The monomers are polymerized with different monomers to prepare eight different polymers. The polymers are differs in the type of bonding unit. The prepared polymers are identified by using infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The prepared polymers are doped with different ratios of iodine and protonic acid (HCl). The electrical conductivity of the pure and doped polymers was measured. Many different factors can effect on the conductivity of the polymers. The long flexible aliphatic moiety in the back bone of the polymer increase the electrical conductivity, while the presence of long aliphatic arm grafted as aside chain will decrease the conductivity. Also the type of the bonding group (amide or azomethin ) have a significant effect on the electrical conductivity. The study proved that the oxadiazole and triazole rings can participating in the conjugation of polymeric chain and enhanced the electrical conductivity. The nitrogen and oxygen atoms within the ring can participate with conjugation by their lone pair of electron and can be considered as a sites for doping. The electrical conductivity of the prepared polymers increased by increasing the ratio of the dopant but to limited percent. Guru professional dituntut dengan sejumlah persyaratan minimal antara lain; memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan profesi yang memadai, memiliki kompetensi kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan  siswanya, mempunyai jiwa kreatif dan produktif, mempunyai etos kerja dan komitmen tinggi terhadap profesinya dan selalu melakukan pengembangan diri secara terus menerus melalui organisasi profesi, buku, seminar dan semacamnya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan tentang pentingnya Peran dan tugas guru sebagai salah satu faktor determinan bagi keberhasilan pendidikan di sekolah karena Sekolah merupakan salah satu tempat berlangsungnya pendidikan karakter. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menelaah dan/atau mengekplorasi beberapa Jurnal, buku, dan dokumen-dokumen (baik yang berbentuk cetak maupun elektronik) serta sumber-sumber data dan atau informasi lainnya yang dianggap relevan dengan kajian. Hasil bahasan yang ditemukan adalah (1) Guru di sekolah mempunyai peran sebagai motivator, mediator, dan fasilitator pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan kepada anak didik untuk mencari, membangun, dan menerapkan pengetahuan dalam kehidupannya. (2) Guru sebagai sosok utama dalam satuan pendidikan formal memiliki tanggung jawab membentuk karakter peserta didik melalui harmonisasi olah hati, olah rasa, olah pikir, dan olah raga. (3) Salah satu cara untuk memperkenalkan budaya bangsa kepada peserta didik adalah melalui pendidikan di sekolah karena Pendidikan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kebudayaan dan proses pendidikan terjadi didalam lingkungan manusia yang berbudaya. (4) Beberapa karakter yang perlu dikembangkan dan ditanamkan kepada anak, yaitu: (a) Nilai-nilai kejujuran; (b) Keikhlasan, (c) Sopan santun, (d) Keteguhan aqidah; (e) Kesabaran; (f) Kedermawanan; (g) Kebersihan; (h) Persaudaraan; (i) Persatuan; (j) Pergaulan; (k) Kasih sayang; (l) Ilmu dan akal. Pembelajaran yang bermutu adalah pembelajaran efektif yang diukur melalui tingkat   kepuasan peserta didik.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutu pembelajaran online terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan di Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia yang dilaksanakan  di semester Ganjil 2020/2021.  Populasinya adalah mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah Matematika Dasar semester I yang berjumlah 140 orang, sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 100 orang yang dipilih secara random. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan mutu pembelajaran online terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Besarnya pengaruh mutu pembelajaran online  terhadap hasil belajar yang dihitung dengan koefisien korelasi adalah 0.832,  yang menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat kuat antara mutu pembelajaran online dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Sedangkan besarnya kontribusi (sumbangan) variable X terhadap Y atau koefisien determinan = r2 x 100% =  69.2%. Hal ini menjelaskan perubahan pada hasil belajar mahasiswa oleh variable mutu pembelajaran online sebesar 69,2% sedangkan sisanya 30,8% ditentukan oleh variable lain. Untuk itu sangat diperlukan adanya upaya-upaya pembinaan kualitas guru di sebuah sekolah; yang tidak hanya berkisar pada tataran peningkatan kualitas mengajarnya semata, akan tetapi turut pula mendampingi mereka dalam memperbaiki perilaku kerja secara professional melalui program supervisi klinis yang terencana, sistematis, dan intensif. Sehingga dengannya, setiap permasalahan kesenjangan perilaku kerja guru dapat teratasi dan secara otomatis turut mendongkrak mutu pendidikan di sekolah terkait. Fokus kajian ini adalah mendeskripsikan upaya-upaya klinis terhadap kelima indikator perilaku kerja guru, meliputi: orientasi pelayanan, integritas, komitmen, disiplin dan kerjasamanya dalam bekerja. Kesimpulan hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) seluruh aspek perilaku kerja guru, yang terdiri dari: orientasi pelayanan, integritas, komitmen, disiplin dan kerjasama guru dalam bekerja merupakan elemen-elemen penentu produktivitas dan kualitas sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang siap bersaing secara global, (2) keterpenuhan aktualisasi perilaku kerja guru yang ideal sebagai tolak ukur SDM sekolah yang berkualitas; yang sekiranya dapat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan di sekolah, (3) pendekatan klinis yang paling tepat untuk menangani kesenjangan perilaku kerja guru adalah pendekatan klinis islami, karena kelima elemen tersebut pada umumnya berorientasi pada ranah afektif dan normatif yang lebih mudah dibentuk dengan pendekatan agama, serta (4) keberhasilan proses supervisi klinis sangat ditentukan oleh kerjasama yang kooperatif antara supervisor dan guru dengan memenuhi ketiga tahap pelaksanaannya secara intensif dan reflektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan Peran Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Dalam membangun moderasi beragama Di Kecamatan Suro Kabupaten Aceh Singkil.  Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif digunakan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai moderasi beragama dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder dalam sumber data yang dimiliki. Proses dalam mencari data tersebut dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan akurat. Hasil yang didapat disusun dengan teratur kemudian dipersiapkan untuk direduksi dengan cara difokuskan kepada hal-hal yang penting yang berkaitan dengan penarikan kesimpulan.Melalui dokumentasi dilapangan dan wawancara dengan perangkat desa dan masyarakat di Kecamatan Suro Kabupaten Aceh Singkil diperoleh jawaban-jawaban berupa bentuk-bentuk program membangun moderasi  beragama yang dilakukan oleh Kepala KUA dan hambatan yang dihadapi Kepala KUA serta keberhasilan yang dicapai setelah pelaksanaan program-program tersebut.  Peran KUA dalam moderasi beragama masyarakat sangat baik dan efektif itu ditandai dengan KUA memiliki dua aspek kepemimpinan yaitu: kepemimpinan pemerintah dan kepemimpinan sosial, adapun bentuk program  kepala KUA dalam moderasi beragama yaitu dengan melakukan pelatihan, hambatan yang dihadapi KUA Kecamatan Suro diantaranya: kurangnya anggaran operasional, partisipasi masyarakat yang masih kurang, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai.Adapun hasil yang sudah dicapai oleh masyarakat dengan adanya realisasi program menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat Suro betapa pentingnya meningkatkan tolensi beragama di kehidupan masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, hampir semua negara menempatkan pendidikan karakter sebagai sesuatu yang sangat penting dan utama dalam konteks pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Begitu juga Indonesia menempatkan pendidikan karakter sebagai sesuatu yang penting dan utama. Pendidikan karakter merupakan suatu kebutuhan bagi masyarakat modern karena melalui pendidikan karakter mereka dapat menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik. Ketercapaian tujuan pendidikan karakter sangat bergantung pada kecakapan dan kecerdasan tenaga pendidik yang merupakan salah satu  contoh bagi peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis hal-hal yang berkenaan dengan Hakikat pendidikan karakter, karakteristik kepribadian guru, sikap profesional seorang guru, dan Keteladanan guru dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah Guru dan santri di Ma’had Sabilurrasyad. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pendidikan berkarakter bukanlah sebuah proses menghafal materi soal ujian dan teknik-teknik menjawab pertanyaannya saja. Pendidikan berkarakter membina peserta didik agar cerdas, kreatif, dan berakhlak mulia yang bisa membanggakan orang tua masyarakat dan negaranya. Guru dituntut mempunyai kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi sosial. (2) Menjadi teladan bagi siswa dalam pembentukan karakter berarti harus bertanggung jawab dan disiplin dalam menjalankan semua peraturan di Ma’had Sabilurrasyad secara konsisten. The influence of the applied voltage variation on the negative corona characteristics in a coaxial electrode geometry has been investigated based on one-dimensional dynamic model of corona discharge includes one-dimensional continuity equations and Poisson equation. The one-dimensional fluid model of corona discharge is solved by finite difference flux correction method (FD-FCT). The calculations were performed on oxygen gas under the atmospheric pressure using COMSOL multiphysics software. The corona discharge parameters are simulated under different voltage values 4KV, 6KV, 7KV, 8KV and 10KV, respectively. The effect of the applied voltage on the spatial distribution of main charged species and electron as well as the ozone was considered. The results show that as the negative applied voltage on the cathode increased the total current density also increase while the electron density decrease. This is due to the short life cycle of development, a fast-growing and easy to be developed. In this study, three types of micro-algae Scendesmus dimorphus, Chlorella vulgaris and Chlorococcum humicola were used and grown in in a 5 liter photobioreactor. The dry biomass productivity of the three algae was estimated, and then a chemical analysis of the total fatty was performed to detect their biological contents as well as diagnose the fatty acid. Results showed that S. dimorphus produced the highest levels in both biomass, 1.58 g l from dry weight and estimation of the total fat indicated C. vulgaris has the highest total fat yield, at 29.6 %. Results of fats characterization using )GLC) showed that S. dimorphus produced the high percentage of saturated fatty acids for the meristic acid ester (C14: 0) by 47% and the lincoseric acid ester (C24: 0) was 7.194%. In contrast, both Chlorella vulgaris and Chlo. humicola showed less level of saturated fatty acids. Image fusion also known as pan-sharpening-provides the necessary means to combine many images into a single composite image that is suitable in visual interpretation processes or in digital interpretation. The principal objective of this study is to find the best suitable algorithms for obtaining integrative information from several separate images in one combined image. Based on the above, a special software system was designed to implement and test the fusion methods used in remote sensing applications by selecting and applying a Shift Invariant Wavelet Transform (SIWT) method to the remote sensing images and then comparing with four other different image fusion algorithms. Two objective mathematical methods were also used to measure the amount of shared information obtained in the images resulting from the fusion, as well as using the visual and Near-Infrared images of the new Sentinel-2 European satellite for a part of Nineveh province as experimental images.
