When receiving estimates of influence set of a factor cost of material and temporary resources which estimates can be set as an expert way, and on the basis of the analysis of objective information is considered. Full costs are estimated by means of transitive closures of direct unit cost which is carried out by the reflexive procedures using partially linear operations overestimates.
