According to human hearing characteristics, this paper analyzes a model of alerting system on the plane by using the virtual auditory display technology. Furthermore, it solves the key methods such as how to product and interpolate the head-related transfer function (HRTF) data, how to simulate the moving sound source’s distance and Doppler shift, and how to smooth transition of the sound signals.
