Equalization of Management Complexities of Transport Networks

Problem of equalizing the complexities of the elements of the organizational management structure of a corporation having a network structure is considered. The ways to solve are formulated: formal equalization through quantitative redistribution of complexity; actual equalization through re- subordination of subdivisions – carriers of complexity to management centers; equalization by combining the authority of the management centers.
