It is well-known that Nested Saturation Control Approach is an effective way to solve the stabilization problem of that system. In this paper, a new stabilizer has been proposed, which is based on the traditional Nested Saturation Stabilizer but be more efficient. Firstly,We will inform the new stabilizer design approach and give its theoretical proof. Secondly, a stabilizer of 1-stage inverted pendulum is provided as an example to illustrate the effectiveness of our method. Firstly, by using the inclusion principle and permutation transformation, the system is decomposed as a recurrent reverse order of pair-wise subsystems in the expanded space. Then, the Lyapunov functions of all isolated subsystems are constructed to ensure them stable, on this basis, the connective stability of pair-wise subsystems and the expanded system are analyzed, and the connectively stable conditions of the expanded system are obtained. In the frame of inclusion principle, the connectively stable conditions of the expanded system are also adapt to the original system. This method constructs a scalar function based on the berthing state, and the hyperbolic tangent function is used to carry out the iterative sliding mode design for the scalar functions and the ship transverse coordinates. The incremental feedback is used to control the rudder angle and rotating speed of the ship without the need to estimate the system's uncertainties and external disturbances. In order to improve the performance of the controller, a chaotic particle swarm algorithm with shrinkage factor is introduced, and the controller parameters are optimized according to the berthing route performance indicators. The mathematical model of 5446 TEU container ship is used to control and simulation. The simulation results show that the designed controller can quickly berth under the disturbances of wind and wave. The conclusions indicates the obtained automatic berthing route has no overshoot and oscillation after adding chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the rudder angle rotating speed is reasonable. Performances of both set-point tracking and input load disturbance rejection (ILDR) can be improved by the proposed method. Firstly, all controllers which make the closed loop system internally stable and have no steady-error have been employed. Secondly, the set-point tracking controller and the disturbance rejection controller are analytically derived in terms of the integral-squared-error (ISE) performance specifications. The nominal set-point response is decoupled from the load disturbance response in the adopted TDOF control scheme. In consequence, both of the set-point tracking performance and load disturbance rejection performance can be optimized simultaneously and separately. The vote is taken according to the coordinates of small laser spots, which are formed by the effect of liquid surface fluctuation on the line laser in the liquid level measurement image. Secondly, the Kalman filter method is used to correct the liquid level measurement data and compensate the missing data. Then the linear conversion is performed to obtain the liquid level value. Finally, the experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the robustness of the liquid level measurement by the laser triangulation method, and avoid the generation of impulse noise. Since decreasing the cost and increasing the safety of drilling process are contrary to each other, drilling trajectory optimization problems should be modeled as multiobjective optimization problems. For this purpose, proposing appropriate optimization index which meet the requirement of drilling process is necessary. Many researches applied drill-string torque as the safety index. However, the actual drilling trajectory may deviate from the design trajectory. Ignoring this fact may cause the torque prediction too optimistic. In this research, the drill-string torque is combined with tortuosity of drilling trajectory to reduce the optimism of the prediction of drill-string torque. A 3D drilling trajectory optimization problem is formulated as a multi-objective optimization problem, and the objective functions are drilling trajectory length and the modified drill-string torque. BDS satellite functions such as navigation and positioning, high precision timing services, two-way short message communication, wireless communications technology have been used in the method for transmission line intelligent monitoring in the electric power system. The transmission lines temperature measurement instrument based on BDS consists of three parts: temperature measurement module, communication module and power supply module. The instrument can detect transmission line state and can locate the trouble point real-time in order to ensure transmission line normal operation and improve the level of electric power system intelligence. Finally, we make the BDS-based temperature measuring instrument and have a test. As the same time, in order to eliminate the singularity induced bifurcation, a state-feedback controller by fuzzy control method is designed. Without utilizing function approximators, a universal adaptive control scheme is developed via backstepping approach, where the system nonlinearities are adaptively compensated at each step. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, it is proven that, for any initial system condition, all the resulting closed loop signals are globally uniformly ultimately bounded. There are various influential factors for the water traffic which presents challenges for the prediction of water traffic accident. The traditional grey model (GM) gained much popularity in prediction applications, but the prediction accuracy is not satisfactory for the complex nonlinear system. In this paper, the GM is improved by tuning generation coefficients of the traditional model to better tracking the changing tendency of the system. The improved model is validated by water traffic accident prediction simulations based on the accident statistics of Jingtang Port in Tangshan in the last seven years. The results show that different prediction sequences correspond to different values of generation coefficient, which can get high -precision level predictions.
