Penelitian ini diteliti dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan Teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini terbagi menjadi empat dimensi, pada dimensi Context terdapat keselarasan antara tujuan dan apa yang di inginkan dan dibutuhkan masyarakat sehingga adanya pemabyaran elektronik ini dapat dikatakan tepat. Pada dimensi input dalam hal sumber daya manusia (SDM), sarana dan prasarana, anggaran serta strategi yang digunakan sudah tepat. Pada dimensi proses pembayaran elektronik pada bus trans jogja ini terlaksana sesuai dengan yang direncanakan melalui sosialisasi, arahan cara pemabyaran sampai pelaksanaan pembayaran. The method used by the author in this study was qualitative and would answer a more comprehensive phenomenon. This method was sourced from literature studies, written documents, online searches, and other relevant supporting documents that will be used as secondary data collection techniques. Cooperation between Indonesia and Singapore has been established since 1967. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on both countries. Singapore, which is directly adjacent to Batam City, one of the regions in the Riau Islands, Indonesia, was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Almost all countries carried out various policies limiting mobility from tourists to trade. This pandemic provided new opportunities for Singapore-Indonesia, especially in Batam City, by creating a new collaboration. The strategy to increase cooperation between the two countries in tourism to investment and development is called “Three Bridges,” which consists of travel bubble bridges, infrastructure bridges, and digital bridges. The “Three Bridges” development strategy, to increase cooperation when COVID-19 hit the situation between the two countries, is a multidimensional program in the future. Singapore and Batam City have proximity in the border area of various sectors of cooperation. Namun kenyataannya pernikahan dini masih banyak terjadi di kalangan masyarakat khususnya daerah Kecamatan Karangpawitan Kabupaten Garut. Pencegahan pernikahan dini perlu mendapat perhatian yang lebih besar dari semua pihak baik masyarakat maupun pemerintah dalam hal ini adalah Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi dan dampak kebijakan KUA dalam menekan angka pernikahan dini di Kecamatan Karangpawitan Kabupaten Garut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuliatatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan literature yang mendukung penelitian. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini bahwa strategi kebijakan KUA dalam menekan angka pernikahan dini di Kecamatan Karangpawitan Kabupaten Garut diantaranya yaitu sertifikat layak kawin, penyuluhan dan sosialisasi, pelayanan di bidang administrasi pencatatan nikah, dan bimbingan perkwinan. Dampak dari kebijakan KUA dalam menekan angka pernikahan dini di Kecamatan Karangpawitan Kabupaten Garut yaitu menikah siri, kumpul kebo, dan manipulasi identitas.Abstract: The Marriage Law Number 16 of 2019 states that the minimum age for marriage is 19 years for both men and women. However, child marriage still occurs in the community, especially in the Karangpawitan District, Garut Regency. Child marriage prevention needs greater attention from all parties, both the community and the government, in this case, the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). This study aims to determine the strategy and impact of the KUA policy in suppressing the number of child marriages in Karangpawitan District, Garut Regency. The method used was qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques used interviews and literature. The results revealed that the KUA policy strategy in suppressing the number of early marriages in the Karangpawitan sub-district, Garut district, included marriage certificates, counseling and socialization, services in marriage registration administration, and marriage guidance. Berbagai program maupun kebijakan strategis dari Pemerintah Indonesia telah banyak dilakukan sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyaakat melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Namun faktanya bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat di Indonesia masih mendapatkan banyak hambatan-hambatan dalam upaya mencapai target yang akan dicapai. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam kajian ini dengan literature review melalui analisis bibliometrik dengan sumber data pada database scopus yang di ekspor dalam bentuk csv dan dibantu dengan aplikasi vosviewer untuk memvisualisasikan gambaran yang akan ditampilkan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk melihat trend publikasi dan sitasi co authorship penulis dan negara asal penulis dan juga perkembangan publikasi penelitian pemberdayaan masyarakat di Indonesia. Dari hasil kajian yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa tahun 2021 merupakan tahun yang paling banyak dilakukan publikasi yaitu 21 artikel dengan sitasi terbanyak pada tahun 2016. Untuk Co-authorship penulis, terdapat 328 Penulis dan tersebar dalam 79 kluster dengan jumlah penulisa terbanyak yaitu 17 orang. Serta perkembangan publikasi yang masih jarang dilakukan yaitu community engagement, good governance, management, development, local community, immunization sehingga diharapkan kedepannya dapat dilakukan penelitian berkaitan kata kunci tersebut. Abstract: Community Empowerment Programs and Activities are a government alignment with its people. Indonesia's government has implemented many strategic programs and policies to improve people's welfare through community empowerment. However, community empowerment in Indonesia still faces obstacles to achieving targets, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the researcher is interested in conducting a study using bibliometric analysis by capturing articles in the Scopus database, exported in CSV form and assisted by the Vosviewer application to visualize the picture displayed. The research examines the author's publication trend, co-authorship citation, country of origin, and the development of community empowerment research publications in Indonesia. From the results, 2021 was the year with the most publications, 21 articles and the most citations in 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana transformasi birokrasi dilakukan pasca pandemic dan bagaimana dampak dari hal tersebut untuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini akan bersifat studi kepustakaan dengan membandingkan teori dengan fakta yang terjadi dilapangan dan melalui studi kasus. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan literatur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana teori agile governance berpengaruh terhadap proses transformasi birokrasi yang terjadi. Serta untuk melihat bagaimana transformasi birokrasi hadir di Indonesia dan seperti apa bentuknya secara nyata. Abstract: Bureaucracy has been a main focus issue in Indonesian governance; bureaucracy characteristics should be fast, efficient, and easy on service process to the public. Indonesia, especially during COVID-19, has already transformed in bureaucracy. Bureaucracy should simplify all society's needs in access to public services. The easiness for the people and the ability to proceed with documents quickly in governance institutions are the benchmarks for the value of bureaucracy to define whether they are efficient and effective. The pandemic is the starting point and the right momentum to make a government transformation in bureaucracy. The research intends to see how the bureaucratic transformation was done post-pandemic and how it influenced public services. This research is a literature study to compare the theory and the facts with a case study. The data was collected through a literature review and documentation. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH) di Kecamatan Muara Beliti berjumlah 8.375 orang. Sampel penelitian 99 orang yang diambil secara purposive random sampling yaitu dengan cara pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan secara acak. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi variabel bebas adalah Program Bedah Rumah (X) dan variabel terikat Kelayakan Kehunian (Y). Hasil Penelitian menunjukan T tabel = t (a/2;n-k-1), dimana k adalah jumlah variabel bebas atau independen Progam Bedah Rumah (X) dan n adalah jumlah responden (99 orang). Maka menghasikan t tabel= (0.05/2 ; 99-1-1) = (0.025; 97). Angka ini menjadi acuan dalam untuk mencari nilai t tabel adalah sebesar 1.985. Diketahui nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh X terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0.259 0.05 dan nilai t hitung -1.135 t tabel 1.985 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Program Bedah Rumah (X) terhadap Kelayakan Hunian (Y). Perhitungan koefisien korelasi diperoleh besarnya nilai R (koordinasi terhadap Kelayakan Hunian) adalah 0,114, yang berarti sangat kuat hubungan antara variabel koordinasi terhadap kelayakan hunian menunjukan hubungan yang baik dan nilai korelasi positif sebesar 11,4%, Hubungan antara variabel Progam Bedah Rumah terhadap Kelayakan Hunian menunjukan hubungan yang baik dan nilai korelasi positif sebesar11,4%. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the home-improvement program on the feasibility of housing in Muara Beliti District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used was quantitative. Data collection methods included questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The population in this study was 8,375 people of Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH) in Muara Beliti District. The research sample was 99 people taken by purposive random sampling. First, handling PPKS has not become one of the government’s main agendas. Second, the problems are the rampant existence of beggars who disturb public order and cause public unrest. The third, based on a study by the Integrated Service Center Team for the Empowerment of Women and Children (P2TP2A) of South Tangerang City, is not optimal for handling beggars/PPKS in South Tangerang City. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the organizational effectiveness theory of Steers et al., which consists of 4 indicators of organizational effectiveness, such as organizational characteristics, environmental characteristics, worker characteristics, and management practices, became the main analytical knife of the study. This study concluded that the Social Services have not effectively handled beggars as Social Welfare Service Needers in South Tangerang City. Data-data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Seluruh data dianalisis dengan menggunakan paradigma Miles dan Huberman. Merujuk pada data serta analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1). Aisyiyah Sultra mampu dengan baik mendorong energi positif warganya untuk mengaktualkan ide menjadi monument sekaligus membuktikan diri sebagai perempuan berkarakter progressive, kerja keras, dan berbudaya filantropis. ISTEK adalah penanda identitas dan eksistensial bahwa Aisyiyah Sultra terus bergerak membangun kebaikan semesta. Ruang kesempatan poltik yang terbuka dimanfaatkan secara elegan untuk semakin maksimal dalam menunjukkan bakti kepada negeri. (2). Bahwa dalam faktanya Aisyiyah tidak memiliki fundamental ekonomi sebagai sumber pembiayaan, tidak kemudian menjadikannya lesu dara dan kehilangan semangat. Daya filantropi sebagai karakter DNA Aisyiyah di manage secara elegan oleh aktor dengan cara menyuntikkan narasi-narasi positif (framing) yang kemudian mampu memicu, melipatgandakan semangat berderma elemen Aisyiyah, sehingga dalam waktu dua tahun, ISTEK sebagai penanda gerakan dan pikira progresif Aisyiyah di bidang pendidikan terwujud. PDI-Perjuangan sebagai salah satu partai pengusul calon menerapkan jalan panjang dalam proses kandidasi calon. Selama proses kandidasi, DPC Partai telah mengirimkan 4 nama calon untuk diseleksi. Hasil seleksi oleh DPP Partai dalam Surat Rekomendasi memunculkan nama yang berbeda dari daftar yang telah diserahkan. Ketidaksesuaian tersebut memicu timbulnya konflik internal, bahkan terjadi pengalihan dukungan oleh kadernya. Namun, hal tersebut berhasil diatasi oleh DPC Partai dan membuahkan kemenangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penyelesaian konflik atas Rekomendasi DPP Partai dan konsolidasi internal untuk pemenangan Pilkada 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan data primer berupa wawancara langsung dan dokumentasi serta data sekunder yang bersumber dari buku, jurnal, dan publikasi yang relevan. Adapun teknis analisis data yang digunakan ada dengan cara reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DPC Partai dalam menyelesaikan konflik internal melakukan komunikasi politik dan mekanisme penyelesaian konflik sesuai dengan ketentuan partai. Sedangkan dalam pemenangan Pilkada 2020, DPC Partai melakukan konsolidasi internal berupa konsolidasi struktural dan konsolidasi agenda politik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa DPC PDI-Perjuangan Kabupaten Pekalongan telah berhasil dalam mengatasi konflik internal dan memenangkan Pilkada 2020. Namun, dari beberapa upaya tersebut masih belum optimal dan masih terdapat campur tangan dari pusat partai yang cukup kuat. This change was implemented based on central government guidelines including Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 1 of 2020 and Joint Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs and Minister of Finance No. 119/2813/SJ and 177/KMK.07/2020. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with the theory of the Budget Cycle. The results showed that the Bukittinggi City Government during the 2020 Fiscal Year had made seven budget changes with two of them being budget refocusing, this budget change was made based on the three main focuses of Covid-19, namely the fields of Health, Economy and Social Safety Nets which rely on The seven main local government organizations of Bukittinggi are the Health Service, Agriculture Service, Fire Service, Regional Disaster Management Agency, Public Works and Public Housing Service, Social Service, and the Environment Service.
