smashing skills were analyzed and evaluated. The results have verified that: Compared with conventional teaching methods, the interactive programned teaching method is more conducive to improving the technical skills of students and improving their capabilities to observe, analyze, and solve problems. 摘要

普通高校体育教学肩负着传授基本体育技能、塑造健康身体、培养良好心理素质、养成良好生活习惯的重要使命。长期以来形成的具有特色的传统体育思想、观念和教学方法,已经不能帮助学生掌握体育技能,提高自主学习能力。为了提高学生对体育课堂教学的兴趣,本研究采用文献法、实验法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法、问卷调查法等基于交互式程序化教学法的方法,对普通高校排球扣球技术教学进行了实验研究。选取某高校60名学生进行案例研究,对排球扣球技术进行分析评价。结果证明:与传统的教学方法相比,交互式编程教学方法更有利于提高学生的技术技能,提高学生观察、分析和解决问题的能力。它可以有机地分解教学的总体目标,大大降低了技术学习的难度,使学生在不断尝试成功学习技术的过程中,树立学好排球技术的自信心,增强学习排球的兴趣。
