However, in the process of home ownership many criteria are determined, especially in terms of income. Even those who have fixed income such as Civil Servant are not necessarily easy to choose and own their own homes. Many factors must be considered such as internal and external factors in choosing a house that will affect home ownership. To find out what factors are affecting in the decision to choose home using statistical analysis with a case study at the civil servant in Departement of Health and the Tourism-Culture of Magelang District. Based on statistical analysis, the results of the variable validity and reliability test meet the requirements. Then through testing the normality of normal distribution data. Looking for equations with multiple linear regression then hypotesis in the t test shows that internal and external variables together influence the decision to choose a house. While the f test shows a significance of <0.05, this means that the internal and external variables together have a positive effect on the decision to choose a house. Data analysis of the number of vehicle volumes (V) is 5126 vehicles / hour and pedestrian volume (P) is 66 people / hour using the PV 2 formula 1728882386.2. Through Determination of crossing facilities on Yos Sudarso, in front of Grand Tarakan Mall, only requires Pelican with a protector or Pelican Crossing along with a waiting stall that has the criteria for the number P = 50 - 1100 people / hour, V 700 vehicles / hour and PV2 2x10 8. For the bridge design, found on the standard for building stair height, did not meet the standards, which was 1.35 meters, while the height of the backrest in the field was 1.15 - 1.20 meters. The level of The Pedestrian Bridge use was 68.77% and could be stated as beneficial. Yos Sudarso has experienced an increase in road load and a decrease in the level of road services which will eventually cause traffic problems, namely the effectiveness of reduced traffic performance. To find out the analysis of traffic performance due to the arrangement of the vehicle movement system on Yos Sudarso Tarakan road, traffic surveys are carried out, such as traffic volume, traffic speed, road capacity, and degree of saturation. After the road performance analysis, the characteristics and conditions of the road were obtained, the average total volume was 1399.92 pcu / hour, the average degree of saturation on the Yos Sudarso road in the direction of Kusuma Bangsa was 0.53, while the direction of Mulawarman was 0,55. Thus the average performance along Yos Sudarso road includes the C service level. By looking at these conditions it is necessary to increase the clear traffic flow regulation system such as traffic signal so that it can reduce the congestion that occurs on these roads. The higher the building to be built, the stronger the foundation to be made. This research was conducted to identify the bedrock of the existing soil layer in Tarakan City by using a boost converter-based resistivity meter with aim to minimize the impact of building damage caused by soil structure. Boost converter is a step-up DC-DC converter. Boost converter is able to produce an output voltage value greater than the input voltage without the need of transformer. The boost converter design is started by determining parameter based on the needs of resistivity meter. Resistivity data acquisition has been conducted at several points in Universitas Borneo Tarakan by using the Schlumberger configuration. Data processing has been done by using a matching curve. The results of the interpretation of the processing of geoelectric data are 4 soil layers with a depth of 12 meters. In the geoelectric estimation investigation area has a type of resistance between 6.08 -169.79 Ohm-meters. In this study using the technical analysis stated preference which is the approach by conveying the choice statement in the form of hypotheses to be assessed by the respondent. By using these techniques the researcher can fully control the hypothesized factors. To determine utility function for model forecasting in fulfilling request of traveler is used regression analysis with SPSS program. The analysis results obtained that the passengers of the dominant airport in the selection of modes of cost attributes than on other attributes. From the result of regression analysis, the influence of independent variable to the highest dependent variable is when the five attributes are used together with the R square value of 8.8%. The relationship between cost, time, headway, time acces and service with the selection of modes, the provision that states whether or not there is a decision. The significance of α = 0.05 with chi-square. Therefore, the landslide need a construction that can withstand landslide force. This study aims to plan retaining walls to prevent landslides in the farm area in Kandangan Subdistrict, Kediri Regency. The method used is to use slide analysis which is used to plan the retaining wall. In addition the planning of soil containment walls u ses several methods as a comparison. The results of this study indicate that the planning of ordinary soil retaining walls is still not enough to overcome slides. For this condition, most of activities are conducted in marine, such as logistics distribution. The movement of logistics distribution will result in a movement pattern of the logistic. Determination of the optimal pattern of logistics movement network can support the smooth distribution system. Determination of logistic network patterns is done by clustering using Fuzzy C-means, clustering aims to get island groups in adjacent locations. Side frictions which were effected the capacity and pedestrians in city road were pedestrians, transportations which stopped, slow transportations (bicycle, wheelborrow, etc) and transportations which were went in and out from the side internode road. The purpose of this research is to find out the significant effect of side friction toward the road performance. After several stages in collecting the data and data analysis using method (MKJI 1997), it can be concluded that the effect of side friction toward the performance at Yos Sudarso street for the relation between road volume with side friction which has the highest correlation score was transportations which were went in and out at 0,260. Meanwhile, the relation of rapidity transportations with side friction which has the highest correlation score was the transportations which stopped at 0,495. Actually, the use of rumble strips in the Bengkalis island is not optimal, as does not reduce the speed of vehicles and always ignore the effect of the trill inflicted in the rumble strips for reasons of getting high speed and the less effect shakes posed. The purpose of this research is to find the shockwave on the road by using Greenshields method.
