With the existence of an appropriate pattern of labor inspection by government employee of labor inspector in construction service sector then every execution of a work can be executed according to rule so that it can run well and according to what we expected. The objectives of this research was to know the effect of labor inspection to the safety of construction services in the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of North Kalimantan Province. Data collection technique used was questionnaires. The data collected in this research consisted of primary and secondary data, This resesearch was done through questionnaire technique. The samples in this study were 20 respondents from Office of Manpower and Transmigration of North Kalimantan Province in the field of labor inspection. Data obtained was scored into Likert method and then analyzed by SPSS program. Barge is a cargo ship type do not have a propulsion system. So, design of floating port preferably aqual to ship design. There are 3 types of barge construction system, that are longitudinal system, transversal system and mixed construction. To get the optimal design of floating port, comparison of design based on the construction system is needed. Case study in this research ia a Tideng Pale-KTT floating port. Deformation and stress analysis using FEA method on 2 models of construction system, that are transversal and longitudinal. Based on results, both of construction system produce a good strength value. However, there are some construction component which does not match the placement of the construction system. Results of construction costs have 5,51% deviation, longitudinal sytem is more expensive. Reliance Refinery in Gujarat Province of India resulting in dock structure under sub standard condition, unsafe condition and at any time dock structure may experience colapse. The specific point of this problem is the dock building is supported by a 120 cm diameter pile foundation with a height of 14 meters above ground level and over 200 meters towards the Indian Ocean. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of how the specifications of materials, work equipment and methods of implementing the repair of damaged pier building foundations. Improvement using pile encapsulation method is by cleaning the damaged piling surface with water jeting and mechanical, installing FRP jacketing cover and grouting with underwater material specifications epoxy grout. The improvement results show the epoxy grout and FRP jacket bonding well to the existing piling surface. This repair method is proven to improve the damage of the piling and protect the piling against corrosion, abrasion, scouring and mechanical impact. The analysis method and processing of data in this research was used analysis descriptive, where the data was separated from the number either primary data namely the collection of data from survey in the field and secondary data was the supporting data which was obtained from the relevant institution like BPS and PDAM of Tarakan City then those were separated based on the data characteristic. The data analysis consists of: 1). calculation project of clean water needs at PDAM persemaian in Tarakan City until 2026. 2). The analysis of pipeline distribution network PDAM at Persemaian in Tarakan City by using the program Epanet 2.0. From the calculation of the total population in 2026 was 127.183 soul, and ba sed on the calculation of the average water needs in 2026 was 191,9216 ltr/sec, the maximum needs was 220,7099 lte/sec, so it obtained the needs of clean water until 2026 at the top of 335,8629 ltr/sec. Based on the calculation using epanet 2.0 obtained th e highest pressure score was 9,39 atm (kg/cm 2 ) in junction 131 along 93,96 m and the lowest pressure was 1,10 atm (kg/cm 2 ) in junction 228 along 11,04 m, mean while the highest score of head was 110,83 m in junction 1 and the lowest score of head was 37,00 m in junction 225. To find out the relationship between flood discharge and flood time, the Synthetic Unit Hydrograph calculation method is used. The aim is to determine the shape and results of peak discharge in Synthetic Unit Hydrograph Y (SUH). This study uses a debit calculation in the Kayan watershed using Snyder HSS a nd Nakayasu HSS. This helps planners to improve flexural capacity moment with minimal dimensions, that are still acceptable in terms of aesthetics. The purpose of this study is to know how much influence the increasing compressive reinforcement can increase the flexural capacity moment and ductility of concrete beams. Experimental research with beam specimens 20x20x60 cm, 2D16 tensile reinforcement, fc’ 25 mpa and fy 320 mpa. With a ratio of compressive reinforcement to tensile reinforcement of 0.14; 0.25 and 0.59. Flexural strength testing uses flexible loading with a roll-pined joint. The process of load reading is yield phase until ultimate phase. The results of the analysis show an uses of increasing compressive reinforcement can increase the moment of flexural capacity and ductility. The addition of compressive reinforcement reached 25% from tensile reinforcement, can increase the moment of bending capacity by 4.47%, but uses compressive reinforcement reached 50% of tensile reinforcement, only increasing the bending moment capacity of 1.43%. For ductility, uses compressive reinforcement reaches 25% from tensile reinforcement, can increase ductility by 19.73% and an increase of 26.17% by adding compressive reinforcement up to 50% of tensile reinforcement. Compared to other Dayak houses, long brusu Dayak tribes have no windows but rely solely on openings on the roof and openings on the building floor as ventilation ventilation. This affects the thermal comfort of the longhouse. In general, this study aims to determine how much influence the shape of the openings on the floor of the brusu dayak longhouse building on the level of thermal comfort.The method in this study includes direct observation of the spaciousness of the shape of the building and the shape of the floor openings in the longhouse, as well as direct measurement at several points that have been determined, namely: measurement of temperature, humidity, air movement using several measuring devices, namely: thermometer, anemometer, hygro thermometer and iinfrared thermometer, measurements are made on the interior of a long house with 15 measuring points, where each point is measured for 24 hours with a measurement time every 2 hours. This puddle not only submerged settlements and offices but also shops and access roads that caused considerable economic losses. An evaluation was carried out by using the Storm Water Management Model (SWMM). SWMM is a rainfall-runoff simulation model used for simulating the quantity and quality of surface runoff from urban areas. Based on the evaluation using SWMM software, the drainage system in Tarakan, especially in Jalan Mulwarman has several inundated channels, namely channels 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14. This is influenced by the dimensions of the drainage channel that cannot accommodate existing water runoff and sediment thickness that covers the drainage channels so that the capacity is reduced, if it rains it will cause puddles at several points in Tarakan City.
