Two-Component Assessment of Projects with Attraction of Expert Data

Abstract

Procedures of calculation of estimates of full costs of material and temporary resources when functioning complicated systems at a stage of their design are considered. When receiving estimates of influence set of a factor cost of material and temporary resources which estimates can be set as an expert way, and on the basis of the analysis of objective information is considered. Full costs are estimated by means of transitive closures of direct unit cost which is carried out by the reflexive procedures using partially linear operations overestimates. The analysis of projects on the basis of estimates of costs comes to an end with the procedure of verification of the scheme of estimation.
