摘要

为了避免非圆形同步皮带轮与同步带之间的干扰和横向间隙,提高同步皮带轮的承载能力和传动精度,并降低传动过程中的噪音。将生成法的共轭啮合定理应用于非圆同步皮带轮齿形的计算。采用齿条刀对非圆同步轮的节曲线进行包络得到同步轮的齿形,并基于包络曲线数据点的分布特征,提出了局部象限法提取完整齿形点。利用MATLAB编写辅助设计程序,通过算例计算和比较,发现该方法简单、可靠、精度高。
