In this paper, a multilevel level security framework based on Onion encryption and Needham-Schroeder Symmetric Key Protocol was proposed. The proposed design has undergone through physical design in cadence virtuoso EDA tool. The complete memory cell, and the results are analyzed to determine the memory chip performance. The problem of latency, power consumption is solved while introducing three types of sense amplifier such as current mode, voltage mode, and Charge transfer type sense amplifier. The sensing techniques are very much essential in memory systems, CPUs (central processing units), and high-end servers, IOT application, a new sense amplifier (SA) is required. SRAM out performs all other types of memory, including SRAM, DRAM, and non-volatile memories like ROM, PROM, and sense amplifiers. Using 45 nm CMOS technology, a 6T SRAM cell with a unique sense amplifier has been built. The sensing latency and power and Area of various kinds of sense amplifiers is analyzed with lower technology node. Owing to their relatively low cost, reliability and efficiency, 80% of the electrical motors are the three-phase squirrel cage induction motors (SCIMs). In most industries, they are the main energy consuming devices, contributing to more than 80% of electromechanical energy consumption. The objective of the present research is to develop novel parameter optimization technique by applying soft computing algorithms such as Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Particle Swarm optimization (PSO) for optimal design of different types of induction. It will not only improve the efficiency of motor but also improve the power factor. Here two objectives are taken simultaneously for the optimization, but the involvement of two mutually contradictory objective functions makes the current optimization problem as multi-objective one. The multi-objective optimization problem is converted into single objective problem by giving different weights to each objective according to the priority of the objective functions. The results obtained from the optimization are the non-dominated solutions, which forms a pareto curve. Every point in the pareto curve is a solution for the problem, we have to select one solution depending upon our requirements.The design parameters obtained from the conventional design technique and the performance of all the proposed techniques are compared. The improvement in performance is achieved by reducing the variable losses occurred in the motor by suitable design. For the purpose of linking small satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO), this study examines how well an optical intersatellite connection (ISL) performs (LEO). We are simulating the suggested connection to see whether it can provide a high data throughput with the lowest bit error rate across a variety of different distances. Analysis of the system’s dependence on photodetector type like APD, wavelength under operation, the transmitted optical power, Modulation schemes like Return to Zero and Non Return to Zero approaches improves the system’s performance. The proposed high step-up DC-AC converter, integrates an active switched LC converter with H-bridge inverter. By the support of battery and bidirectional DCDC converter, the proposed system provides constant DC rail voltage. In Case Study 1, two tanks are linked in cascade that allows them to communicate and the combination is connected in non interacting mode to the third tank. In case study 2, One tank is connected in non interacting fashion with the series connected tanks. This set up is practically applicable in all real time industries involving refineries; water treatment etc., hence controlling the plant with the disturbances being controlled is an enormous task. From the practical set up considered in the paper, the liquid level of the third tank is adjusted by varying the flow of liquid poured in the first tank that is treated as manipulated variable. Two control strategies are applied direct synthesis method and Gain scheduled Adaptive control. These are employed to monitor the performance parameters like settling point, Integral square error and Integral Absolute error. Here, we fabricated two nanogenerator devices based on two different growth temperatures. A piezoelectric nanogenerator (PND) device was developed using Indium doped Tin Oxide (ITO) coated PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) substrate and ZnS coated Al foil as top and bottom electrodes. An increase in growth temperature has a greater influence on the aspect ratio of the ZnS-NS due to the presence of extra thermal energy leading to significant structural deformation which in turn allowed the growth temperature window for the ZnS nanosheets to be determined. The open-circuit voltage for the as-fabricated devices was ~400 mV and ~600 mV, respectively. For the first time, a methodical study was carried out in the ZnS-NS system for designing novel piezoelectric nanogenerators.
