Insan hayatinin hemen hemen cogu alaninda kullanim alani bulan enerji, mevcut rolunu ve alan cesitliligini, her gecen gun arttirarak surdurmektedir. Soz konusu kaynaga sahip olan ulkeler, hammadde zenginligi sebebiyle onemli avantajlar elde etmektedir. Uluslararasi politika cercevesinde, enerji kaynagina sahip olan ulkeler, uluslararasi duzeyde onemli kazanimlar elde etmektedir. Turkiye ise henuz enerji alaninda istenilen rezervlere ulasamamis olmasina ragmen rezerv kaynaklarin arz guvenligi temelinde ekonomik yollarla tasinmasina aracilik ederek rezerv dezavantajini bu yolla avantaja cevirme gayretindedir. Ulke topraklari icerisinde yogun enerji tuketiminin karsisinda ihtiyac duyulan arz miktarini dusuk maliyetle ve surdurulebilir yollarla temin edebilmek icin komsu cografyalarla cesitli projeler gelistirmistir. Ve bu projeler boru hatlari vasitasiyla meyvesini vermistir. Turkiye sahip oldugu topraklar ile jeopolitik acidan avantaj sahibidir. Bu avantajini degerlendirmek adina yuruttugu stratejiler neticesinde enerji alaninda koridor pozisyonu ustlenmektedir. Turkiye bolgesindeki istikrarin surekliligi adina komsularina nispeten uluslararasi sahada daha fazla guven veren bir ulke konumunda oldugu icin enerji arz guvenligi hususunda ihracatci ve ithalatci ulkeler arasinda guvenli koridor olma rolune uygundur. Son yillarda TANAP ve Trans Adriyatik hattinin faaliyete gecirilmesiyle bu alanda onemli bir ivme yakalanmistir. Turkiye ve Azerbaycan arasindaki iki devlet tek millet dusturunun ortak menfaatler cercevesinde gerceklestirilmesi ile Turkiye’nin enerji alaninda Rusya’ya olan bagimliligi da onemli oranda azalmistir. Ozellikle son iki yilda Dogu Akdeniz’de gerceklestirilen arama ve tarama faaliyetleri netice vermeye baslamis ve dogalgaz rezervleri anlaminda umut verici gelismeler saglanmistir. Konya ovasından daha küçük bir ekilebilir tarımsal araziye sahip olan Hollanda’nın bu başarısı sürekli olarak basında, akademik çevrelerde ve siyasi söylemlerde ön plana çıkmaktadır. Ancak bu soruya cevap verebilmek için yapılan literatür araştırmalarında Hollanda’nın tarımdaki yapısal dönüşümünü ve buna paralel olarak tarımsal dış ticaretindeki başarısını inceleyen ulusal sınırlarda akademik bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Çalışma bu yönüyle Türkiye’deki literatüre giren ilk çalışma olma özelliğine de sahiptir. Türkiye’nin tarımdaki yapısal dönüşümü üzerine daha önce birçok kitap, makale ve araştırmalar yapılmış olduğundan bu çalışmada Hollanda’nın tarımsal alandaki yapısal dönüşümü ve dış ticaretine yansımaları üzerinde durulacaktır. Is yukunun temel etkileri stres ve tukenmislik duygularidir.\u0000Arastirmada Turkiye'de faaliyet gosteren cagri merkezi calisanlarinin is yuklerinin, iste tukenmislik duygusu uzerindeki etkisinin arastirilmasi amaclanmistir. Arastirmada olusturulan model temelinde kullanilan olceklere dair anket Istanbul ili ve Anadolu illerindeki cagri merkezi sektorunde calismakta olan 850 kisiye uygulanmistir. Yapilan analizlerle is yuku ve iste tukenmislik arasindaki iliskinin etkisine bakilmistir. Arastirma bulgularina gore, is yukunun iste tukenmislik duygusu uzerindeki etkisi oldukca belirgindir. Is yukunun artis gosterdiginde isgorenlerin isteki tukenmislik egilimlerinin de artis gosterdigi gorulmektedir. The aim of this study is to determine the level of knowledge of SME managers in Karaman province about strategic management discipline tools and to reveal their views on strategic management. Within the scope of the research, SMEs in the Karaman Organized Industrial Zone were determined according to the complete count method and a questionnaire study was applied. The differences in opinion and knowledge level according to the demographic variables of the participants were analyzed. A survey of a selected sample was analyzed with structural equation modeling. There was a linear relationship between migration and economic expectation, social capital and hope. It was found that the Economic Expectation Variable had a very strong negative effect on individuals’ decision to immigrate and desire to migrate (γ = -0.99; t = -17.87). Hope variable has a very strong negative effect on individuals’ migration decision and desire to migrate (γ = -0.96; t = -13.66). The Social Capital Secret Variable has a negatively moderate effect on individuals’ decision to immigrate and desire to migrate (γ = -0.48; t = -8.19). From Farm to Fork Strategy is designed for building a fair, healthy and environmentally-friendly food system with an integrated food safety policy in the Union. Current paper presents some of the strategic accents of the main European documents and initiatives concerning future sustainable agri-food systems in the context of human health and well-being through the ecological, economic and social aspects of sustainability. Special attention is also paid to how the future Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) will contribute to the EU Green Deal, food quality and safety, and sustainable development as a whole. Particular examples are presented showing the support to the agriculture and food sectors amid Coronavirus and rural responses to the COVID-19 crisis as collected by the European Network for Rural Development (ENRD). Good practices from Bulgaria are also analyzed regarding the initiatives of promoting local food through farmers’ markets and online platforms and new challenges and best solutions. Organizational leaders' approach to increasing employee motivation positively affects their organizational commitment and job performance. This research, basically focusing on the health sector, tried to specify the effect of the managers’ ethical approach on employees’ organizational commitments, performances, and the role of organizational commitments in this effect. The sampling was composed of 362 healthcare professionals. In this cross-sectional field study, an independent variable model for the ethical leadership approaches and a dependent variable model for the employees’ performance and commitment to their organizations were practiced. Data was collected through Ethical leadership, Organizational Commitment, and Individual Performance Scales. The data collected were analyzed through SPSS and AMOS package programs. A correlation analysis to specify the relationships between the variables and a regression analysis was done to specify the interaction. In specifying the intermediary role of organizational commitment, Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used. The results of the analyses showed positive significant relationships between ethical leadership approaches and organizational commitment and employees’ performance. It was also observed that ethical leadership approaches had a positive and meaningful effect on affective, continuous and normative commitment, the sub-dimensions of organizational commitment, as well as the employees’ performance. On other important finding is employees’ attendance and normative commitment are highly affected by ethical leadership approaches.\u0000\u0000 As a result, it was specified that ethical leadership approaches by the managers are highly effective on employees’ performance and their commitment. It was also noted that organizational commitment played a mediator role on ethical leadership approaches. These findings were seen to be amicable with findings in previous studies.
