Saeed","doi":"10.33899/EDUSJ.2020.126908.1063","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33899/EDUSJ.2020.126908.1063","url":null,"abstract":"In this research, the influence of the parameters design, such as the refractive index of the core, the cladding, and the radius of the core on propagation constant (β) of single-mode optical fiber in optical communication region (1.2-1.6) m have been studied and investigated. Material, waveguide, and profile dispersions are analyzed and investigated. Three models of optical fibers with different relative refractive indices () (0.004, 0.007, 0.01) at a wavelength equal 1.55 m, and three models of core radius (3,4,5) m are taken in the count. Numerical simulations and modeling are arranged depending on weakly guiding approximation for solving homogeneous wave equation derived from Maxwell’s equations. Our modeling has been solved by the aid of MATLAB software. Material and profile dispersion have no significant change for various relative refractive index, while waveguide dispersion is affected by the change of relative refractive index. the waveguide dispersion increased by increasing core diameter and the profile dispersion decreased as the core diameter increased. There is no effect on martial dispersion by increasing the core diameter. Antimony was deposited on P-type silicon wafer and Indium was deposited on N-type silicon wafer. They were considered as thin film which was bombarded with accelerated hydrogen-ions from the pulsed plasma injector. Optical tests were conducted for the both junctions to evaluate their performance as optical detectors. These include the spectral response quantum efficiency and detectivity. They showed high response and efficiency for the long wavelength in the near IR region. It showed a relatively higher detectivity which increased with the number of discharges. For antimony and indium implanted samples we have noticed an increase in the response time of the detector with the number of discharges. These findings allow the possibility to use them in the near IR-detector and semiconductor lasers in the wavelength range 850-950nm as well as in the applications of optical communication systems. Porous silicon has demonstrated significant versatility and promise for a wide range of optoelectronic applications due to its large surface area and intense photoluminescence at room temperature. In this review, we describe the fabrication techniques and experimental improvements made towards porous silicon (PSi) and we provide a full picture of realization and characterization of this material. We also highlight its important chemical, structure and surface properties. Additionally, we will introduced the techniques that have been used to characterize porouse silicon, including Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction measurements, atomic force microscope images (AFM) and a scanning probe microscope (SEM). Moreover, the effect of the current density and etching time are also documented in this review. Google Classroom adalah sebuah layanan yang dibuat oleh Google untuk lembaga pendidikan yang penggunaannya mendapat dukungan penuh dari Kemendikbud. Setelah empat kali melakukan perkuliahan Bahasa Inggris di Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia secara tatap muka, proses tersebut berubah ke system online dengan menggunakan Google Classroom. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan aplikasi tersebut di ruang kelas online, kelebihan apa saja yang ada pada aplikasi tersebut dalam kaitannya dengan mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris dan kendala apa yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen dalam penggunaan Google Classroom. Data dikumpulkan dari 57 orang mahasiswa yang diperoleh dari instrument test dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengunaan platform online ini mampu memotivasi mahasiswa dalam mempelajari Bahasa Inggris. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan adanya peningkatan skill berbahasa mereka. Di samping itu mahasiswa merasa senang belajar dengan aplikasi tersebut karena fitur yang tersedia mudah untuk dipahami dan juga efisien dalam penggunaan waktu. Akan tetapi Google Classroom juga memiliki kelemahan seperti tampilan yang kurang menarik, pengiriman file yang harus dipantau dan pengaturan waktu yang masih dapat diubah. Namun demikian secara umum penggunaan aplikasi tersebut dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan yang baik sebagai media pembelajaran daring. Model manajemen teaching  factory pada smk merupakan  sebuah konsep  yg menggabungkan   pendekatan   manajemen   pembelajaran   competency   based   training   (pelatihan berabasis kopetensi) dan production based training (pelatihan berbasis produksi) pada lingkungan yg sebenarnya sehingga proses pencapaian kopetensi atau kecakapan hidup sesuai dg standar pekerjaan lulusan (siswa yg lulus) pada dunia industri. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan rancangan model manajemen pengembangan teaching factory smk. Untuk mencapai tujuan diatas yg menggunakan riset dan pengembangan, melalui riset   tahap awal, rancangan pengembangan model, percobaan dan validasi. Tahap penelitian awal di rencanakan seperti tahap berikut: kajian kepustakaan/ pengumpulan data lapangan dan deskripsi serta analisis penemuan data (factual),  yaitu: 1).penjelasan karakteristik   smk   dengan   standar   indikator   performa   yg   dapat dijabarkan sebagai isi dari pengembangan teaching factory, 2) Penjelasan karakteristik potensi pengembangan kelompok manajemen model teaching factory sebagai sebuah hasil pencapaian kelompok untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan model manajemen tefa untuk smk 3) Mendsekripsikan karakteristik stakeholders yg potensial untuk mendukung pengembangan dan penerapan model manajemen tefa, dan 4) persiapan dari  model  manajemen  tefa  unt uk  smk  unggul dan inofatif.  Rancangan ujicoba dilakukan pada kelompok skala terbatas. Kemudian model tersebut di sandingkan dengan kelompok hasil pencapaian untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan model tefa pada smk untuk menentukan apakah model yg dikembangkan dapat di terapkan secara tepat. Analisis data pada kajian ini, tahap awal kajian, dan data temuan atau fakta tentang program productive learning yg diterapkan dijelaskan dalam bentuk presentasi data,  dan kemudian dianalisis (interpretasikan)   secara   kualitatif.   Proses   dan   hasil pengembangan rancangan dilakukan dalam analisis kelompok sebaya dan penilaian oleh tim ahli.dan hasil percobaan dipresentasikan juga dalam bentuk  data  sama  seperti  rancangan  (keterpakaian) dianalisa  secara  kualitatif.  Model  manajeme n teaching factory yg dikembangkan akan dapat di terapkan pada manajemen teaching factory smk dan memberikan panduan untuk pengelola teaching factory ( kepala sekolah, guru, mitra industri) dan dapat menghasilkan kontribusi yg konstruktif dalam kemitraan antara smk dengan industri. Mata kuliah ini termasuk salah satu mata kuliah yang kurang diminati oleh mahasiswa karena berhubungan dengan rumus-rumus dan angka seperti juga halnya pelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan kemampuan mahasiswa pada mata kuliah statistik pendidikan. Penelitian   ini di lakukan  di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan (FTK) UIN Ar-Raniry semester genap tahun  2019-2020.  Subjek dalam penelitian  ini adalah seluruh  mahasiswa  prodi PGMI yang  mengambil mata kuliah Statistik Pendidikan. Sedangkan  yang dijadikan  sampel sebanyak 60 orang yang terdiri dari dua unit/kelas yang dipilih secara acak. Pengumpulan  data dilakukan   melalui   tes   dan wawancara. sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa persentase kemampuan mahasiswa prodi PGMI dalam mata kuliah statistik pendidikan yang  memiliki  kategori  baik sebanyak 16 mahasiswa (26.7%),  kategori cukup 22 mahasiswa (36.7%)  dan kategori kurang sebanyak 22 mahasiswa (36.7%). Kesulitan yang sering dialami mahasiswa umumnya terletak pada  kurang teliti dalam berhitung ketika menjawab soal serta kebingungan dalam menentukan rumus yang akan digunakan. Faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam setiap kegiatan travelling diantaranya adalah menentukan destinasi. Pada proses tersebut trave ller memerlukan jalur atau rute tempuh yang pendek, sehingga dapat cepat sampai ke tujuan destinasi. Oleh karena itu, melalui bantuan komputasi dapat ditemukan jalur tempuh yang pendek, yaitu dengan menerapkan Algoritma Ant Colony. Algoritma Ant Colony diinspirasi oleh perilaku semut dalam mencari makanan. Algoritma Ant Colony merupakan salah satu metode heuristic dimana dalam permasalahan semut-semut buatan akan bekerjasama untuk menemukan solusi yang tepat dalam permasalahan optimasi diskrit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menerapkan konsep dan cara kerja algoritma Ant colony Aotimization (ACO) untuk menyelesaikan Travelling Problem (TP). Analisis sejumlah sampel akan dilakukan pada ruas jalan utama kota Banda Aceh. Data yang dibutuhkan adalah informasi lokasi antar kota dalam bentuk matriks jarak dan rute perencanaan lokasi tujuan. Perhitungan Jarak dilakukan dengan menjumlahkan semua total jarak awal sampai akhir perjalanan dan menghitung ongkos bahan bakar. ACO telah diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang diantaranya untuk mencari solusi optimal pada Traveling  Salesman Problem (TSP), dengan memberikan sejumlah n titik. The results showed a significant increase in the levels of cytokines in patients serum as their concentrations were (218.15±105.1 pg/L for IL-1β, 63.10±35.17 ng/L for TNF-α and 31.77±25.3ng/ml for IFN-) compared to the control as it(151.0±0.76 pg/L ,34.96±0.42 ng/L and 11.15±3.49 ng/ml) for the cytokines respectively. The level of cytokines reached (352.18 pg/L,117.8 ng/L and 63.8 ng/ml) for IL-1β,TNF-α and IFN- respectively in women infected with Toxoplasmosis compared to non-infected women (337.1 pg/L , 101.3 ng/L and 54.06 ng/ml). This indicate that toxoplasmosis has a role in the induction of immune system. It was found that the nickel atoms tend to clustering on the surface of pure graphene due to the high cohesive energy of nickel compared to the energy of nickel binding to the surface of pure graphene, which decrease the storage capacity of hydrogen. It was also found that the storage capacity of seven hydrogen molecules on pure and activated graphene with a nickel atom is equal to (10.2 wt.%) With an average binding energy (0.27 eV), and the storage capacity for the same number of hydrogen molecules is (11.3 wt.%) With an average binding energy (0.22 eV), This indicates that the adsorption process will take place at ambient conditions.
