The results show that the overall regional difference of China's high-tech industry development has experienced a process of first rising and then declining with the boundaries of 2003. Before 2003, the regional development was not balanced and the overall regional difference was non-convergence. After 2003, the overall regional difference narrowed year by year, showing a trend of gradual balanced development. In the same period, the inter-regional differences also experienced a process of first rising and then declining, while the intra-regional differences showed a general downward trend. From the contribution degree to the total difference, the inter-regional difference occupies the main contribution. Short video advertisements have strong advantages in information dissemination in the mobile internet environment. This paper uses empirical methods to explore the design strategies and methods of consumer electronic product advertisements. This paper selects smartphones as the research object and analyzes the impact of rational and emotional appeals in video advertisements on people through the semantic difference method. This research uses EEG physiological measurement indicators and the 7- Likert scale to obtain attention level and emotional evaluation, and then analyzes how to obtain the audience’s attention in a short period of time, and how rational and emotional appeals affect the audience's preference and desire to buy. Then, the paper analyzes the advantages of AI firewall and expounds the characteristics that AI firewall can build learning models and realize the independent evolution of threat detection capability. Finally, the intelligent defense system and logical architecture of AI firewall are designed. The intelligent defense system has three components, including cloud intelligence, security center and firewall. The logical architecture has six layers of architecture, including hardware layer, data layer, algorithm layer, detection layer, analysis layer and interaction layer. In this paper, Citespace software is used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis and knowledge mapping analysis of target tracking based on domestic CNKI database literature, and to explore the development status and frontier trends in the field of target tracking in China.
