In this study, the value of safety level in Tilong Dam, located at Kupang Regency, NTT is calculated. The method used in this research is the risk index method. The method is based on a combination of importance of a dam factors, relative importance of physical conditions, and current condition from inspection. The result of this study shows that Tilong Dam has an importance of a dam factors (Idam) was 630, the total index risk was 116,55, and the safety level was 81,5. Tarakan City is an essential region supporting the Tana Tidung Regency. Currently, public the primary transportation from the Tarakan-Tana Tidung is served by two modes of transportation; Ferry Boats and Wooden Boats. Researchers conducted a study to identify the trends and variables that affect the choice of Tarakan-Tana Tidung freight routes to enhance the performance of primary public transportation. Study used variable freight costs per coli, travel time, the timetable for departure, service convenience, and travel time to the Port of Tengkayu 1 or Juata Ferry Port adapted from the study of transportation mode selection by travelling persons. The survey, in the form of a questionnaire to 170 respondents, used the stated preference method and was conducted with multiple regression analysis to obtain the quantitative relationship between a collection of research variables and respondents to obtain utility and probability by modelling the binomial logit. The research results showed that the discrepancy between the Ferry Boats and Wooden Boats was in balance, with 65% of the patrons choosing the Wooden Boat to support the freight activities. All research variables have been influential in the choice of goods transport mode in the most dominant order, namely goods transportation cost per coli variables, travel time, the timetable for departure, service convenience, and travel time to port. Dibutuhkan larutan aktivator agar fly ash dapat memiliki daya ikat seperti semen portland. Selain fly ash, limbah kaca dari industri maupun rumah tangga dapat diolah untuk dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai material yang dapat memperbaiki kinerja bahan geopolimer karena mengandung senyawa silica (SiO2) dan zat kapur (CaO) yang cukup signifikan. Penelitian berfokus pada glass powder yang digunakan sebagai subtitusi fly ash pada paving blok geopolimer dengan persentase 0%, 15%, 30%, 45% dan 60%. Kinerja paving blok diuji berdasarakan kuat tekan dan penyerapan air. Pengujian dilakukan pada saat sampel berumur 7 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai kuat tekan optimum terdapat pada paving block geopolymer dengan variasi glass powder 15% dan fly ash 85% yaitu 30,67 MPa yang termasuk paving block mutu B. Jalan menyediakan aksesibilitas untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kegiatan sosial, selain menjaga kesinambungan distribusi barang dan jasa. Kinerja jalan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi perkerasan jalan. Banyak jalan mengalami kerusakan sebelum masa layannya selesai. Oleh sebab itu, identifikasi terhadap kerusakan jalan sangatlah penting untuk dilakukan. Pada perkembangan teknologi saat ini, identifikasi kerusakan jalan dapat dilakukan dengan penerapan teknologi UAV-Quadcopters. UAV atau SPUKTA merupakan pesawat tanpa awak yang mampu memberikan informasi visual dari objek di permukaan bumi. Salah satu tipe UAV adalah Quadcopters atau Drone dengan empat baling-baling. UAV dapat diterbangkan pada beberapa ketinggian yang akan berpengaruh pada resolusi hasil foto udara. Resolusi yang tinggi akan memudahkan proses interpretasi dari kerusakan jalan. Oleh sebab itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan studi terkait identifikasi dan klasifikasi kerusakan jalan dengan parameter perubahan tinggi terbang UAV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permukaan jalan pada objek penelitian telah mengalami kerusakan sebesar 1,67% dari luas permukaan jalan, dengan tingkat akurasi identifikasi dari klasifikasi kerusakan jalan sebesar 90%. One of the alternatives, inorganic waste recycling is becoming one of the mixture ingredients of paving blocks. This research aimed to determine the best composition of mixture ingredients towards the compressive strength of paving blocks with plastic waste as a substitute for cement. Research methods with experimental testing in the laboratory using paving blocks mixed with plastic waste as a substitute for cement. Plastic waste used is cleaned first and dried, chopped into smaller pieces afterward, and heated inside a cauldron until melted and ready to be mixed with sand. The composition used is 80% plastic: 20% sand, 70% plastic: 30% sand, 60% plastic: 40% sand, and 50% plastic: 50% sand. The result of the compressive strength test of paving block composition affected by a proper mixture of plastic waste as a substitute of cement towards compressive strength of paving block is type LDPE with a variation of 50%: 50%, with average compressive strength of 8,5 MPa with category D of paving block quality that good to be used for park and another usage. One form of improving speedboat services is by reviewing fares according to the ability and willingness to pay of the people. This study’s objective was to determine the fare by taking passengers willingness and ability to pay into account. The research’s methodology is based on analyses of vehicle operational costs (BOK), ability to pay (ATP), and willingness to pay (WTP). The research result, average values for the BOK, ATP, and WTP were IDR 182.386,96, IDR 165.128,25, and IDR 126.735,00, respectively. According to the ATP and WTP values, passengers had a higher ability to pay than they were willing to spend. Tana Tidung Regency is one of the regencies that serve the Tarakan feeder port route. This is supported by the presence of a Sesayap River network. To provide comfort to service users, the high demand for ferry transportation services must be balanced with adequate speedboat service facilities. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews to determine the level of satisfaction of service users and the attributes that are a priority in improving the performance of speedboat services. The data collection results were analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods. Then, to follow up on the results of the IPA dan CSI analysis, the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method was used, a technique used to identify priorities for performance management based on the needs and desires of service users. Based on the results of the IPA analysis, three attributes were obtained as the top priority to require handling/improving their performance; the availability of fire extinguishers, the availability of information on speedboat travel disturbances, and the availability of boarding and alighting facilities for passengers with special needs, children, and pregnant women. The result of the CSI analysis obtained a service user satisfaction index of 63.379 which indicated that the service performance perceived by service users was decreased within the “Quite Satisfied” criteria. Like terrestrial, photogrammetric and extraterrestrial methods, which generally have the same goal of projecting the earth surface into a topographic map at a certain scale. In this study, an exploration was carried out regarding the collaboration between the terrestrial method and photogrammetry in the depiction of topographic maps, which would provide more representative results. The object of this research is the land belonging to the PCNU of Tarakan City, which will be built as a school, where this land has a fairly steep surface relief. This study also provides comparison results from the application of the two measurement methods, which are applied to extreme land. Based on the analysis carried out, several research results were obtained, namely: The average percentage of the X,Y and Z coordinate of the two methods was 12,71% where a significant difference occurred in the altitude or Z component, which was 38,12% while the coordinate component X and Y have a difference value of 0,00%. The shape of the depiction of the soil relief produces an image that is close to the real condition, this can be seen from the contour shape that follows the shape of the soil relief on the sand cliff and tends to be random. SNI 2847: 2013 is an Indonesian code for designing concrete buildings, which has been updated to SNI 2847:2019, consist of several new provisions related to detailing beam-column joints. This study discusses the comparison of detailing requirements based on the two codes and compares the analysis of detailing of the beam-column joints in a focused building, a five-story building which represents a medium rise building. The comparison of detailing requirements for beam-column joint according to SNI 2847:2013 and SNI 2847:2019 showed that SNI 2847:2019 has several new requirements related to the height of the joint, standard hooks in an exterior joint, headed bar, and transverse reinforcement in the joint. DIR Kakap Komplek is divided into 3 regions, namely Daerah Rawa (DR) Kapuas Kecil 1, DR Kapuas Kecil 2, and DR Kapuas Kecil 3. To make the DIR Kakap Komplek area a rice barn for Kubu Raya Regency, an irrigation system with sufficient water discharge is needed. and suitable irrigation water quality. Good irrigation water quality will increase plant growth and increase production yields. The problem that arises is how the suitability of the quality and status of water quality in DIR Kakap Komplek, Kubu Raya Regency based on Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 22 of 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the irrigation water quality of DIR Kakap Komplek Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency was suitable for irrigation purposes. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the water quality test showed that the values of TDS, TSS, NO3, Faecal Coliform and DHL were below the quality standard. Meanwhile, the values of pH, BOD, DO, COD, PO4, and MBAS are above the required quality standards.
