A construction company has standards or guidelines for implementing quality management that must be carried out by the foreman. This study will discuss the relationship between the level of the foreman's ability and the influence of the foreman's ability on the application of quality management. Qualitative descriptive method is done by distributing questionnaires followed by validity, reliability, t-test, F-test, and classical assumption test. The results showed a simultaneous test for educational variables, work experience, motivation, and discipline influenced the ability of the foreman in implementing quality management of 2,510. The partial test shows that the work experience variable influences the foreman's ability to implement quality management by 2,178. Areas that have been served are still experiencing water access problems. Areas that have not adapted to use other sources using groundwater for personal needs or business, however, it cannot be used forever, so someday they have to switch to water sources provided by the government. On the other hand, lower-middle-income communities are vulnerable to access to water, which concentrated in densely populated and coastal areas, which is difficult for the government to provide access to water services. Therefore, this study wants to show access to water services provided by the government and groundwater supply providers, and how access is received by each community group. The location of this study is in Kemijen Village which the majority consists of the customers of water sources provided by the government and Kampung Tambak Lorok which majority consists of customers of groundwater sources. The large growth of outlets is in line with the increase in freight transportation (fleet) that will distribute goods. The storage of minimarkets (Alfamart, Alfamidi, and Indomart) is located in the Makassar Industrial Area (KIMA). This research is descriptive-quantitative. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the transportation of goods for each type of minimarket. This study aims to analyze the needs of the thickness of the new flexible road pavement construction in the campus area by using the AASHTO 1993 method. This method requires a Structural Number (SN) value that can be calculated by nomogram method and trial and error method. The results of the nomogram method get the value of SN total = 2.09 inches, SN2 = 1.59 inches, and SN1 = 1.39 inches, and the trial and error method gets the value of SNTotal = 2.05 inches, SN2 = 1.56 inches, and SN1 = 1.36 inches. To avoid the risk factor of estimating the error of repetition of traffic loads during the life of the plan (W 18), in the calculation of the SN value, the trial and error method needs to include the value of FR (reliability factor) in the calculation of w18 , where the value obtained FR = 2.39 and W18 = 0, 11x10 6 ESAL. Data distribution from measuring devices at several locations in the watershed is predicted to have patterns and close relationships. To know this we need a model to be able to show a relationship between measured rainfall data. This research, a factor analysis model is performed to calculate how much the relationship between rainfall data in the watershed and to determine the shape of rainfall distribution patterns that occur. Based on the calculation results, it is known that pattern of rainfall data distribution from 6 rain stations in Bengawan Solo watershed, namely doplang, randu, menden, kedung, japah, and sambong in 1998 has the same distribution pattern. However, the amount of rain height is different. In addition, the maximum Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.536 at Menden-Randu station. While the minimum Pearson correlation value for the Menden-Sambong station is 0.012. This difference is influenced by the distance between Menden-Randu and Menden-Sambong stations. Based on calculations on the factor analysis model, there are two factors that affect directly between these stations. Factor 1 has coefficient value 0.5. Based on calculations show that rainfall that occurs in each region does not have a strong relationship between one another, but the occurrence of rain that occurs has the same distribution pattern. The methodology used is conducting questionnaires and interviews. respondents from this study were the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. with the type of qualitative description research. The increase of bentonite time-dependent strain or creep needs to be taken into account for the safety of the disposal hole. The creep parameters obtained from the angular strain rate equation, through stress-controlled direct shear test using compacted SPV200 bentonite samples. This condition often results in the vehicle carrying the maximum load even exceeding the carrying capacity. On this basis and to maximize the results of data collection in the form of traffic volumes and vehicle loads, it is necessary to attempt to check the load of vehicles or trucks passing through the road without causing queues and congestion. To that can be done using a dynamic weighbridge which utilize methods of Weigh In Motion (WIM). The WIM system is equipped with the ability to measure vehicle loads when the truck runs at a certain speed through sensors placed below the road surface. Access to the Yogyakarta international airport is distributed to 4 routes to the airport at Wates national road, Karangnongko road, the Southern Cross Road, Daendels road which is using the railroad mode. This study uses revealed preference analysis which is the approach by conveying a fact choice statement to be given an assessment by the respondent. The sample collection is assumed by the peak passenger of the Adisucipto airport, because the Yogyakarta International Airport is recently opened. It is expected to be able to represent demand predictions at the Yogyakarta International airport in the future. The results of the questionnaire were then processed by using statistical analysis to determine the factors that influence the selection of transportation modes to and from the airport. In research, the factors that influence mode choice are travel costs, travel time, travel distance, and generalized costs. The results illustrate that prospective air transport users are more dominant in choosing travel cost attributes compared to other attributes that influence. Experimental modeling of foot plate foundations in various ground water level is too difficult to be performed. There were so many variables that need to be evaluated in the modeling. The numerical model was based on finite element method such in Abaqus allowed the modeling of foot plate foundations with the various of ground water level. This study modeled the foot plate foundation structure where located on various ground water level by giving variations of the effect of water level to the elevation of the foundation. Water level variations are determined successively below the foundation elevation, the same as the foundation elevation and above the foundation elevation. The analysis performed is static structure analysis with idealization of 2D shell idealization. The result of the research showed that the ground water level effect the stress and deformation of soil closed to foundation elevation. The stress had been evaluated at the base of the foundation for each ground water level difference correspondently 16,53 MPa, 9.34 MPa and 3.59 MPa.
