This paper builds mechanical equipment simulation training mode with the help of cloud computing \"IAAs\", analyzes the characteristics of \"center cloud terminal\" task demand, resource allocation, etc. A resource scheduling method based on reinforcement learning is proposed. Due to the impact of the actual working environment, the fault signals collected for analysis are greatly affected by noise, and the signal-to-noise ratio is high, which is not conducive to the phase difference estimation. In this paper, considering the property that bi-spectrum can effectively suppress Gaussian noise, the phase difference of fault signal is obtained by signal reconstruction, bi-spectrum solution and initial phase estimation based on bi-spectrum theory. The performance of the vehicle at different speeds is analyzed. The results show that the dynamic performance can meet the requirements of the maglev vehicle running at higher speeds. However, the magnet current also increases with the increase of running speed, which leads to an increase in the weight of the magnet and the controller, and then the drive unit of maglev vehicle becomes heavier. Then three types of levitation control algorithms are established in MATLAB/Simulink: PID feedback control, PI+P hybrid control, PID+fuzzy control. For the optimization of magnet current, the control performance of the maglev vehicle to the track excitation under different levitation control algorithms is analyzed. The following conclusions can be drawn: on the basis of keeping the suspension stability, different levitation control algorithms have different magnet current responses with same running speed and vehicle parameters. In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to extract fault features from complex environmental noise for condition recognition, this paper proposes a method based on EEMD and INPP for gearbox wear condition recognition. Firstly, EEMD method is used to decompose the original vibration signal of gearbox, and then the decomposition results are sorted by kurtosis criterion, and the components with large kurtosis index are selected for time-frequency domain analysis to get the time-frequency domain high dimensional feature set; then the improved Neighborhood Preserving Project (INPP) algorithm is used to reduce the dimension of high-dimensional features, and then the reduced dimension features are obtained for state recognition. The effects of molding temperature, deformation rate and diaphragm on hot diaphragm performing process were analyzed. The results showed that the pre-forms of composites hat-shaped stringers were manufactured successfully through hot diaphragm performing process and then they were cured by the autoclave. The pre-forming temperature was 75°C and the cured stringers met the requirement of the nondestructive testing. The molding temperature and vacuum rate were optimized simultaneously to ensure that prepreg had best ability to slip. Increasing thickness and stiffness of the diaphragm could significantly improve the molding quality of hot diaphragm performing process.
