In this paper, the conjugate engagement theorem of generating method was applied to the calculation of the tooth profile of the non-circular synchronous pulley. The tooth profile of synchronous pulley was obtained by enveloping the pitch curve of non-circular synchronous pulley with a rack cutter and a local quadrant method was proposed to extract the complete tooth profile points based on the distribution characteristics of the data points of the envelope curve. For one type of missile rolling bearing which is in accord with Weibull distribution, the paper proves the expected Bayesian estimation of the failure probability with zero-failure data. A modified method is carried out to determine the time of timing truncation test. With the failure information, it derives the weighted comprehensive estimation method of failure probability. On the other hand, it provides the weighted least square estimation method of the parameters in Weibull distribution. Based on the datas of the rolling bearing, it gives the weighted comprehensive estimations of the parameters and reliability. The difference with shape parameter is reduced by 9.85% and the difference with reliability is reduced by 33.3%. HFSS full-wave simulation software was used for integrated design, RF simulation and structural optimization of the probe and impedance conversion. The results show that when 6016 aluminum alloy sheet is placed in the upper layer, the forming quality of self-piercing riveting is better. The experimental values of undercut, head height and residual thickness are 0.585 mm, 0.069 mm and 0.212 mm respectively. The relative errors between experimental values and simulation values are 3.62%, 7.81% and 2.42% respectively, and the correctness of the finite element simulation is verified. The forces on the three supporting rollers are calculated during rotation of the shovel arm at 30° intervals. Then, the three-dimensional mechanical model of the roller is established by ANSYS software. The stress and strain of two working states are simulated. The scheme of optimizing mass block design is put forward.
