Combination of partial transmit sequences (PTS) and simplified clipping and filtering with bounded distortion (SCAFBD) is proposed. The first mentioned method is distortionless, but needs to transmit a side information in every OFDM symbol. The second method introduces signal distortion. The combination of methods results in better PAPR reduction and lower bit error rate (BER). The JTAGICE mkll debugging device is used. In principle this device is controlled via supervised development tools titled AVR Studio. The purpose of this contribution is to understand the structure of the communication protocol, thus the AVR Studio could be replaced by any application. The paper represents the preliminary study for developing the microcontroller system controlled via Internet. The communication with JTAGICE mkll has serial asynchronous character, where transmitted and received data are encapsulated into frames or packets. Each frame has its own structure and meaning. The main goal is to discriminate a multi-carrier OFDM modulation type from some single-carrier analog and digital modulation types. The proposed solution uses statistics of the received signal, which is observed on the signal amplitude at the output of the intermediate-frequency stage. Many of these systems are in develop, and many groups of scientist (engineers) are searching for new methods to solve different problems in this field (vehicle detection, traffic sign detection, license plate recognition, pedestrian's detection, etc.). In this paper we focus on traffic sign recognition. New developed invariant transform based traffic sign recognition system is here described. The architecture of proposed system involves fast processing method and method based on invariant transform. These generators serve e.g. as clock sources for timing or they can be used for synchronization. In all cases, strict claims are posed on a quality of the output signal, especially the stability, the purity and the signal level. This article deals with the modeling of the oscillator phase noise. The general definition of the phase noise is explained and the single sideband phase noise course is shown. Various oscillator phase noise models are introduced. Each model is described and its parameters affecting the phase noise are studied. The SoPC was implemented in the recent Actel Fusion ARM enabled FPGA device. It consists of four main blocks - CoreMP7 (Actel's soft-core industry standard ARM7processor) for managing the SoPC, SRAM and Flash memories embedded inside the FPGA for storage and execution of CoreMP7 embedded software, custom TRNG design and Hi-Speed USB 2.0 interface based on a Cypress USB microcontroller for fast download of generated data to the computer. TRNG and USB interface peripherals are directly connected to the CoreMP7 peripheral bus to improve flexibility of using it. In its most general form, the circuit consists of five operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) and of two grounded capacitors. The filter provides simultaneously three current outputs of HP, BP, and LP types into independent loads. The quality factor can be adjusted electronically independently on the natural frequency. Less rigorous rules of controlling the filter parameters can imply a reduction of number of OTAs to three or even two. Understanding these fundamentals is important to analysing problems. The aim of this article is to solve problems with the design and simulation of asynchronous circuits. The final results are simulation models of a 4-phase bundled-data pipeline and a 4-phase dual-rail pipeline.
