However, fragility, unbalance, anxiety, sadness and isolation have also increased among young people. Today, due to the epidemic of narcissism, rudeness, exhibitionism and desire for popularity, especially among young people, has become commonplace. At this point, it is thought that an important factor that triggers the epidemic of narcissism is the new parenting culture. Today, a new parental model that resembles seven twenty-four caregivers has begun to spread, which constantly praises or pampers children, which they do not deserve, protects them from all kinds of danger and criticism, cannot digest their mistakes and failures, and never gives them the initiative and responsibility while leaving them an area of extreme freedom. According to many assessments, the excessive permissive behavior and attitudes of the parents, which they often assume will increase the self-esteem of the child, cause narcissism problem. These behaviors and attitudes leading to narcissism are reinforced not only among parents, but also by institutional training programs and practitioners. According to the statistics of World Economic Form, eight millions ton of plastics on average spread to ocean waters every year and, as this goes on it is assumed that the quantity of plastics in seas and oceans will exceed the number of sea creatures in 2050. The damage caused by plastics is analyzed on terrestrial, atmospheric and aquatic habitats and environmental policies on a global and local scale to prevent it are made. The effects of plastics are not limited with the visible part. In fact, microplastics, the size of which is defined as between 0.1-5000 micra by European Food Safety Authority compose the nonobservable part of the pollution. Accumulated plastics break up into small fragments, then they turn into microplastics. On the other hand, according to a research conducted by Greenpeace in 2018, microplastics were found in seven of the eight samples taken from the Antarctic Ocean which is described as virgin-fields. As it is seen in the referenced study, microplastic pollution has penetrated even to the untouched habitats and it continues to do. In the present study, precautions taken to decrease the quantity of microplastics in Turkey were evaluated in the scope of environmental policy. Harmful effects of the mentioned pollutant on human health, which was proved to exist by scientific studies and the formation areas are still being studied, thus, it is thought that tackling the issue from the point of environmental policy field will contribute not only to the policy makers and academic area but also to the literature, Stating the urgency of including the present pollution into the environmental policy field and highlighting the criticality of the pollutant for Turkey are the aims of the study The extent of the pollution and the investigation is limited with Turkey. As a data collection method, interviewing method which one of the qualitative research study method techniques was used. Additionally, technical report of the related institutions and organizations were analyzed by conducting literature survey. All living and non-living beings in these areas constitute the elements of the landscape. In short, landscape is a whole of these elements. From this point of view, the natural and cultural resource values of the cities constitute the important landscape values of the city. These values of the city reflect their identity, differences from other cities and their originality and locality. The promotion, development and preservation of these values in order to own the cities are extremely important for the sustainability of the cities and their transfer to future generations. At the same time, the existence of these values will contribute to the city and its citizens both culturally and economically. However, today it is observed that cities are becoming more and more similar with the effect of globalization. This leads to the identification of cities. In this study; we aimed to reveal the importance of the natural and cultural landscape values of the cities. In this context, the sources of the cities and how they were evaluated were investigated both national and international examples. In addition, the natural and cultural landscape values of the cities of Trabzon and Edirne, which is more known for its natural values; in terms of their contribution to protection, use and urban identity, and recommendations were made. It is established that fathers contribute to child development in all aspects (emotional, cognitive etc.), but studies regarding fathers are still insufficient in comparison to studies regarding mothers. However, increasing of studies regarding fathers in recent years provides to have more information about fathers. This study also aims to present shared activities with fathers of university students in the past. Thus what individuals aged 18 and older shares with their fathers, in which area of children’s life fathers involve is investigated. Accordingly 71 university student were asked to report their shared activities with their fathers for 0-12 and 12-18 age range through semi-structured form. After removing data of students whose parents were decedent, divorced or estranged, content analysis is made with 58 data. Among shared activities with parents, only shared activities with fathers are presented in this study. According to the results, some participants reported that they have never shared activities with their father, some participants reported one or more than one shared activities. First, attention. For example, a person's attention to the shelves can be measured while watching ads or when a customer wanders around the supermarket. The second is emotional commitment. The third is keeping in mind. How much of the ad we watch or the picture we see, especially which part we have in mind. At first glance, these concepts seem to be impossible to measure using the marketing direction. Eye tracking refers to the measurement process where we look, also known as our point of view. These measurements are performed by an eye tracker who records the position of the eyes and their movements. Near infrared light is directed towards the center of the eye (pupil), causing detectable reflections in both the pupil and the cornea (the outermost optical element of the eye). These reflections the vector between the cornea and the pupil are monitored by an infrared camera. This is the optical tracking of corneal reflection known as central corneal reflection.
