Build a user behavior indicator system to extract data sources, implement analyze programming code, present data based on data map. Provide priority pilot cities for education platform managers to build offline courses by presenting results. According to human hearing characteristics, this paper analyzes a model of alerting system on the plane by using the virtual auditory display technology. Furthermore, it solves the key methods such as how to product and interpolate the head-related transfer function (HRTF) data, how to simulate the moving sound source’s distance and Doppler shift, and how to smooth transition of the sound signals. Therefore, a method of automatic insulation detection of electrical equipment based on infrared technology is proposed. Firstly, the infrared image of the electrical equipment is obtained by the infrared thermal imager, and the infrared image is preprocessed and converted into gray image; The noise in gray image is removed by binary method, and the target area is obtained; After that, the infrared image is enhanced to improve the clarity of the target area; Finally, the mapping relationship between temperature and gray level is established, and the high-temperature area of infrared image is obtained by using relative temperature difference method. The design of automatic insulation detection method for electrical equipment based on infrared technology is completed. In order to meet the application requirements, an image recognition algorithm based on Cosine similarity is proposed. Firstly, the image of the valve opening and closing state is used as the template, the two-dimensional matrix is generated after the gray-scale processing, and the one-dimensional matrix is obtained after two mapping; secondly, the valve state image is collected in real time and the same operation with the template is carried out to get another one-dimensional matrix; thirdly, the Cosine similarity is used for the one-dimensional matrix generated by the real-time collected image and the one-dimensional matrix generated by the template image; Finally, the application of the algorithm in the safety monitoring of domestic gas stoves is discussed. The simulation results show that the algorithm has a good recognition effect on the valve switch state, what’s more, the algorithm has the advantages of easy to use, fast response and low construction cost. This paper proposes the method of the transmission line grounding resistance monitoring and fault state identification based on neural network. Using neural network, the fault points in the line decomposition section are determined, and the ground resistance is monitored in real time on the basis of the fault points. Analysis of the experimental results shows that the monitoring errors of the method in this paper are less than 0.1Ω, while the monitoring errors of the three pole phase method and clamp meter method in the resistance results are more than 1Ω, and the monitoring errors of clamp meter method are even as high as 6Ω at one time. However, it may be attacked by malicious adversaries once the ESAM is cracked. Since SM has limited communication and computing resources and cannot detect malicious code, a cloud based cyber security protection approach is proposed to detect malware online. Firstly, the closed and fixed operating environment is utilized to establish and maintain a white list of legal processes in the cloud security server. Thereafter, the malware detection agent is installed in SM, and all operating processes are enumerated by it. The hash code of each process can be calculated as its identity and submitted to the cloud security server. The SM with malware could be identified by comparing it with the whitelist. SM needs only calculate and upload hash code of processes, which is affordable to SM with limited computing & communication resources. Compared with the measurement errors of single sensor and average estimation, it is proved that the heterogeneous sensor using weighted least square data fusion has higher measurement accuracy.
