Проведено сравнение результатов бомбардировки кластерными ионами аргона с различной энергией, приходящейся на 1 атом кластера E/N mean – 12.5 и 110 эВ/атом. Продемонстрировано изменение рельефа поверхности с помощью атомно-силовой микроскопии (АСМ). Для определения периода наноструктур использовалась функция спектральной плотности мощности (power spectral density, PSD). Experiments were carried out on high current electron accelerator “Kalmar” at beam current up to 45 kA and electron energy up to 300 keV. Laser shadow streak image was used to visualize the dynamics of shock waves in transparent materials. Three-dimensional numerical simulation of gasdynamic phenomena in the diode gap and elastoplastic phenomena that depend on them in the target material was performed using MARPLE3D multiphysics software package. The new technique was designed for end-to-end modeling including heating and evaporation of the target under the action of the electron beam and nonlinear wave processes leading to internal fractures and spalling phenomena in the target material. We use wide-range equation of state for the description of the liquid and solid phases of matter at low temperatures. Appropriate modeling of this complex problem is based on high resolution numerical methods as well as on high performance computing. The implemented computer models are verified by experimental data. For the deposition of the ZnO layer, a metallic Zn target was sputtered in a mixture of working gases Ar and O2 (2:1). The alloying layer was prepared by a metallic Al target sputtering in Ar gas. The required ratio of the dopant in the ZnO:Al structure was achieved by varying cycle times of Al and ZnO layer deposition. Lipatov","doi":"10.56761/efre2022.n4-p-022002","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56761/efre2022.n4-p-022002","url":null,"abstract":"The work is devoted to emulating the correlation of a projection of magnetic field vector on axes of nitrogen-vacancy center in diamond lattice with frequencies of optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR). The projection of the magnetic field on the axes, which reflect the bonds of the carbon atom vacancy with the neighboring carbon atoms and the nitrogen atom, is calculated in this work. The paper highlights the algorithmic representation of the above calculations by software. The dependence of the optically detected magnetic resonance on the direction and magnitude of the magnetic induction vector is demonstrated. In total, there are 4 bonds between the vacancy and neighboring atoms located at an angle of 109.5° relative to each other. A gallium oxide film was obtained by RF-magnetron sputtering on n-GaAs epitaxial layers with a concentration of Nd = 9.5ˑ1014 cm-3. The thickness of the oxide film was 120 nm. Measurements at a frequency of 106 Hz have shown that the capacitance-voltage and voltage-siemens dependences are described by curves characteristic of metal-insulator-semiconductor structures and exhibit low sensitivity to radiation with λ = 254 nm. The samples exhibit the properties of a photodiode and are able to work offline when operating on a constant signal. Петюкевич","doi":"10.56761/efre2022.c4-p-005302","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56761/efre2022.c4-p-005302","url":null,"abstract":"Работа посвящена анализу результатов, полученных при исследовании структурно-фазового состояния аустенитной стали марки 12Х18Н10Т, подвергнутой высокоскоростному поверхностному легированию медью путем облучения системы «пленка (Cu) / (сталь 12Х18Н10Т) подложка» импульсным электронным пучком. Установлено, что высокоскоростное охлаждение стали, инициированное облучением импульсным электронным пучком системы «пленка (Cu) / (сталь 12Х18Н10Т) подложка», привело к формированию поверхностного слоя с низким (относительно стали в исходном состоянии) уровнем микротвердости и повышенным значением износостойкости. Выявлен двухстадийный механизм распада твердого раствора в системе «пленка (Cu) / (сталь 12Х18Н10Т) подложка», облученной импульсным электронным пучком. При длительности воздействия пучка электронов 50 мкс наблюдается образование наноразмерных частиц фазы Fe0.5Cu0.5, имеющей ОЦК кристаллическую решетку. Метод высокоинтенсивной имплантации пучками ионов высокой плотности мощности субмиллисекундной длительности предполагает значительный импульсный разогрев приповерхностного слоя, облучаемой мишени, с последующим быстрым его охлаждением за счет отвода тепла внутрь материала благодаря теплопроводности и реализацию импульсно- периодической радиационно-усиленной диффузии атомов на глубины, превышающие проективный пробег ионов. В работе методом численного моделирования исследуется динамика изменения температурных полей в мишенях при одноимпульсном и импульсно- периодическом воздействиях пучков ионов субмиллисекундной длительности с импульсной плотностью мощности до 35 кВт/см2. При моделировании используются различные материала мишени, существенно отличающиеся по своим характеристикам.
