This paper takes 210 teachers and 3952 students in a local higher vocational college in Anhui Province as the research objects, and investigates from two perspectives of online teaching and learning. The results show that there were some problems in online teaching, such as network jam, interference in home learning and lack of learning monitoring, however, timely online training, abundant online resources, convenient live broadcast tools and stable teaching platform had ensured the orderly development of the online teaching. Teachers and students were highly satisfied with online teaching. In the post-epidemic era, online teaching will be integrated with offline teaching, which become “normalized”. In this study, 51 college students were involved as subjects. The whole course lasted for 16 weeks. The teaching content included vocal theory and singing practice with worldwide classic vocal works. After that, students need to finish a learning satisfaction questionnaire through WJX.cn. The questionnaire data were analyzed with multiple simultaneous regression by SPSS. The study finds that students' overall learning satisfaction is acceptable, but the scores of constructs in interaction and learning climate are relatively low. Research thus conceived is one of the fundamental tasks of the contemporary university and, especially, where future professionals are trained. The university, without the research component in professional training, the mission would be reduced to mere teaching, or simply to the transmission of knowledge, regardless of the relevant development of the modes of action of future professionals, that is why the university has the responsibility to train professionals with the aim of addressing their deficiencies in correspondence with social needs. From this perspective, there have been significant effects on the development of research skills in students reflected in the research attitude, scientific knowledge and scientific production.
