Sampel penelitian 99 orang yang diambil secara purposive random sampling yaitu dengan cara pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan secara acak. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi variabel bebas adalah Program Bedah Rumah (X) dan variabel terikat Kelayakan Kehunian (Y). Hasil Penelitian menunjukan T tabel = t (a/2;n-k-1), dimana  k adalah jumlah variabel bebas atau independen Progam Bedah Rumah (X) dan n adalah jumlah responden (99 orang). Maka menghasikan t tabel= (0.05/2 ; 99-1-1) = (0.025; 97). Angka ini menjadi acuan dalam untuk mencari nilai t tabel adalah sebesar 1.985. Diketahui nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh X terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0.259 0.05 dan nilai t hitung -1.135 t tabel 1.985 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Program Bedah Rumah (X) terhadap Kelayakan Hunian (Y). Perhitungan koefisien korelasi diperoleh besarnya nilai R (koordinasi terhadap Kelayakan Hunian) adalah 0,114, yang berarti sangat kuat hubungan antara variabel koordinasi terhadap kelayakan hunian menunjukan hubungan yang baik dan nilai korelasi positif sebesar 11,4%, Hubungan antara variabel Progam Bedah Rumah terhadap Kelayakan Hunian menunjukan hubungan yang baik dan nilai korelasi positif sebesar11,4%.  Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the home-improvement program on the feasibility of housing in Muara Beliti District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used was quantitative. Data collection methods included questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The population in this study was 8,375 people of Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH) in Muara Beliti District. The research sample was 99 people taken by purposive random sampling. In this study, the independent variable was the Home Improvement Program (X) with indicators such as Indonesian Citizens, Low-Income Communities with fixed or irregular income, Families, owning land rights, Not yet owning a house or owning a house but not livable, Never received Housing Stimulant Assistance from the Ministry of Public Housing, people who wished to improve the quality of their homes and prioritize those empowered through the National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM). The dependent variable involved Residential Feasibility (Y) with indicators such as security, health, comfort, beauty/compatibility/order, flexibility, and environmental criteria. The results showed that the effect of house renovation (X) on the feasibility of housing (Y) had a significant effect, which was 0.259 0.05. In addition, the relationship between the variables of the Home Improvement Program on Residential Feasibility showed a good relationship and a positive correlation value of 11.4%. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh program bedah rumah terhadap kelayakan hunian di Kecamatan Muara Beliti Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu angket, observasi dan dokumentasi.
