This research interesting because many religious values in religious novels are considered counterfeminist and place women under male domination. The purpose of this research is to reveal stereotypes of women and patriarchal culture in the best selling spiritual novels for 2000-2021. This research was conducted by means of text or discourse analysis which investigates an event, either in the form of an act or writing in the best seller Spiritual Novels of 2000-2021 which is examined to obtain the exact facts (find the origins, causes, true causes, and so on). . The results of this study, namely: First. Women in the novel under study are still seen as people from the second class. There are many scenes showing women being discriminated against. Second, patriarchal culture still dominates stories in novels, especially religious novels. Many quotes show hegemony over women. Third, the socio-cultural background of the author influences the style of the novel's story. The setting of the novel is always related to the real life of the author. AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan kajian terhadap citra atau stereotip perempuan dan budaya patriarkal berlatar islam dalam karya sastra khususnya novel Religi. Penelitian ini menjadi menarik karena nilai agama dalam novel religi banyak yang dianggap kontrafeminis dan menempatkan perempuan dalam dominasi laki laki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyingkap stereotip perempuan dan budaya patriarki dalam novel Religi best seller tahun 2000-2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis teks atau wacana yang menyelidiki suatu peristiwa, baik berupa perbuatan atau tulisan dalam Novel Religi best seller tahun 2000-2021 yang diteliti untuk mendapatkan fakta-fakta yang tepat (menemukan asal-usul, sebab, penyebab sebenarnya, dan sebagainya). Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu: Pertama. Perempuan dalam novel yang diteliti masih dipandang sebagai orang dari golongan kedua. Banyak adegan yang memperlihatkan perempuan mendapatkan diskriminasi. Kedua, budaya patriarki masih mendominasi cerita dalam novel khususnya novel religi. Banyak kutipan yang memperlihatkan hegemoni terhadap perempuan. Ketiga, latar sosial budaya pengarang berpengaruh terhadap corak cerita novel. Latar novel selalu berkaitan dengan kehidupan pengarang yang sebenarnya. This is because the distribution of Islamic boarding schools in this area is relatively highand is socio-cultural educational basis of rural communities in the region. The indication is the domination of society Nahdliyin affiliated with Nahdlatul Ulama as a social organization social largest in Indonesia. This study aims to describe the role of Kyai in the context of local democracy rural based on patronage politics in the East Java Tapal Kuda. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitativewith inductive approach. While the type study is a case study. The data collection instruments used were observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. In collecting data, this research uses Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, namely; data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. In testing the validity of the data, researchersuse triangulation, namely source triangulation, method triangulation, peer discussion andmember check. The results of the study show that rural communities are ordinary people who do not have political awareness in local democracy so they are independent patron to Kyai as role models in their lives and the role of the Kyai in the patronage politics of rural communities determines the flow of support for local democratic communities because politics is a subordinate area of the religiosity of rural communities. AbstrakMasyarakat desa secara sosiologis di Tapal Kuda Jawa Timur didominasi oleh kaum sarungan yang memiliki afiliasi pada pesantren tertentu baik sebagai alumni maupun hanya sebatas simpatisan. Pasalnya, sebaran pesantren di daerah ini tergolong tinggi dan merupakan basis sosial-budaya pendidikan masyarakat pedesaan di wilayah tersebut. Indikasinya adalah dominasi masyarakat Nahdliyin yang berafiliasi pada Nahdlatul Ulama sebagai organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan terbesar di Indonesia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Kyai dalam konteks demokrasi lokal pedesaan yang berbasis pada politik patronase di lingkup Tapal Kuda Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian adalah studi kasus. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara secara mendalam. Such significant challenges of the times force pesantren to choose one of two things, to be left behind or to change to adapt. This study chose the locus at the Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School located in Pacet Mojokerto because the pesantren's policies are closely related to survival efforts over the current developments. After this research was carried out, it showed that, on the one hand, Islamic boarding schools have limited infrastructure. On the other hand, they are subject to government pressure and community demands to adapt to changes and meet applicable standards. Two reasons are the answer to the survival of pesantren. First, Al-muḥāfaẓah 'alā al-qadīm al-ṣāliḥ wa al-ahdz bi al-jadīd al-aṣlaḥ has become a value basis for the contextual transformation of pesantren. Second, the cultural management of the pesantren can be seen from the ability of the pesantren to carry out religious and cultural missions that negotiate with science and technology. Modernity management in Islamic boarding schools is a starting point for a pesantren continually to evaluate and then change with the note that it maintains the traditional values of the pesantren as keeping the faith, which is the finding in this study. This paper suggests the need for institutional standardization of Islamic boarding schools to achieve the mission of making Islamic boarding schools a centre for the development of education and civilization. AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pesantren dapat bertahan dalam dunia yang terus berubah, apa rahasia di balik kemampuan pesantren beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman yang semakin pesat dan sistem informasi yang terbuka. Tantangan zaman yang demikian besar memaksa pesantren untuk memilih satu di antara dua hal, ketertinggalan, atau berubah untuk menyesuaikan. Penelitian ini memilih lokus di Pesantren Amanatul Ummah yang berlokasi di Pacet Mojokerto dengan alasan kebijakan pesantren yang lekat dengan upaya survival atas perkembangan zaman yang ada. Setelah penelitian ini dilakukan, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pesantren di satu sisi memiliki keterbatasan infrastruktur, di lain sisi mendapatkan tekanan pemerintah dan permintaan masyarakat untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan dan memenuhi standar yang berlaku. Dua alasan menjadi jawaban kelangsungan hidup pesantren. Whereas in Islam, it is not permissible to worship God by means of means or media, so this becomes a shirk to Allah, over time wayang changes its function, which is contrary to the past, and becomes more adaptive to the times. The purpose of writing this article is to discuss the art of wayang from the perspective of Islamic law or fiqh and in the study of the spirituality of Islamic art Seyyed Hossein Nasr. The writing of this article uses the library research method and literature sources that are in line with the discussion. This research resulted in findings that 1) wayang is an indigenous culture of the archipelago, which at first glance contradicts the views of Islamic jurisprudence and art by Seyyed Hossein Nasr 2) Wayang is an archipelago culture that has a great influence, in the perspective of fiqh, wayang performances are a form of Islamic art based on culture because of their use value today as art without associating partners with Allah., 3) From the perspective of Islamic art Seyyed Hossein Nasr Wayang is classified as a traditional Islamic art as its function is used in educational media through stories that are interesting and seem unique, the existence of wayang that can bring people to their goals Islamic art makes wayang used by walisongo as an effective preaching medium. AbstrakFungsi wayang dalam konteks zaman dahulu menjadi sarana ibadah dan perantara dalam menyembah Tuhan. Sedangkan dalam islam tidak diperkenankan menyembah Tuhan dengan menggunakan sarana atau media, sehingga hal tersebut menjadi syirik kepada Allah, seiring berjalannya waktu Wayang beralih fungsi yang bertolak belakang dengan zaman dahulu, dan menjadi lebih adaptif dengan perkembangan zaman. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk membahas seni rupa wayang dalam kacamata hukum islam atau fiqih dan dalam kajian spiritualitas seni islam Seyyed Hossein Nasr. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode library research dan sumber literatur yang selaras dengan pembahasan. This study aims to analyze differences in Islamic and cultural acculturation in the two regions from a historical perspective. In its analysis, this study uses historical methods with an anthropological approach and cultural diffusion theory. The findings in this study are that there are differences in the acculturation of Islam and culture in Malay and Java in terms of process and outcome. In terms of process, the acculturation of Islam and culture in Malay occurs in an integrative-structural manner, while in Java it occurs in a dialogical-cultural way. In the Malay region, the process of acculturation occurs as a whole through the socio-political system and the legitimacy of power, while in Java, there is a process of dialogue in order to achieve harmony with the local culture. The process then produces a different form of Islamic practice. The conclusion in this study is that in Malay the form of Islamic community practice is more formalistic in nature, while in Java it is more substantive, so this makes the element of novelty in this study. AbstrakIslam Melayu dan Islam Jawa adalah dua wujud praktik dan ekspresi beragama (Islam) masyarakat pada dua wilayah yang berbeda dan masing-masing memiliki keunikan, sehingga tidak jarang antara satu dengan lainnya dipertentangkan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan akulturasi Islam dan kebudayaan pada dua wilayah tersebut dari perspektif historis. Dalam analisisnya, penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah dengan pendekatan antropologi dan teori difusi budaya. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah akulturasi Islam dan kebudayaan di Melayu dan Jawa terdapat perbedaan pada segi proses dan hasilnya. Dari segi proses, akulturasi Islam dan kebudayaan di Melayu terjadi secara integratif-struktural, sedangkan di Jawa terjadi secara dialogis-kultural. Di wilayah Melayu proses akulturasi terjadi secara menyeluruh melalui sistem sosial-politik dan legitimasi kekuasaan, sedangkan di Jawa terjadi proses dialog guna mencapai harmoni dengan kebudayaan setempat. Proses tersebut kemudian menghasilkan wujud praktik keislaman yang berbeda pula. Some belive that religion should not be commercialized. This article, however, rebuts the given point of views. Therefore, this aims to study three major issues: 1) local perceptions towards the development of Langgher Dhatang as a religious tourism destination, 2) the common-held belief in the interplay between the local tourism destination and economic advantages, and 3) feasible actions to take to make Langgher Dhatang more popular. This employed a quantitave research. Conducting door-to-door interviews with structured questions to collect the data was held. Researchers successfully interviewed 13 local people nearest to the location of Langgher Dhatang as they would be likely to have a direct impact from the scheme. The research shows that the involved participants demonstrated various attitudes when Langgher Dhatang is designed to be a local religious tourism destination. The participants’ responses are everage, ranging from 38.5% (agree), 30.8% (disagree and neither). The responses vary dealing with economic consequences that would possibly bring and their gaps is wide: 69.2% believe that the tourism positively impacts economically, and 15.4% claims that this will have no economic advantages, including 15.4% has no idea with the impact of tourism destination development around them. Some feasible strategies were also proposed. AbstrakLanggher Dhatang menyimbolkan arsitektur agama Islam. Sebagian orang percaya bahwa agama seharusnya tidak boleh dikomersialkan. Akan tetapi, penelitian bertentangan dengan pandangan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, ada tiga hal penting yang menjadi isu dalam penelitian ini: 1) persepsi masyarakat setempat jika Langgher Dhatang dijadikan tujuan wisata religi, 2) pandangan umum terhadap kaitan antara tujuan wisata religi dan keuntungan secara ekonomi, 3) serta strategi yang bisa dilakukan untuk meningkatkan popularitas Langgher Dhatang sehingga pengunjungnya bisa meningkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Peneliti melakukan interview dari pintu ke pintu untuk mendapatkan data. Kami berhasil menginterview 13 orang terdekat dengan lokasi Langgher Dhatang. Hal ini disebabkan karena mereka yang terdekat akan terkena dampak secara langsung dari rencana ini. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa responden memiliki pandangan yang berbeda terhadap rencana pengembangan Langgher Dhatang sebagai tujuan wisata religi: 38,5% setuju, 30,8% tidak setuju, dan 30,8% netral. Terkait dengan isu ekonomi, responden juga menunjukkan respon yang berbeda. Menariknya, perbedaan persentasenya cukup luas: 69,2% percaya bahwa pengembangan Langgher Dhatang ke arah destinasi wisata memberikan dampak positif terhadap perekonomian mereka, 15,4% justru sebaliknya tidak percaya dampak positif tersebut, dan 14,4% posisi netral. Hal tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar US $ 7,58 triliun dari total ekspor dunia sehingga memberikan dampak naikknya pendapatan devisa di sektor pariwisata meningkat di angka 25,1%. Mastercard Crecentrating Global Travel Market Index (GMTI) memperkirakan ada 230 juta wisatan muslim pada tahun 2026 secara global. Di Indonesia, Pulau Madura menjadi salah satu wilayah yang berpotensi besar memiliki tren destinasi wisata syariah yang harus mendapatkan dukungan pemerintah, masyarakat dan Lembaga Keuangan Syariah sebagai motor penggerak ekuitas permodalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi peran perbankan syariah terhadap pengembangan potensi pariwisata halal dan kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan pendapapatan asli daerah (PAD) khususnya di Kabupaten Bangkalan Madura. Penilitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi di lapangan yang kemudian dikuatkan dengan data empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa potensi pengembangan pantai pesisir menuju wisata halal Pulau Madura masih membutuhkan terkait pengadaan sarana prasarana, mobilitas menuju lokasi wisata, pelestarian ekosistem di sekitar pesisir meliputi cemara udang, mangrove dan terumbu karang serta fasilitas penunjang di area wisata. Ketiadaan modal dalam pengembangan wisata pesisir dapat didorong oleh peran perbankan syariah dalam melakukan ekspansi pembiayaan mikro pada sektor pariwisata menggunakan akad Mudharabah dan Musyarakah. Selanjutnya, peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan stimulus yang diproyeksikan pada pengembangan potensi serta dukungan ril dari pemerintah selaku pemangku kebijakan. This contributed US $ 7.58 trillion to total world exports, increasing foreign exchange earnings in the tourism sector by 25.1%. The Mastercard Crecentrating Global Travel Market Index (GMTI) estimates there will be 230 million Muslim tourists by 2026 globally. This prediction proves that the Islamic tourism market has great potential with quite promising consumers. However, conditions of global uncertainty pose a threat to the development of the national sharia economy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of macroeconomic dynamics and financial market conditions consisting of exchange rates, international liquidity, foreign debt, debt repayment rates, and global economic policy uncertainty on the development of Indonesian sukuk. The research methodology used in this study is the multiple linear regression method using the ordinary least squares method. The results of this study indicate that macroeconomic and financial variables have a significant impact on the development of the sukuk market in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the global economic policy uncertainty variable has an insignificant influence on the development of the sukuk market in Indonesia. Thus, there is a need for new policy alternatives to maintain overall economic fundamental stability and maintain sufficient liquidity in all sectors. This aims to maintain investor confidence and create a conducive environment for the development of Islamic economics and the sukuk market in Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari dinamika ekonomi makro dan kondisi pasar keuangan yang terdiri dari nilai tukar, likuiditas internasional, utang luar negeri, dan tingkat pengembalian utang dan ketidakpastian kebijakan ekonomi global terhadap perkembangan sukuk Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel keuangan ekonomi makro memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan pasar sukuk di Indonesia. Sedangkan variabel ketidakpastian kebijakan ekonomi global memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap perkembangan pasar sukuk di Indonesia. This study uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach. The sources used are books, articles that are relevant to the history of Islamic religious education, besides that, literature on epistemic rationality and religious moderation is also collected. How to obtain data in this study by reviewing the literature. The data analysis uses the concept given by Miles and Huberman. The results of this study are: 1) Historically the decline of Islamic education was due to the geopolitics of the destruction of the city of Baghdad so that the emergence of the western anti-colonial movement which resulted in radicalization to maintain power over religion. 2) Islamic education undergoes a transformation from the rationality of science through religious beliefs to the narrowing of knowledge and education in Islam for religious and political purposes. 3) Epistemic rationality is needed to revive Islamic education such as the golden age that uses rationality and empiricism in acquiring knowledge. 4) With an epistemic rationality approach based on the history of Islamic education, it can be used as an effort to form a moderate attitude in religion. AbstrakModerasi beragama kembali menjadi isu yang penting untuk dibahas, seiring dengan maraknya tindakan anarkis, radikalisme dan fanatisme mengatasnamakan agama yang dilakukan oleh oknum tertentu di waktu akhir ini. Oleh karena itu, perlu menilik sejarah pendidikan Islam pada masa keemasan untuk dijadikan pijakan kerangka epistemiknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber yang digunakan adalah buku, artikel yang relevan dengan sejarah pendidikan agama islam selain itu dikumpulkan juga literatur-literatur rasionalitas epistemik dan moderasi beragama. Cara memperoleh data pada penelitian ini dengan telaah literature. Adapun analisis data menggunakan konsep yang diberikan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini berupa : 1) Tercatat historis kemunduran pendidikan islam disebabkan geopolitik hancurnya kota baghdad sehingga munculnya gerakan anti kolonial barat yang dampaknya radikalisasi untuk mempertahankan kekuasaan dengan atas agama. 2) Pendidikan islam mengalami transformasi dari rasionalitas ilmu pengetahuan melalui keyakinan agama berubah menjadi mempersempitnya ilmu pengetahuan dan pendidikan dalam Islam untuk tujuan agama dan politiknya. 3) Rasionalitas epistemik diperlukan untuk membangkitkan kembali pendidikan islam seperti masa keemasan yang menggunakan rasionalitas dan empirik dalam memperoleh pengetahuan. 4) Dengan pendekatan rasionalitas epistemik berdasar sejarah pendidikan islam bisa digunakan sebagai upaya pembentukan sikap moderat dalam beragama. Al-Wāqi'ah: 79 contradicts the fatwa of previous scholars which uses the same basis and contradicts the thinking of the majority of society. From this problem, it apperas that MTA as a literal group has produced a liberal fatwa. Liberalism is synonymous with the belief that the original Al-Qur'an only exists in Lawh Al-Mahfudz. This kind of belief is in line with MTA's understanding of the word Al-Muthohharun (holy people) in QS. AL-Waqi'ah: 79. According to their interpretation, this word only applies to angels as intermediaries for the descent of the Qur'an. So that menstruating women are allowed to read the Qur'an because there is no explicit argument against it. This opinion shows freedom in concluding the meaning of the verse by relying solely on reason. for this reason, the author examines it more deeply into a thesis. Negotiative hermeneutics is used as an approach because it has implication for balancing the dialegical relationship of hermeneutics elements and keep the reader away from the result of authoritarian interpretations. The main issues that will be examined are as follows: 1. Why does the MTA as a literal religious institution offer a liberal fatwa by allowing menstruating woman to read the Qur’an? 2. How is negotiative hermeneutics analysis of the MTA fatwa regarding the ability of menstruating woman to read the Qur’an? The author conducts library research. The author collects data using documents. The author analyzes the data inductively by organizing and describing the data, than synthesizes using negotiative hermeneutics and makes conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that MTA is trapped in a takwil wic is not accordance with the takwil rules and exercises freedom of tought. In terms of negotiative hermeneutics, The MTA fatwa is an authoritarian one. Because MTA still dominates the elements of interpretation, wich result in the neglect of God’s authority. Masalah tersebut mengakibatkan fatwa MTA dinilai bertentangan dengan pemikiran mayoritas masyarakat dan muncul dugaan bahwa MTA sebagai kelompok literalis telah menghasilkan fatwa liberal. Liberal identik dengan keyakinan bahwa Al-Qur’an asli hanya ada di Lauh Al-Mahfudz. Keyakinan semacam ini senada dengan pemahaman MTA terhadap kata Al-Muthohharun (orang-orang yang suci) dalam QS.
