Conversion of simple cycle to combined cycle in Iran's power station is inevitable. The change of power generation cause reducing of total system inertia, Primary frequency control will be more difficult. Controlling of frequency is an essential requirement of electrical network stability. Evaluating of contribution of steam turbine (ST) combined cycle power plant (CCPP) of Primary frequency responses without participate of hydropower, requires an accurate integrated model of CCPP. In this paper, primary frequency control (PFC) with the participation of ST in CCPP has been analyzed. Integration model of CCPP, based on 2 case studies are extracted. A Simulation model for evaluation of primary frequency response is done in MATLAB software. It is observed; the contribution of ST of CCPP in PFC substantial improved the overall system inertia.","PeriodicalId":161929,"journal":{"name":"2017 Iranian Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121486859","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of these tasks centralized on face recognition and detection. One of different ways for deceiving automatic face analysis systems is mark notation on the skin. On the other hand some applications attempts to eliminate defects of the face. Hence, in this paper we try to detect and remove skin marks on the face, whether they're natural or not. Our algorithm passes face image through appropriate filters to get mark candidates and then create a graph space using 8-point neighborhood relations of mark candidates image pixels. Then we compute probabilities of each mark candidate using four measures based on intensity of occurrence, shape density, uniqueness in local area and color difference. Then using a threshold, we distinguish marks and false candidates. Finally we use the most similar adjacent area around mark to remove the mark from skin. Our algorithm represents significant accuracy in mole detection and removal.","PeriodicalId":161929,"journal":{"name":"2017 Iranian Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125194912","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They employ heterogeneous network and cloud platform to obtain more availability with low latency platform for an urgent accident video reporting service. In their study, for the first time the security issues of 5G enabled vehicular networks have been addressed. Eiza et al. claimed that their scheme guarantees user's privacy, confidentiality, non-repudiation, message integrity and availability for participant vehicles. In this paper, we show that Eiza et al. scheme is vulnerable to replay, message fabrication and DoS attacks. Regarding the sensibility of video reporting services in VANET, then, we propose an efficient protocol to overcome security weaknesses of Eiza et.al. scheme and show that the proposed protocol resists against commonplace attacks in VANET with acceptable communication and computation overhead.","PeriodicalId":161929,"journal":{"name":"2017 Iranian Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125320446","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The derived equation is a function of geometrical parameters of the structure. This is an advantage because they show a clear relationship between geometrical parameters of the antenna and radiated field that allows intelligent modification of the pattern. The Gaussian slot is used to obtain the best radiation pattern with lowest SLL. The results obtained by introduced formula are compared with the full wave commercial simulator such as HFSS software which confirms the accuracy of the introduced equations.","PeriodicalId":161929,"journal":{"name":"2017 Iranian Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE)","volume":"86 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122531814","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although using multiple sources of information about the input space has been investigated in the last decade and many multi-view and multi-modal learning methods have already been introduced, the attribute learning for classes (output space) is a new problem that has been attended in the last few years. In this paper, we propose an attribute learning method that can use different sources of descriptions for classes to find new attributes that are more proper to be used as class signatures. Experimental results show that the learned attributes by the proposed method can improve the accuracy of the state-of-the-art zero-shot learning methods.","PeriodicalId":161929,"journal":{"name":"2017 Iranian Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122798210","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the other hand, international growth in natural gas price and different restrictions on emitting greenhouse gases cause increase in expenses of fossil fuels power generation. As a result, renewable energy resources especially wind and solar energies are the best alternatives for power generation. The main disadvantage of wind and solar resources is their uncertainties. Cooperation of wind and solar systems could help to overcome this problem and have a more reliable network. In this paper, uncertainty model of a sample system (consist of photovoltaic panels, wind turbines and battery) is drawn out by probability and statistics calculations. Furthermore, a standalone microgrid is organized and designed with respect to the expected energy not supplied (EENS) and system cost indicators by using Monte Carlo method.","PeriodicalId":161929,"journal":{"name":"2017 Iranian Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE)","volume":"90 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127660886","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The device structure consists GaAs/AlGaAs [110] strained quantum wells (QWs) based on V-type electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT). In this paper, we use an analytical model in fractional dimension in order to simulate and analysis slow light device. Effects of well width variation have been investigated on exciton oscillator strength (EOS) and fractional dimension parameter. Influences of these parameters alterations have been illustrated in optical properties of slow light system such as slow down factor (SDF) and central energy of the device. Based on obtained results, we can adjust optical variables of slow light system with controlling the well thickness. Using proposed method, we have also estimated the maximum value of SDF about 9×103.","PeriodicalId":161929,"journal":{"name":"2017 Iranian Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE)","volume":"147 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128110483","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
